What an amazing experience! Climbed with two friends for the Halloween experience. Process was smooth and efficient and the guides were very professional and understanding and supportive with any issues relating to fear of heights etc. The views at the top are spectacular and well worth the effort climbing up and down.

Great adventure, well organised and good fun for the family, we had mark take the group, great guy, really engaging and made the trip fun, a young boy led at the front.

We had Martin as our instructor and with his guidance and with his knowledge we hes a great time.

Excellent experience the staff were all polite and reassuring- Daisy was our guide and she was fantastic helped me when I got a little nervous on the climb. Great experience

A massive shout-out to Daisy, our guide, who was so fun, cool and lovely throughout. She made the experience even more enjoyable and kept us entertained the whole way up! Also, a special mention to Humphrey, who was absolutely hilarious and amazing. Both of them really made the experience memorable. Mark was a fantastic guide, the day was a bit wet and windy but it was no problem at all and probably enhanced the experience! Helpful and welcoming staff and good knowledge.

Well organized. Staff and guide were great. The climb up and down was a fun experience, especially for kids. However, the views from the top were unremarkable. You can see a long distance, but it is a part of London without any inspiring landmarks nearby or on the horizon.

Excellent experience. I felt very uneasy because I fear heights and the guide, Bo, put me at ease from the very beginning and he kept checking on us. Brilliant experience

An amazing experience, despite my fear of heights I felt comfortable and safe, the whole experience took around an hour and a half, we purchased drinks as we checked in, there was a choice of fizz, beer or water. The safety briefing was comprehensive and we were given shoes and gloves to wear and also were fully guided about the harness and safety equipment, you have to have your phone in a zipped pocket and you can’t get this out till you reach the top although you have your photos taken along the way. The views were amazing and there is a guide who explains all the landmarks. Our guide was a guy called Bo (not sure of the spelling!) and he was fab, made it fun and also checked how we were all doing on the way up. I would definitely do this experience again, is my fear of heights cured..absolutely not but it’s worth the deep breaths and determination, thanks guys!

We climbed the o2 this afternoon, a group of 7 ages 8-77! We had an absolutely fantastic time. every one of us. Our guide, Jamie, couldn't have been better. My Mum struggled slightly up the initial steep incline and he came back to make sure she was ok, taking the rope part from her so she could concentrate on climbing. He made sure she wasn't putting herself under too much pressure to get up quicker then she was able. He was kind and supportive without making her feel decrepit. I couldn't have been more impressed with him. The whole experience was fantastic, it was good value for money, the staff were top class, friendly, chatty and incredibly helpful. The safety was taken incredibly seriously and the view was spectacular.

Ensure your shoes have enough grip on the soles! And a zipped pocket for your phone. Everything was explained prior to the climb, by a very helpful Daisy, was a great experience.

We had a fantastic morning climbing the O2. We added a glass of prosecco each which was very reasonably priced. Our guide was very informative and pointed out lots of interesting London landmarks.
