Spent four nights here. The Butler service was cool, but for the extra amount of money I spent it’s not worth it. There is no beach access. The spa is super expensive. The quality of the liquor was not that of an American resort. I did have the most amazing tuna wanton at the restaurant Piscado

We have been coming to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica for three years and always look forward to dining at Siempre. A huge part of that is Florinda. She is absolutely wonderful and remembered my wife and I from years past, which meant so much to us. Her service is top notch every single time we dine here. Thoughtful, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She makes you feel like family. If you are lucky enough to have Florinda as your server, you are in for a perfect evening. Thank you Florinda!
We had a great overall experience at this resort. The food was outstanding and easily the best all inclusive food we’ve had. There was a great variety, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they are definitely showing their age and could use a remodel. That said, the property was well maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. One feature we really appreciated was the shuttle service to the other properties and the golf course. It was convenient, reliable, and made it easy to enjoy everything the resort area had to offer. While the rooms could use an update, the excellent food, great service, and convenient amenities made for a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again.
Buyer beware — be very careful before signing anything with Pueblo Bonito’s sales/ownership program. My husband and I attended a Pueblo Bonito sales presentation while in Cabo and signed paperwork for an ownership/timeshare-type purchase. After reviewing the documents, we decided to cancel within the written cancellation period. Our own contract stated that consent could be revoked in writing within 5 business days after execution. We sent written cancellation/revocation within that period. Despite that, Pueblo Bonito has not honored our cancellation or refunded us, and we have had to fight this through our credit card company. The most concerning part is that other documents were worded as “irrevocable” or “non-refundable,” even though the financing/contract paperwork itself referenced a 5-business-day cancellation right. In my opinion, that is extremely confusing and unfair to consumers. The resort itself may be beautiful, but I would strongly warn anyone considering the sales presentation or ownership program: do not rely on verbal promises, do not sign under pressure, and read every page carefully before leaving. If you do sign and want to cancel, do it immediately in writing and save proof of delivery. We canceled within the allowed period and are still being forced to fight for our money back. I would not recommend purchasing any ownership, membership, or timeshare product from Pueblo Bonito based on our experience.Buyer beware — be very careful before signing anything with Pueblo Bonito’s sales/ownership program.
The staff was forsure the highlight of this place. Francisco took amazing care of us providing refreshments our entire stay. Armanda did great with getting us setup with a beautiful cabanna and checking in with us to see if there was anything we needed. They both remembered our names and room number. The cleaning staff did an amazing job everyday. We will definitely be back to take in all of the beautiful view and relax and hope to see our new friends still here.
