Great experience to see round the stadium and learn all about her history from the first sod until present day. Our guide Joe was amazing with all his knowledge and wit. Thank you

Itinerary
The London Stadium is formerly known as Olympic Stadium and The Stadium at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park was built for the 2012 Summer Olympic, 2012 Summer Paralympics as the track and field venue, as well as the site for their opening and closing ceremonies. The stadium was a flexible open-air platform at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London Stratford district. The stadium was later renovated and is now mostly used as a home for West Ham United of Premier League as a multi-purpose stadium for football lovers. West Ham United Football Club is a Stratford-based, East London professional English football club. West Ham proudly reached the highest division of English football in the Premier League. The club is playing at the London Stadium, which has moved Boleyn Ground from its former home in 2016. The club was founded in 1895 and renamed in 1900 as West Ham United by Thames Ironworks. Therefore, you can see the two hammers on the coat of arms. In 1904, the club moved to Boleyn Hill, where they lived more than a hundred years. The Southern and Western League team originally played before joining the Football League in 1919. In 1923, the club was promoted to the top flight after they faced finalists at the Wembley FA Cup Final. The first Football League War Cup was won by the club in 1940, hurrah! The first public function at the Olympic Stadium, which was the finishing line for the National Lottery Olympic Park Run on 31 March 2012. The five-mile run around the Olympic Park was attended by five thousand people, including celebrities, British athletes and the winning public at the national lottery competition. We have 4 different vibrant tours for today.

What a great 2hrs with tour guide Graham & Alvin Martin. It was good to see behind the scenes at the London Stadium. A definite must if you're a West Ham fan.
Had a brilliant tour of West Ham’s stadium today. Graham looked after us superbly, really personable , friendly and incredibly informative throughout. It was fascinating getting to see West Ham’s 'new' home and learn more about the club and stadium. Graham really made the experience for us. The only small suggestion would be to provide a lanyard as a little memento of the tour, particularly for younger visitors. My son loves collecting them from the different stadiums we visit, and it’s something we’ve received at other clubs, so he was a little disappointed not to get one here. That aside, a fantastic experience and a great tour. Highly recommended!
Loved this tour of the London Stadium. Great way to spend a few hours with family or friends. Tour guide Johnathan was very passionate and knowledgeable about West Ham and the history behind the London Stadium. If you’re a Ted Lasso fan you also get a little bonus of being in the the dressing room where it was filmed and Roy Kent’s bench.
We visited the stadium on the 25th of May for our tour, which was led by Graham. My 10-year-old son wanted to write a review about the tour. “Graham was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the club's (West Ham) history and was really funny in a good way. He made it something I would never forget. My favourite part was how they could transform it from a stadium into a baseball pitch into a stage for concerts. It was the best experience with the best tour guide (Graham) and I would definitely do it again.”
The low score is not a reflection on the tour guide but a reflection of the content of the tour, the guide was clearly working from a pre approved narrative. The tour focussed on the stadium rather than the history of this fine football club. Little mention of its founding and the eventual fallout by the club with the founder whose family effectively controlled the club until 2006. Almost no mention or anecdotes about the fine managers that West Ham have had Ron Greenwood, John Lyall, Harry Redknapp and David Moyes, two of whom won European trophies for the club. No deep dive into Bobby Moore, Geoff Hurst or Martin Peter’s who won the World Cup whilst playing for West Ham No anecdotes about the conference cup win either. It wasn’t the guides fault but most on this tour have no interest in the Olympics, Baesball or concerts at the stadium. A more concentrated history of West Ham would be appreciated
Had a fantastic time on a match day tour. The tour guide, graham, made it extra special for my son (whose birthday it was) and his friend, when we walked through the players tunnel. Was great to hear some history about the club, amazing to see behind the scenes on a match day and also the baseball rooms too. Fantastic experience.
