Words can’t describe how amazing our tour guide Jeremy was. This 8 hour tour was so beyond our expectations!! The passion & knowledge Jeremy has for London was beyond spectacular. We only had a brief time in London & Jeremy was able to show us so much that we definitely would not have been able to see or even know about without him. Jeremy was the type of person you’ll always remember & has made our trip so memorable. We were so lucky & grateful to have had him as our tour guide but now we feel like we have a new friend in London!

Jeremy was amazing! Right off the bat I was impressed. The tour itself was so good we got to see everything we wanted and more. Jeremy somehow had perfect timing with everything we wanted to see. A true master of his craft. He took great photos got us to all the right place. He instantly memorized all of our names. He was great about just starting conversations to explore what each of our interests were to make sure we all saw the things we were interested in. Overall the tour was 10/10 so good I’d come back and do it again. Jeremy was the cherry on top. He made the tour so special. Not only his skill and expertise with the city but he was just an amazing person and so kind and caring. We all love Jeremy. We already miss him! He is the best tour guide around. If you’re lucky enough to get him he’ll make your whole trip.
We had an awesome experience doing this tour. The guide, Jeremy, made the difference. We saw and experienced so much. Jeremy mixed in fun and facts and was an excellent driver. He was so knowledgeable and was able to help us experience so much in just one day since that is all we had. We would definitely recommend this tour and hope Jeremy is around when we bring our family sometime in the future.
The tour was amazing. Dave was an excellent tour guide. Would highly recommend.
We had an amazing time on the 8-hour London Black Cab tour! Our driver and guide, Mick, was super helpful. He kept us in the loop with updates and let us know where he’d be. Mick was incredibly knowledgeable about London’s history and the best spots to see. We all had a blast with Mick as our driver and tour guide. Thanks, Mick, for showing us around your wonderful city! Fritz, Collene, Jason, Debbie, and Charlotte.
Very kind tour guide, making suggestions and recommendations, but also following our needs and request to find and search what we were looking for. In general, I can say and extraordinary service. I honestly suggest and recommend to try this it was excellent
Our driver, William was top notch. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He knew the city intimately and was able to make the most of the time we had…. No sitting in traffic!
Did this tour with my wife. Our tour guide, Dave, made the day! His humor and knowledge made it the most enjoyable excursion we have ever done. A great way to see the sights with a great tour guide!!
We have been lucky to do full day tours in many European cities. This was by far our favorite. Dave was communicative, punctual, knowledgeable and most importantly, so fun! We learned so much about the history, and sites while Dave told vivid and deeply interesting stories about the city. There wasn’t a single question he didn’t know the answer to, and the backstory, side story, and folk lore. What a special way to spend our 5 year wedding anniversary! Thank you Dave for an incredible day and experience. You better call when you’re in New York!
We had the best time touring London with Ryan as our driver! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day so easy and enjoyable. From navigating the city smoothly to sharing great local insight and recommendations, he truly made our trip extra special. We never felt rushed and loved getting to see so much of London comfortably. Highly recommend Ryan to anyone wanting a wonderful London experience!
Steve was FANTASTIC! He was incredibly knowledgeable, perceptive, friendly, entertaining, energetic and flexible. I would DEFINITELY use Steve again and highly recommend him.
Tony was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, flexible and fun to be around. We learned so much about the London area and its history. I would highly recommend Tony and his Black Cab tour.
Dave was an unreal guide and our experience of the city would not be the same without him. He taught us so much of the history of the city with all of its complexities and it really made us appreciate the city even more. Incredible time and totally worth it.
Mannie was our driver and we couldn't ask for much more! Mannie had the heart of a saint as he worked with us and our disabled in-laws on every leg. He was patient (helped load and unload a motorized scooter at every stop), very informative, and safely stopped at all of the right sites that we hoped to see in London. We not only recommend this company, but highly recommend Mannie! Thank you!
