Everything was lovely. Our flight arrived early so we had a bit of a wait. We met up with our driver who helped with our bags. On the way to our hotel, he pointed out interesting bits of architectural history and some notable landmarks. Ellis was professional and friendly, and the car was immaculate. We had a bit of a rough travel day, and it was such a relief that we didn’t have to figure out transportation.

Best way to travel from Heathrow to London. Our plane landed early (I know - crazy but true). Drivers follow your flight and know when it lands. Our driver was prompt and easy to find. This means a lot after flying for several hours! You won’t regret booking with this company!
Our experience suggests this company is to be avoided. Our driver was Stefanel-Catalin. It took a while to figure this out, but he went to the wrong terminal, apparently not checking out flight's status. That's okay as we all can make dumb mistakes in our work. What took this into a zone of unacceptable were two things. First, our driver said about six time, "This was not your fault. It was not my fault." Of course it wasn't our fault, we paid the fee and appeared in our assigned baggage claim area . However the entire world of people who pick up others at airports know: you check the flight status before you leave in case there were changes. I actually don't know if British Airways changed the terminal or not, but that should have been a moot point with base line competence. Ironic is that in their add copy they write:: "Extra waiting time after 15 min - from £12.50 per 15 min, depending on vehicle type (London Pickup). Extra waiting time after 75 min - from £12.50 per 15 min, depending on vehicle type (Airport Pickup)" We were kept waiting for an hour total, between calling the office and calling the driver. Second, when speaking to the office I said, "I hope you'll find a way to make this up to us." However, there was ZERO response afterwards. Also, they charged us 17£ more because they said our delivery location was outside their typical range. (We stayed two blocks from the Tower Bridge.) Several times I walked up and down the line of drivers seeing companies I had used before, thinking, "why didn't I stay with what worked before?" Our London trip started with frustration and stress simply because a man, and the company behind him, was unwilling to accept responsibility, both at the time and aferwards, for a lack of baseline competence. Were I you, I'd go with a company that is less hypocritical (would charge us extra for their time but not our time) and who stands behind their product better.

Clear instructions on where to meet in arrivals, and the driver helped us with our many large bags, which was much appreciated after 24+ hours of traveling. The vehicle itself was luxurious, spacious, and climate-controlled, and we were provided with bottled water. We did have to wait ~5 minutes due to traffic, but this didn't bother us, especially as it allowed us to pickup coffees.

This was a very smooth process to follow. The only change was we were supposed to meet at Costa but found out that it had been bought out so the name had changed. Other than that, all the steps were perfect. Our driver showed up on time and was very friendly and we had no issues with his driving. Definitely recommend to use this service as it is easier than taking the train etc.

Stefanel was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment he picked us up, he was incredibly helpful with all of our luggage and made sure our daughter's wheelchair was handled with care. What really made the difference was that he took the time to point our places of interest along the way and even gave us a drive-by of Buckingham Palace on the way to the hotel. It honestly felt like we got a mini London tour before we even checked in to our hotel! He was friendly, accommodating, professional, and went above and beyond to make our arrival in London easy and enjoyable. After a long flight, that extra effort made such a difference!
