Andy did a great job of explaining the tower and pre guided areas where we were on our own. We missed the boat we would have taken and may take it another day.

Great time with our tour guide Gavin. He answered all our questions and made the history of the tower easy to understand.

My husband and I had Arianna as our tour guide and she was so wonderful! This was our first time to London so our first time doing Tower of London! My in laws had recommended we do it and this did not disappoint and very much lives up to the hype. Arianna knew so much history and so many extra facts I didn’t know about. She let us ask whatever questions we wanted and even spent a little extra time with us towards the end since we didn’t have anywhere else to be so nothing felt rushed. She was fabulous! 10/10 recommend adding this tour to your travel plans! I would definitely do it again a second time if we ever make it back here.

Terrific tour. Our guide (can’t remember her name but she was a lovely woman from Albania) was knowledgeable, entertaining and took time to answer questions from our group. Made it a wonderful experience.

This was a great tour of a very large and historical place. Our tour guide, Gavin, was especially brilliant and really knew how to share all his knowledge with a group. You will be lucky to have him as your guide. The tour was exactly the right amount of time, about 1.5 hour. We did the Crown Jewels on our own after the main tour was over.

This tour does not exist. Aviator uses a third party Tour Guys. We waited for tour at nine in spot requested. Victor was a no show. I sent several texts that were not answered. About 9:45 Tour Guys showed up and I spoke to representative. They said the tour Victor was booking did not exist and the same thing had happened to another couple yesterday. They didn’t help me contact Viator. I gave up and bought my own tickets to see the Tower. I had hoped Viator would contact me and issue a refund. That hasn’t happened. I’m going to contact my credit card company. I have used Viator many times. What a shocking lack of responsibility and concern for their customers especially because it happened to someone else the day before.

We had a fantastic time on this tour! It was a great way to experience London’s most iconic sights while also learning the history and stories behind them. Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the tour fun for our entire family. Even though we’ve visited London several times, we learned so many things we didn’t know and came away with a new appreciation for the city. The tour was well paced, informative without being overwhelming, and covered a wonderful mix of London’s history, landmarks, and culture. Our guide did an excellent job bringing the city and its history to life and was happy to answer questions along the way. A great experience and one we would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting London! 🇬🇧

Amazing tour! Our guide, Andrew, was knowledgeable and entertaining. This was a really great tour which also gave extra solo time in several different areas. We added the River Cruise option which was also fantastic.

Jeremy Itzkovitz was a phenomenal tour guide. He was patient and kind and inclusive. His history and ability to make it interesting and exciting was top-notch.

It was very informative in that I had only thought of the tower as a place of imprisonment but our guide presented us with a fuller knowledge of its use as a royal residence as well. He fully answered questions and gave an engaging presentation.

We were put on the list for the wrong tour. We paid for the VIP beefeater’s meet and greet and received the regular tour. The tour guide was great but when we called to get a refund of the difference, the person on the phone first lied to us, then refused to get a manager, and in the end we didn’t get our refund. It ruined the experience for us.