Our tour with Tracey back in early November was beyond exceptional! We were in England & Scotland for two weeks and her tour was easily one of the top highlights of the entire two weeks! Tracey was prompt, extremely knowledgeable of the London area, took great photos of us at all the top locations, super friendly & kind, and took such good care of us the whole day. We had a wide variety of interests across all of London, and she made sure we saw even more than we ever hoped we’d see. If you have a limited amount of time in London, this tour is a must-do. There’s no way any amount of planning would have allowed us to see as much as we saw in a single day. We felt like total VIPs in our cab, and were able to adjust the day as we went. We learned so much about the area and Tracey was an expert on where to park, how best to get to every location, recommendations for our next few days, and took us to some hidden gems we wouldn’t have known about without her. Later in the week, our family was lucky enough to have her as a guide on a 4-hour tour, and even with the limited amount of time, they were able to see and do so much. And Tracey was able to adjust to their mobility issues and make it so fun for them as well! One would think 8 hours is a long time to be with one guide, but we were so sad to see it end! There are simply not enough words to describe how wonderful our time with Tracey was, but the next time we return to London, I’d love to request her again and see more hidden gems of London with her. If you get Tracey as your guide, you’re in for a really amazing day! Tracey went above and beyond and I truly hope our paths cross again in the future! - Your friends from the US, Kelly & Greg
It’s a wonderful way to see London. Exceptional local knowledge by Dave my London cabbie. We were able to navigate through very small streets, stop and explore so many places. He even doubles as your photographer. Highly recommend this tour
If you’re coming to London and want to see everything (and I mean everything), do yourself a favor and book a day with John “JP” Parsons. JP has been driving cabs for 34 years and giving tours for the last 10 — and it shows. He’s found his calling. A true Cockney with a heart of gold, JP’s knowledge of London is bar none. From Londinium to modern-day skyscrapers, he somehow squeezes 2,000 years of history into 8 hours without ever making it feel rushed. His commentary is sharp, funny, and full of those little details that make the city come alive. And the man himself? Absolutely amazing. Personable, happy, great smile, contagious laugh — he clearly loves what he does. He’s quick to tease his American tourists (all in good fun), and it keeps the day lively and memorable. Forget the “black cab” stereotype — JP drives a sleek white cab that’s spotless, comfortable, and feels like your private lounge on wheels. Perfect for couples, it made our anniversary trip truly special. What we loved most is how he tailored the day to our interests. Royals, WWII, quirky neighborhoods — he adjusted the itinerary on the fly to match our curiosity. We saw more in one day than we could’ve managed in a week on our own. This was the capstone of our trip and hands down the best way to spend your first day in London to get the lay of the land. JP’s tour is part history lesson, part stand-up comedy, and all-around brilliant. Cheeky, charming, and unforgettable — thanks, JP, for making our London adventure one for the books!
Awesome day! We really enjoyed the tour and our driver Dean was very entertaining and knowledgeable. Excellent way to see London and all the sites in one day.
Jamie did an amazing job showing us the highlights of London. We never felt rushed but saw so much!!! His command of history was outstanding.
JEREMY WAS AMAZING! Tour was a 10/10!!! Out of all the tours I’ve been on internationally, this was the best one yet. I am so happy I booked with him. I came with my mom and my sister in August 2025 and he gave us such a fantastic experience! Jeremy was inviting, helpful, accommodating, enthusiastic, and delightful. Could not have asked for a better tour, he gave us EVERYTHING AND MORE. Provided us with so many facts and information, we would recommend him to everyone! Jeremy you were everything and more!! THANK YOU!
The tour itself was fun and involving. Guide had great personality...very willing to make it great....unfortunately at end of trip restaurant that was recommended my wife's wallet was stolen. Lost one star for that...but really not part of a usual tour I think..london is a great city to visit...Just keep important things close
We spent 8 awesome hours with Paul Hunt as our guide for the day. He was super knowledgeable and a delight to spend the day with. He started off getting us to a premier spot to see the changing of the guard and the procession to the palace. So the day started on a high note and stayed there. He customized the day to ensure we saw everything on our list, plus he added in some great surprise gems. We stopped for great lunch in the Notting Hill area that he recommended. The pace of the day was perfect and he navigated traffic and rush hour really well to ensure we were always moving and never stuck in the chaos. We had a wonderful day and Paul was the best!
We had an incredible experience with Jon our driver. He knew all the spots and the time to get there for the best views. We were accompanied by our two small kids (7 & 9) and Jon was accommodating and talked to them about the history.

Booked this day tour as a family of five and we all loved every second of it. Our "Cabby" Mr DC was fantastic. He knew everything about London and was able to mix stories that interested us - like WW2 history and London history - with sights that amazed our daughters - like Harry Potter locations and tales. We got out of the cab at some amazing spots like Buckingham Palace where we saw the changing guards. Also took us to a few spots we didn't know about and honestly even cruising in the car was amazing, 360 degree views as the cab has a glass ceiling. Really recommend this for anyone wanting to make the most out of a day in London. One highlight was as soon as DC realised my wife was Aussie we went to the bollard by the old Millbank prison which is where a lot of the ships transported convicts to Australia from. Amazing tour, amazing guide.
