What a surprise! We visited on a wet. Tuesday afternoon in October (not half term). Luckily, it wasn't too busy when we went and we were able to explore everything with ease. There was so much to see and do and the museum was far bigger than we expected. We expected to spend an hour there, but were there for well over an hour and a half. And that was rushing the last stage. It was fun regressing to children as we explored thd illusions. You can take your own photos, but there are also photo points if you wish - but no obligation or pressure to buy. By the time we finished, we were in sensory overload and our brains had stopped braining. 😅 I hope we have a chance to come again.

Pretty basic experience in this day and age. You could get more from a decent museum which would cost nothing or a donation. £28 was very expensive for mediocre experience. In addition, when we were there, staff were putting up cheap nasty decorations on and in the exhibits. Putting up plastic trees while we were trying to take photos. Making it impossible. Staff were randomly gong round sticking plastic sticker snowflakes on the glass that immediately stated peeling off. The infinity room had multiple mirrors so you could see yourselves into infinity. This was made impossible as obscured by 3 plastic Christmas trees? It was laughable really.
Brilliant time with the family we loved the photo points and the reflection holograms!
Had lots of fun with our 5 year old
We had such a good experience here - a lot of fun for children and adults. The staff were really friendly too.
Great family day out, would recommend
Really fun and interesting displays. Would definitely recommend!
As a family we were hugely excited to go! Our 7 year old enjoyed it. However as soon as we walked into the doorway, it was already ridiculously crammed, we were queuing out the door onto Oxford Street to get in to the time I had booked. Feels like let 3 times the amount of people in with us they probably should have. The exhibits were OK, some quite clever and we appreciated that. If you are going to get some pics for 'the gram' - there are maybe 4 or 5 'great' pictures for you, if that's your vibe. For £100 I would rather have gone elsewhere in London. Although there was no one to serve us initally for some time, staff pretty absent all around.... we also bought a £30 toy, so we are total mugs. We do a lot of days out and I'm all for paying money (let's face it, nothing is free!!) All in all, feels like a greedy sort of tourist trap. I'm sure they do very well. I'm honest and fed up of reading what feels like 'bot' reviews. Here's a genuine one.
Far too many people so we could not see much . I know it was half term but our 9 year old was not inspired as there were people in front of every exhibit. Not efficient entry system so stood for ages. Poor value.
Such a fun time with the kids! We laughed, played and enjoyed every minute at the Twist Museum ❤️ Highly recommended!
Myself and my daughter really enjoyed it. Very interesting experience. Actually spent good amount of time there!
I’m Jay I’m nine and to day I went to the museum and I loved it I literally want to go tomorrow again I love every minute of it
Very nice and immersive experience. Lots of illusions that mess with your head!! If you are looking for something fun and different to do in London would definitely recommend. Also pretty family and children friendly!
30mins tops and that’s stopping at every station. Not worth the money. Staff friendly.
Absolutely fantastic, my six and four-year-old were entertained from the start throughout. Loads of great photo opportunities and they learnt loads. The free ghost tour trail was really fun and they learned lots of little facts. What a fantastic little Gem in London, definitely the most fun we’ve had on our trip so far.
It was Great. One of the best experience i have had.
Me and my 9year old son came for a visit today we loved how we could go at our own pace because it wasn't so busy we could take lots of picture, the staff were very friendly and helpful. definitely come again soon thanks for making it, a great outing 🙂🙂
If you go around and really engage with the exhibits it's a real mind melt...teaches you a lot about the fragility of human perception
Enjoyed the interactive exhibits. Enjoyed the mini puzzles as well as the infinity room & the slanting room. Fun, fascinating and often thought provoking. (Could not do a few as a second person was required). Well worth a visit overall.
It was lovely, my children enjoyed every bit of it.
Fantastic afternoon exploring the illusions in this Museum! Plenty of twists and turns to get the imagination going with all the illusions! Particularly loved the Amy Winehouse and The Little and Large room! Highly recommend!!
Really fun place, staff are great and friendly too. In the heart of London too
I love all the stuff inside, including the sounds and colors
Perfect .....gffff.....famil
Very interesting amazing experience, lovely staff particularly manager Ophelia was very helpful and patient with the little one :)
Although we only stayed for about an hour, it was a great place to go for an afternoon activity. I loved all the fancy knowledge which was involved with the illusions and it was just a great time overall. Would recommend!
It was good and I enjoyed it and I would recommend
Very fun and interactive experience, welcoming staff
Very fun lots of illusions, enjoyed it. Come early to enjoy it fully!
Lovely staff and experience & clean rooms & illusions.

Greate expirience today, lot of fun
Very well looked after by a fabulous team of staff, thank you Shun, Daniel and Faris!
So fun! Had a blast going through the different illusions and rooms!
We came here while on a day out in London. It was great fun and it is amazing how your brain can play so many tricks on you. Every is explained on a plaque beside each exhibit so you can see how your mind is working. Well worth a visit in our opinion.
Great place to be with kids.. lots of fun and unique things to see and hear .. my daughter loved it
Just wanted to do something different for my birthday and this place is certainly that. Illusion after illusion and each one so different in its way. Entries are times so generally you can get to everything pretty quickly for those photos too. The staff are very friendly and helpful and free lockers for your stuff so you can go round lightly. If you are looking for that odder London experience then give it a go
Entertaining worth a look if you’re around
Great Afternoon. The staff where nice and very helpful. Very impressed and learnt alot Will go again
Definitely not worth £30 Per person! A very expensive hour if you do pay full price. I’d value this experience at £10-£15 max Luckily entry numbers seem limited but even so you have to fight to get photo time on each attraction as space is limited.
We had an amazing time the boys absolutely loved it definitely recommend different surprise round every corner really blows your mind
Excellent experiments worth the price. Staff is also very friendly.
It was an amazing experience filled with great memories, illusions and mind boggling vision. We definitely need to close our eyes to come back to senses.
Twist museum was an amazingly fun and colourful experience, the staff were helpful and informative!
Amazing day out super fun!! Daniel was super friendly and welcoming
Loved ittt worth every penny😍😍😍😍
It’s a fun place to visit for a change even though it’s called museum I was pleasantly surprised when all the exhibits where interactive and they engage you to touch and take as many pictures as your want.
