Oh my goodness I can not imagine a BETTER way to get the low down on London . The history, sites, views and beauty. Our guide Paul was so professional, so passionate about his country. Our driver and guide, Jim McCaffrey, was awesome! Pleasant, courteous, eager to please and share his boundless knowledge of London. Asked for our wish list of what to see and do, took care of it, and added lots of things and places/suggestions of places we did not know about, but are so thankful he showed us. Also, so good to have our own private photographer for all our pictures! It may seem pricey, but when you start adding up individual taxi rides between places, as well as public transport, it is well worth it, especially if you only have a short time in London. Highly recommend the tour, and ask for Jim McCaffrey, you won't regret it!

We really enjoyed the tour! The driver was really friendly and explained us so many things we didn’t know about London! My kids really liked it and we also had the chance to visit the oldest hat shop in the world, the one where Wiston Churchill used to go, so interesting for my 10 years old kid! Highly recommended!

Paul Williams is an outstanding and very helpful tour guide. He picked us up at Heathrow and delivered us to our hotel. He arranged tours to multiple interesting sights which met our interests and he was thorough and helpful in his explanations. He was a wonderful driver and went the extra mile to take care of us. We had a brief layover in London and wanted a tour of the "highlights". Paul led us on a lovely tour that was informative and enjoyable. We did some riding and some walking. He was very knowledgable about London history and architecture and shared fun facts about the city and its people. Now when we return for a proper London holiday, we will have our bearings!

Best two days in London ever. Paul Williams provided us with a personalized experience with exceptional service. We were first picked up at the airport and transported to the hotel. He then waited for us while we changed and headed out for a day and a half of sightseeing fun. Including The Changing of the Guard, Westminster, the Globe Theater and many other sites. He was professional, friendly and affordable. His knowledge of history is amazing and we learned so much. We don’t recommend seeing London without him. We had a blast.

A perfect way to see the city, no matter how much time you have. Paul was so quick to communicate via email and help me set up a tour last minute. I had been to London before but my colleagues had not and I wanted them to be able to see all of the city in the short timeframe we had. This tour was PERFECT! You get to see all of the sites and many you wouldn’t think of or know of, all while having a guide who is so knowledgeable about anything you ask. Sam was our guide and he was awesome! A super nice guy, funny and personable, and of course very knowledgeable to answer any questions we had. Sam texted me and was flexible with the time for the tour which was great since we were flying in just before the tour. He picked us up right at our hotel, so convenient. Sam helped us take photos and told us little known tidbits throughout the day, and we also had plenty of opportunities to get out of the cab and walk around which was great too. We asked Sam to drop us off at a pub for lunch and his suggestion was perfect- great ambiance and delicious food, in a spot we never would have found on our own. I highly recommend this tour you will LOVE it!

Paul, was absolutely amazing! He was so informative and interactive. His knowledge of the history on London and all the landmarks was really impressive! He did a great job of keeping us informed and was so gracious to to make a few pit stops for us to pick us a few things we needed. We also used Paul to us from the airport. Perfect Christmas family outing with our young granddaughters . They had asked to see the sights in London and we were not disappointed! A bespoke experience, Paul made sure the girls saw all the sights they had asked to see and more, with lots of fun facts and he answered all their questions . It was a really comfortable and fun way to visit London , there were lots of opportunities to stop for a wander and take lots of photos and also get a hot chocolate! We had a wonderful tour of the Christmas lights in London last night. Paul was a great tour guide; friendly, attentive, very knowledgeable and he has a good sense of humour. This really is the way to see London, a comfortable drive in an immaculate black taxi cab with lots of opportunities to get out, have a wander and of course take lots of pictures. We visited parts of London I didn’t know existed and learnt about their history whilst enjoying the festive atmosphere. I’ve lived in outer London most of my life but have never appreciated the city quite like I did last night. My friends are already talking about booking for next year… if Paul can take it (we did sing rather a lot!) then we will be back 😊