From start to finish, Steve was amazing! He is so knowledgeable about British history, as well as being funny and friendly. He made reservations for us at a wonderful British pub and drove me around London, regaling me with stories, as my husband enjoyed the Churchill War Rooms. We really felt a connection with Steve that was beyond our expectations. He is witty, smart, kind and so interesting! We couldn’t have had a better experience! Highly recommended Steve for this trip. We will return home with many stories of British lore as well as a great feeling towards the British people! If I could give him more than 5 stars, we would. What a lovely experience!
This was an amazing tour. What made it so special was our guide/ driver Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. You could tell he really loved London and his job. He showed us things we would have never seen. His knowledge and attention to detail was awesome. Touring with Jeremy you could not help but fall in love with the city of London. My wife and I would like to thank Jeremy for a spectacular day.
We had just returned from a cruise of the British Isles and only had a day in London and knew it would be much easier so we booked an 8 hour guided tour in a black cab. Our driver/tour guide was Dave and he showed us around. Dave was very knowledgeable about the history of London and lots of fun facts, etc. Within the first 15 minutes we knew this was the right choice for us and the right person. Dave has a great personality and was super flexible during the entire day. He showed us the typical tourist attractions, but also some of the oldest shops, churches and buildings, and even some hidden gems we wouldn’t have even known to look for! He took extra time to make sure we saw everything we wanted and even took fantastic photos of us. This was way beyond our expectations. If you're looking for an exceptional black cab tour in London, we highly recommend this private tour and ask for Dave! We plan on returning in the future and will do the same!
A perfect way to see London when you’re time poor. We only had a couple of days in London and knew we’d be tired from the long haul trip so booked an 8 hour guided tour in a black cab. Our driver/tour guide was Stephen and he showed us around his London, which included some of the oldest shops, churches and buildings, as well as the typical tourist attractions. Stephen was knowledgeable about the history of London and had great banter. Within the first 30 minutes we knew this was the right choice for us and totally recommend it if you are time poor, or want to start your holiday with a very good orientation of the city. Loved it!!
Ollie was an amazing tour guide! Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and our kids loved him too. This was a great tour.
We had Craig on our tour and he was just phenomenal! He showed us hidden gems we wouldn’t have even known to look for! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and this tour was the perfect way to kick off our trip. I highly recommend this private tour. We did the 6 hour option and we could have easily gone for 8. So much fun.
We had a fantastic tour with our guide Ian. He was not only informative, but made our day fun. We saw and learned more than we ever imagined. Thanks to Ian we got to see all the highlights and have a personal guide!
Had the best of times experiencing London for the first time with our tour guide, Patrick! He knew all the best spots to take us to, had so much knowledge to share, made us feel like family and made sure we got the best views of the popular sites and those not so common. Would definitely recommend taking a tour but most of all doing so with Patrick!
I had an outstanding experience with Gary during our black cab tour in London. He took extra time to make sure we saw everything we wanted and even took fantastic photos of us at each stop. Gary was incredibly patient and his sense of humor made the tour so much fun. If you're looking for an exceptional black cab tour in London, I highly recommend Gary!
Ryan was an amazing tour guide for our trip to London. This is a great way to see a glimpse of the city in one day. He picked us up at 8am sharp at our hotel. The cab has 6 seats inside. We got to see so many beautiful sites. Ryan gave us such great explanations of each site. We ate lunch at the most beautiful pub with views of tower bridge. Ryan made sure we got to see everything we wanted and asked us if we wanted to add anything.
Had an amazing day!! Jeremy was the best guide anyone could ask for. He went above and beyond to make our afternoon perfect. His knowledge of London was exquisite and so entertaining. He was so full of energy and kept the tour interesting with so many facts about each area of London and not just the main sites. Request Jeremy if you want a great informative tour of London. Highly recommend!!
We were in London for a very short period of time, so this was the perfect tour for us. our Cabby, Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and put together a customized tour after having conversation with us. We saw all the major attractions that you would see if visiting London. Jamie went above. and beyond showing my sons a couple of Harry Potter sites. We were able to catch the Beatles Abbey Road and see some ancient ruins, from the earliest days of London. Certainly things we would not have otherwise ever known to see on our own. It would definitely have taken several days to see what we saw in eight hours. Jamie made for an unforgettable trip and took time to take pictures of the family at every stop.
We booked Jamie via Viator. The high ratings did not lie! Jamie was a great driver but even better was his pleasant and open personality, flexibility, and knowledge of London. He’s not only a true Cockney, he’s a person who loves his city and it comes through. We had a thoroughly enjoyable 5 hours with Jamie. I highly highly recommend!
