Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Beach Resort - All Inclusive

I stayed for 7 days beginning October 16th. This was a unique resort. Oldest of the Pueblo Bonito set of resorts, it is smaller and obviously old. I had to give this resort a 5 star rating to be fair. a Caveat . . . Yes the paint was chipped and the refrigerator and microwave were old and tired. HOWEVER . . . The hotel, grounds, and rooms were so clean and neat. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful at every turn. The pool was wonderful. Pueblo Bonito Rose was right next door, and so easy to walk right over and take advantage of their facilities, pool and restaurants. That resort is more what I am used to, however, Bonito Blanco was great. In fact, I liked the pool at Blanco much better than Rose. Loved the weekend fireworks. Loved being within walking distance of the Marina, Walmart, several pharmacies, and other shopping. We took advantage of Pueblo Bonito Sunset (on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas) with a free shuttle. The views were amazing and the food court was terrific. I was happy to return to our little resort at the end of the day. Thank you for a wonderful time. I forgot to add one important note. I ended up getting sick. It was so amazing to note that the resort had a complimentary paramedic. He took great care of me. Evaluated the situation and called a doctor for me and checked in on me every 45 minutes for hours. Thanks to his quick action, 36 hours later, I was feeling great and enjoying the resort again.

We had the best server Mercedes Garcia at Paloma‘s restaurant. She treated us very exceptional like she knew us for 10 years very inviting and gracious. She really cares about her service. I will only eat here when she’s here and I’ll wait for my table if there’s not one open where she’s at, please give her a raise.

Alfredo provided absolutely outstanding service! He was incredibly attentive, kind, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. When one of our drinks was stronger than expected and we were concerned about it being too much, Alfredo handled the situation with genuine care and made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. His attentiveness, professionalism, and welcoming personality really made our experience special. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make guests feel this comfortable. Alfredo is a huge asset to the team, and we can’t thank him enough for making our experience so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Even while working through a hurricane, the hospitality at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos has been exceptional. The weather created so much extra work for the folks here, and they made everything look so easy. We are celebrating a birthday and we were surprised with special desserts on multiple occasions. The location is perfect, beautiful views- even from the pool, swimmable beach, and a short walk to nightlife and shopping. Meeting Blas at the Aquabar was our first connection at the resort and he was friendly and fantastic for our entire stay. Because of him and the delicious snacks, this was our favorite dining location for the week. Eli’s service poolside was also top-notch. She is super detail oriented and just excellent at her job.
