Highly recommend this tour! Our guide was Ben and I can’t say enough great things about him. Ben was very knowledgeable, is charismatic and had a great sense of humor!! As far as the tour, I am happy I took the tour but a bit bummed that we couldn’t take photos of the beautiful jewels.

Ben was a terrific guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to his knowledge on the history and facts, he was mindful of making sure the group was comfortable - meeting in the shade, etc. After our two hours with Ben, we were able to tour the white tower on our own time.

The tour was a really great experience! The guide was extremely enthusiastic and informative, sharing lots of interesting stories that made the whole experience much more exciting. I especially liked that the group wasn’t too large, so it was easy to look around comfortably and ask questions. I would definitely recommend it!

Our guide was very good. He tried to keep us close yet not too close due to the crowds of people. He was very nice to keep the pace a bit slower so those with walking issues could keep up without feeling like a burden. He had lots of stories to tell and kept us entertained.
Our guide was well informed and shared many facts related to the tower and it's past residents and prisoners. We were able to see all the levels, plus have small group time to see the crown jewels.

Worst tour ever. Misleading. You pay to not stand in the TICKET line. You will stand in HUGE line with everyone else after the guide wastes your time with nonsense. Do not book this! Go with the FREE Beef Eater tour instead. Much more enjoyable.
Tour was excellent with tons of information. Guide was energetic and knowledgeable. and the tour was timed well and his facilitation and planning helped so we were able to see everything we wanted. Would definitely recommend this tour.