Myself, my wife and two daughters booked Paul for a Christmas lights tour of London and from start to finish loved it every minute. We were asked whether there were any particular places we wanted to see or visit, however we were more than happy to sit back and let Paul show us the most scenic parts of the capital. It was a fantastic start to the Christmas holidays to take in all the sights that London has to offer, all illuminated and decorated beautifully. On several occasions we parked up and got out to take photos or have a wander (Carnaby Street and Covent Garden being a favourite) and were able to see everything we wanted to. We’d fully recommend booking Paul for any sightseeing experience as he not only super friendly and attentive but his knowledge of London and all of its history was second to none.

What a fantastic time! We booked this tour as a birthday treat for my wife. The whole family enjoyed it. Paul was very professional, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We saw most of the major sites, but Paul took to some small, off the track places which you would never see on a standard tour. An amazing time was had by all from beginning to end. We cannot recommend the it highly enough. The cab was very clean and tidy. We look forward to experiencing the other tours Paul has to offer.

I booked a 4 hour tour for my family and they enjoyed it. They specifically said Paul was very patient and professional and gave a great history lesson on each of the sights! They were all smiles in the photos he took of them! Paul was also very responsive when I was arranging things, which put me at ease since I was booking from abroad and wasn’t going to be with my family for the tour.

We had a day to spend seeing the sites of London. As I was planning our options, I found Paul and Cabital. From the very beginning, Paul was helpful, quick to respond, and very interested in making the day everything that we wanted. We got to see so much of London! It was an awesome day. This was a London Taxi tour I had organised as a birthday surprise for hubby. We went on a pub tour as suggested by Paul who had taken the time to find out specifically what hubby would be interested in. It felt special riding around London in Paul's taxi. We live in London and have been to many pubs but hadn't necessarily considered the history. Paul took us to a few across London with a very interesting and varied history. Throughout the tour Paul pointed out areas of historic interest and stopped off at other places along the way that he thought we'd be interested in. He suggested a great place as a stop off for lunch. He joined us and it was great chatting with him over a delicious meal. Hubby really enjoyed the tour. We couldn't have wished for a better guide. The day was fun, very interesting and we learnt a lot about our great city that we didn't already know. Paul clearly knows his stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Capital City.

My niece and I had a wonderful experience. We got to see parts of London we would have never been able to venture to. Our guide Stella was amazing and anyone who has the privilege of meeting her is in for a glorious treat. She was so sweet and kind and knowledgeable about London. My fiancé and I booked a tour as we come to London all the time, but never get to see the sights. It was a special experience cruising around in a black cab. It was nice parking up and getting out to walk around as the weather was perfect. Paul is engaging and is very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Wow! What a great concept this is. My cousin has recently moved to London and as he was working throughout my stay I started looking at tours of the city. I took a cab from the airport and was asking the driver for recommendations. He gave me a business card for Paul. After a few email exchanges I booked the London Sightseeing Experience. I was collected from my hotel and off we went. 1st stop was Changing of the Guard. Rather than get kettled in with thousands of other people, we walked with the guards. This was amazing. Paul knew all the places to stop and get the best views. This has to be done. After this we glided round the city, it was a sunny day and it looked breathtaking. The way Paul delivers the info makes you feel like you’re travelling back through time. I was very impressed. I just wish I had more time as I would have booked the Beatles tour. Thanks again Paul. Notre guide nous a bien fait visiter la ville connaît très bien sa ville et à l écoute de nous car on a pu arrêter partout pour prendre des photos Il connaît bien l histoire de sa ville et on a même visiter des endroits qui sont moins connu mais très intéressant Il discute avec nous tous le long de la visite en auto et aux arrêts et marche à pied dans des sites on a visiter plein de chose qui sont moins connu des touristes À la fin de la journée il m’a indiquer un excellent pub pour souper merci beaucoup pour ce tour guidée je le recommande à tous mieux qu en autobus
