Our driver from Heathrow to the Strand palace was personable and was on time. We booked another trip from our hotel to the cruise terminal for tomorrow. They had better prices compared to uber or a cab! Highly recommend!
Awesome service by Pink Berry Cars. I availed the prebook cab from Heathrow, and must say, after the long journey, this was much needed stress-free ride to reach my final destination. The support was prompt via call & messages on whatsapp. The driver was warm, kind and helpful; most importantly, easy to locate at the airport. I really liked the fact that the team monitored my flight and booking was auto-adjusted accordingly. I am looking forward to avail it's services again in the future.
Pink Berry provided efficient and professional service from Heathrow to our hotel. The driver met us after we got our luggage. From there he took over handling our luggage and navigating us through the airport to his vehicle. Highly recommend and fairly priced.
We weren’t sure what to expect or how long it would take to get off the plane, customs, collect our bags etc.. great communication from our driver who was waiting when we landed (early). We got our bags, called him and he met us inside, helped with our bags and off to the hotel we went. Great driver, great service!!! Highly recommend!!
Thia driver was late and when he arrived he took bag and walked so fast in front and away from us my 27 year old daughter couldn't keep up without real effort and I'm in my 60s. Late happens and even not getting our destination right exactly also happen however not sure if his demeanor was because he was hearing impaired or his attitude.

Initially we couldn’t find our guide, so I called the company. They instructed us to stand near a specific store, and viola! Our driver located us! London traffic was bad, so our driver didn’t want us crossing the street with our luggage to get to our hotel - he made sure we were dropped off right at the lobby door

I thought someone will be waiting and greeting us with a name plate of my name at the arrival hall. Instead they kept calling me which I was not ready to pay for roaming fee at that point. Then I got messages saying I didn’t tell them where to wait??? That was never mentioned prior that I had to communicate and I won’t know where to meet anyway. We ended up waiting more than 40 mins for the driver to come in to the arrival hall. I don’t appreciate having to wait that long after a long international flight. All the vendor had to do was just wait to greet us in the arrival hall with my name showing as advertised. Plenty of others were doing just that.
This service worked out perfectly. Couldn't be happier. Our flight was delayed, and we had to ask the driver to make an extra stop to pick up the VRBO key. The communication with the service provider was seamless, and the driver was completely accommodating...and he personally escorted us door-to-door. Wow! Highly recommend!

The meeting at the airport was easy & the driver was helpful with all our luggage. There were 8 of us with 8 pieces of luggage & some carry ons too. No problem fitting it all into the van. The driver was pleasant & we felt safe.

this was a horrible experience. the driver was 30 min late. we felt stranded at the airport. we chose to pay for a private car for the ease after traveling all night. . he didn’t return my text when i tried to ask where he was. spoke very little english. bad all the way around.

Excellent service!! The driver came earlier than expected, was very friendly and helpful, and drove us safely from Stratford to Heathrow. There was even a booster seat which I had not booked but was able to use for my youngest.

I highly recommend this service. Finding our driver at the airport was easy and quick. There was 7 of us on the trip and we fit comfortably in the van. We ended up hiring them on the way back to the airport from the hotel as well. Driver was nice, friendly, and helpful.
If there are 2-4 people travelling together and/or time is of the essence, it may be faster, less stressful and reasonably cost effective to use Pinkberry cars to get to places in London that are not easily accessed from LHA or Paddington station. They are very reliable in the airport pick-up.

I used this service Dec 6 (Heathrow to Bailey's in Kensington), Dec 12 (Moreton in Marsh to Birmingham airport) and Dec 19 (Abbots Grange Broadway to Premier Inn Heathrow). Sammy #1 was my driver on Dec 6, and Sammy #2 was my driver on Dec 12 and 19th. Both gentlemen were prompt, early and handled my luggage for me. They were friendly and engaged in conversation. Extremely safe drivers and also very clean vehicles. Sammy #2 gave me good advice on where to eat near my Heathrow Hotel. They delivered me to my destinations easily and on time, and I enjoyed my time conversing with them. Also, I commend your staff at your main desk: all my email inquiries and confirmations were acknowledge immediately. Your responsiveness is one of the main reasons I will continue to use your services when I arrive again. Thank you for making my trip so effortless and smooth.
