Steve , our driver, was early for pickup and gave us an outstanding tour of London. His knowledge of the city was outstanding as was his ability to get around the city, despite traffic. We saw everything we hoped for he explained the history of not only the sites but many of them along the way. He took great pictures of our group and made our experience solid gold. I will use him again the next time I go to London!

We had an amazing tour guide named Dave. He was very accommodating since my husband uses a wheelchair. He modified some things to make sure that he could enjoy the sites. His knowledge of history and architecture made our your that much more enjoyable.

This is a very comfortable and fun way to see London. Jon is an extremely personable and knowledgeable guide (and a great taxi driver). He showed us all the sites you expect like Buckingham Palace, St. Paul's, etc. but also took us to local shops and places most tourists would never find. Our day with Jon was the highlight of our London visit.

The experience was beyond what we hoped for and if all drivers/guides are even half as knowledgeable and accommodating as Terry then you can rest assured of an educational informative and relaxing tour that has been personally designed to your needs whatever level they may be. We only had a few requests and left the rest up to Terry, a 23 year veteran of the black cab taxis. His punctuality and endless knowledge of the streets of London was well worth the advantage of a private tour. We 100% recommend him and this company.

Patrick was a terrific guide. Gave us a great viewing point for seeing the Buckingham Palace guards prepare for the guard changing ceremony without fighting crowds. Took us to some little known shops where Winston Churchill frequented. When he found out we were Beatles fans he altered course to be sure we saw Beatles sites like their London homes, site of rooftop concert and Abbey Road studio. Took pictures of us crossing the famous Abbey Road crosswalk. Gave lots of recommendations for how to spend the rest of our days in London. Showed us the best spots for getting photos and took plenty of the two of us together. No one knows how to get you around the city better than an experienced cabbie. Cab was very comfortable for the two of us with lots of legroom.

We loved our private city tour of London. We got to see most of the major attractions in one day without having to walk for miles. We had a party of 5 with one person with limited mobility, so this was the perfect tour. Our tour guide, Sean, was knowledge and interesting.

Patrick was our tour guide and he was incredible. This was the best tour we've ever had. He showed us all of the highlights of London and Patrick had many background stories to make it more interesting. We saw Buckingham Palace and the Changing of the Guard as well as going behind the scenes at infamous hotels and bars Patrick accommodated all our interests and our needs. We had a truly wonderful guided tour experience. My mother uses a wheelchair, so we chose the Ultimate 6-Hour Private Tour in an iconic black cab, which allowed us to explore at her own pace. Our driver, Louie, was amazing and went above and beyond to assist my mother. He even explained the history and details of every place we visited in Spanish, which made the experience even more special. Great tour and the best tour guide

Make sure you know what you really want to see, there is not nearly enough time to see everything that is listed in the description and you may end up spending a lot of time somewhere (for us it was next to Parliament) where you might have preferred to move on to another place.

Julie was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, easy to chat with and if we mentioned anything (like Bridgerton house or The Black Dog) she was like let me show you and took us there. It was unusually hot in London today and she was always going out of her way to make sure we had water, air con and that we didn't have to be out walking in the heat. She was a amazing 10 out of 10!

He was very attentive to our needs and abilities. Terry was very well educated on the history of London and the architecture.

Terri was amazing. From before trip communication to the end. You must use him for your tours in London. He showed us in awesome ways everything we could possibly see in the London.area. His knowledge of even the smallest details was perfect. We had four adults. I am in a wheelchair and he made sure I could see everything. He listened to our wants and adapted. He always found time to help us enjoy the six hour trip. If you are handicapped I highly recommend. If fully able I highly recommend. I cannot say enough about him. We felt like family and laughed and joked like we were family. If we had more time in London I would book other tours with him!