I was gifted the Legends Tour as a birthday present, the one I chose was with former player Tony Gale, we all met at the shop cafe and then proceeded to the ground, we met up with Tony where the media work and then saw various stands, then we saw the changing room, the pitch, we had our complimentary photo taken with the former player before going to the media room where Tony answered more questions. Tony Gale was great and worked well with us, telling us stories in a light hearted way, the person working for the stadium tour was also good and fun. We could have bought more photos if we wished. The tour lasted about 2hrs
Excellent behind the scenes tour of all the areas you would expect including some you don’t e.g. The Major League Baseball changing rooms. Pleanty of opportunities for photos in all of the locations and out guide was knowledgable, funny and a great host. A must do for any west hame fan - tour say it is 75 mins but we were in there die 2 hours, excellent experience.
Been here a few times over the years to see many great acts perform at their stadium shows. Last summer was lucky enough to see the Foo fighters and it was a great show. The stadium is easy to get in and navigate around, the sound is always good and you always get a decent view.
Booked well in advance, super excited, son of 7 years really pumped, then they change the fixture on short notice to a time which didn’t work with our flights and refuse to issue a refund or let me resell the tickets. Terrible experience, super disappointed son and 400 pounds wasted. If you want international fans, you should treat them better.
Great tour that covers West Ham, the Olympics and even baseball. Really good to hear and see behind the scenes and learn some of West Ham history. Only disappointment was no mention of Syd Puddefoot's world record transfer to my team, Falkirk, in 1922....but the tour was well worth it.
Bought off buyagift and the tour was great with a very knowledgeable tour guide and a west ham fan which helps. Graham spoke about the Olympics has well has it was hosted there and a real treat we held a gold medal which was a special treat so thanks to him. This in no way spoilt the day but there is no trophy cabinet I was so looking forward to seeing the trophy we just won and the fa cups has well. We was joking me and my mate a man u fan that they will be in a broom cupboard but none. Surely for big kids like me and little kids this is a must so I was really shocked and took so much stick all day and my mate made a great point I thought why can the have the noise of the crowd on a button somewhere has well came out the tunnel How lovely for a buzz for kids
I visited on Monday 19th August 2024 with my 2 sons on the cheaper of the 2 types of tour i.e. the one not hosted by an ex-player. Initially, there was some confusion over where to meet up to start the tour as our tickets indicated we should make our way to the director's entrance where as we passed other tour members (who were mostly foreign tourists) who appeared to be waiting at the club shop. As it was those waiting at the shop ended up being escorted to our location to start the tour. Once met by our host we were escorted to the Directors Seating & Lounge where we had both a Q&A as well as some history of the club and the move to this stadium, once inside the Directors seating area we completed a fun sound noise exercise to test the acoustics then we went down Pitchside where everyone took photos and sat on the manager's seats but sadly we couldn't get on the pitch for a kickabout LOL. Then back in via the Players’ Tunnel to the old stadium Olympic athletics warm-up track which has been re-purposed as an MLB changing room before finishing the tour in the Football Changing Rooms. Good value for money overall though there isn't much history at the ground yet. We had been on the equivalent tour at Upton Park and this was as good with my only recommendation being that the old Upton Park Football Museum be replicated.
I’m a Villa fan and I throughly enjoyed the tour. Simon was our tour guide and he was excellent all round. Would definitely recommend the tour if your ever in London. Up the Villa
The tour i was told was over an hour it was less .the guild was good but there is not much to see i felt robbed. I've done loads of tours and this one was very poor having pictures of players on the wall don't make the tour. Last year I did wolves ground which they had loads of memories from there museum and players old kits and trophy s .but nothing like it at west ham. I was told so many times it's not our ground but you would have fought they had more stuff to see
I was astonished at how much was available to us to see and learn and experience! The guide was knowledgeable and an exceptional communicator. We were all rapt. It stands out as one of the memorable moments of a hammer-for-life! I’m nearly 60 and this day was part of my bucket list-coming from the days of the Boleyn, I really needed this and I recommend it to all fans. My family are not all West Ham fans and they really enjoyed it as well!! One of my cousins joked, “don’t bring them back as hammers”.
