Spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. Minibar was well stocked and the robes and slippers was a plus!
The Ginger Bar staff, Tonia and Graciano were amazing and by the second day they recognized me and had my drink of choice ready! Wow!
Room service was great! Food selection was excellent and staff were so hospitable.
Restaurants food were fire! the Asia restaurant was our favorite.
Every time we saw a staff member they acknowledge us!
I would strongly recommend this adult only resort. It’s very laid back and definitely not a party resort which was a plus for us. We’ve been there done that! 😊
This wasn’t my initial choice when I was looking for resorts, but after spending some time at the beach bar with Angel and Sergio, I immediately told my fiancée that I would definitely return just because of the exceptional hospitality they showed. My fiancée wanted to try a trend where we would order different drinks to spell out my last name, and we ended up spending a whopping six hours at that bar. They took their time and were incredibly creative in crafting each drink. At the end of the day, they made me want to come back even more.

I don’t normally write many reviews, but this hotel really deserves one. From start to finish, everything has been absolutely fantastic.
The food has been brilliant, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the drinks are great and the service has been exceptional. The whole atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect too.
A massive special mention to Gerardo, Adalberton, Lewis and Angel by the pool, who have all been absolutely superb. Friendly, attentive, always smiling and nothing is ever too much trouble. In fact, every member of staff we’ve come across has been 10/10.
This has genuinely been one of those holidays where everything has just come together perfectly. Great hotel, great staff, great food, great location and an amazing overall experience.
We would 100% recommend staying here and would happily come back again. Absolutely brilliant!
Honestly, one of the best trips and hotel experiences I’ve ever had! The location is absolutely beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food is close to perfect, and the service is truly top-notch. Everything is extremely clean and well maintained, and the beach is absolutely stunning. I would definitely come back!
The only small things that could make the experience even better would be the comfort of some of the restaurant chairs and adding fans to the open-air restaurants. It was very hot during our stay, and since some of the restaurants are open-air and don’t have air conditioning, having more fans would make dining much more comfortable.
Other than those little details, our experience was amazing. With more comfortable seating and better airflow in the open-air restaurants, I honestly think this resort would be pretty much perfect!
Our stay at Paradisus Los Cabos was fantastic. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was consistently good, and the service was exceptional from beginning to end. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our vacation enjoyable.
If you're considering staying here, I would absolutely recommend upgrading to The Reserve. We felt it was well worth it and made the experience even better.
If I had to mention one downside, it would be that there was construction taking place around our room, both outside and in the room next door. At times it was pretty loud. That said, I understand that maintenance and renovations are part of what keeps the resort looking as beautiful and well maintained as it does, so it wasn't enough to take away from an otherwise amazing trip.
Overall, we had an incredible vacation and wouldn't hesitate to come back.