Decent day out as you get to spend time at West Ham with football legends, go into the teams changing rooms and get a photo included at the end. Seeing the stadium completely empty is very strange. Sitting in the managers chair was good and there are loads of opportunities for questions throughout. I really enjoyed myself though the process for additional photos is extortionate.
Beware! I am a West Ham supporter of Greek Origin, so when Olympiacos came to town last November, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase tickets and go and see the game. I purchased two tickets for me and my wife, paying a total of £ 152. Shortly afterwards, I got an email from West Ham to say that my tickets had been 'blocked' until I could prove that I am a West Ham fan. Not sure how you can prove that you are a fan of a particular club, they asked if I had a West Ham shirt or scarf. The answer was not to both, I am 70 years old and would not walk around with a West Ham shirt or scarf. As it turned out, the club told me that I would not be able to get admission to the game, although I had two valid tickets. I asked for a refund and was told that this was out of the question. So, I have paid £ 152 for nothing, I think it is fair to say that I have been cheated by West Ham United. Never again. Supporters please be aware how they treat you!
Took my sons and grandsons to the West Ham legends tour, lucky for us we had Alvin Martin and his accomplice Steve showing everyone around. The stadium is very impressive and it is interesting to see parts of the stadium which most people do not see.Alvin Martin was the most humble, funny and pleasant man who made time for everybody, the stories he told and the questions he answered were all very informative .He even let the kids have pictures with his FA cup winners medal.I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would recommend it to anyone.
Had a fabulous stadium tour by Mustafa. Really enjoyed it. The club hosts other sports and events which is great. Great legacy from 2012!
Come on you irons ⚒️⚒️⚒️ the best stadium in the premier league, hot dogs are crazy good and WEST HAM ARE MASSIVE ERERYWHERE WE GOOOOOO
This was a 90 minutes guided tour. We met in the Cafeteria of the West Ham store. During the tour we visited the changing rooms (for both football😁 and baseball😒), the pitch and the stands. The tour guide was great. He explained a lot about the history of the stadium and all the different transformation it goes through from Olympic to football to baseball to concerts. He explained in detail the changes in structure and design in order to accommodate each activity. He also shared the history of West Ham and their contribution to the 1966 World cup.
There is no greater happiness than visiting your club. I have followed West Ham since I was a child and it was an honor to see this iconic stadium. I definitely recommend
Richard provided a great tour. His knowledge of the club and stadium was top notch. I would recommend anyone interested in football in East London to pay a visit and I’m a Newcastle supporter.
I've been to the stadium and we've have won 2-0 against wolves. I'm a biggest West Ham fan and I sometimes I go to that stadium that to watch a game
Another London stadium with great history surrounding it. The stadium bleeds as a monument to the players who graced the hammers in there shirts.
The guide Mick was the perfect guide for the tour. He created a very good mood and you could tell that he is there with heart and soul! We would have liked to see the press room. Top was that you could even enter the home cabin. Both football and the Olympics and baseball were part of the tour.
Inevitable stage before the kick-off whistle! The official West Ham store, located right inside the London Stadium, is well organized and packed with gadgets, clothing, accessories and every possible item in claret & blue ⚒️. 🎉 During our visit, on the occasion of the last home game of the season, we found discounts of 30% and even 60% on many items! It's no coincidence that the store was full, but the line passed quickly and in a few minutes we made our purchase: the official 2023/24 shirt for only £36! 📸 The giant coat of arms outside the store was the perfect set for some souvenir selfies with the group. A real experience for those who love football... and for those looking for an authentic souvenir!
Discover this stadium on the occasion of the match West Ham - Everton. Unfortunately no goals scored. But amazing atmosphere. Packed stadium. It is one of the few Premier League clubs to offer tickets without a preservation or subscription system.
The stadium is imposing and very beautiful, unfortunately we were not able to take an in-depth tour since a baseball game had just taken place and the tour was limited to some corridors and a view in the distance of the field that was in good condition.
Madness what a crowd, what a mood, BUT for the short-term determined no chance of a (regular) ticket.
