Taylor Swift-inspired London Afternoon Tea Bus

The whole experience was nice, the staff very friendly and nice, however if you are visiting for first time London, would be nice some of the main buildings/monuments to be announced! Also sadly it was raining that day, we were on the top decker , we could not see anything as the windows were fogged, especially the big front one( did not have wipers) overall nice experience but a bit expensive for what it was.

Where do l start! Such a fantastic experience from beginning to the end. Precious looked after us the whole trip. Food was amazing and the whole experience with being driven round famous landmarks. Would definitely use again. Precious is a credit to the company

Taylor Swift London bus tour, 1.5 hours with my two granddaughters. It was ok, the children loved it. One negative, they served the cakes before the sandwiches! Not sure if the rationale for this but not a good idea with children. They ate the cakes and left the sandwiches. Please reverse serving order

My daughter and dad had a lovely bonding time. She sa8d it was good.

The staff were really friendly, and the song selection was perfect. The food was so tasty, with a wide variety of drinks to choose from. I loved every second of it and want to do it all over again.

A great option to combine a double decker bus tour and an afternoon tea together into one event. This one was fun with the Taylor Swift sign along and the treats were very good! The only thing we wish was better was more of a guided explanation of what sights we were going past and opportunities to take better pictures. It was also very warm but they did provide fans which was much appreciated.

This trip is totally worth it ! Excellent attentive staff, the food was lovely, our little Swiftie loved the music and the bus was all decorated with flowers, totally recommend !

Very disappointing TS-inspired afternoon tea bus tour. Inauthentic, mainstream playlist, no knowledge of Taylor by bus staff, and gimmicky. Cakes were delicious but sandwiches were lacklustre and substandard. There was absolutely no communication about the sites, no commentary, which was very strange. It would have been way more fun to actually have a true Taylor fan giving us some chat and commentary. Do not recommend

Our guide Akshay took a lot of pride in his bus - and so he should it is lovely!!! We got there early and there were 2 similar buses parked next to each other, we watched our bus being deeply cared for and prepped before the journey and hoped it was ours and it was! Askshay took pride in the bus and it showed. The seats were pink and beautiful, bus was very clean and smelled lovely and he was engaging as a host. There were lots of flowers and it felt very special. Myself and my daughter loved it. Lots of food and drink and even a souvenir cup to take with you. Lovely time taking in all the sights and singing to Taylor swift! Would highly recommend. Takes about 1.5-2 hours. I forgot to bring cash for a tip but he definitely deserved it. Felt like a very special day out and a lovely memory.

It was very nice. I enjoyed it a lot. Hetal and Alimat were so kind and positive. They were great company! But the thing that was a little dissapointing was that you didn't play songs from all of Taylor's albums. In my opinion, Speak Now is Taylor's best album, but you didn't play any songs from it. I was also expecting All Too Well to be playing, because it is one of Taylor's most popular songs. I think many Swifties would like if you added All Too Well to the playlist.

The main reason for anyone booking this experience is the fact that it's Taylor Swift themed. You have afternoon tea while taken on a bus ride through central London, with Taylor's music playing. The playlist was sadly a complete let-down. Some hits, mixed with some lesser known songs and live versions and remixes which lead me to question whether they don't have a license to play all her songs. The sound was not the best either so the music failed to create the vibe we were expecting. Barely anyone was singing along. I do realise that it's impossible to please everyone with every song but when you advertise an experience saying Taylor's best hits will be played you expect the best hits — not obscure remixes and live recordings. The food was ok, some things were nice and some was not. The vegan scone was pretty awful. The tables look quite worn. The windows and especially the one above us were quite dirty. Yes, buses get dirty quickly but for a sightseeing bus I would expect it to be cleaner. Someone else who wrote a review here complained about the lack of guidance on the landmarks during to trip — it literally says they play music during the drive, that is the point of this experience. So don't expect a guided tour as well, that would be completely chaotic with music playing.

Chris and Seun were the ultimate hosts! Really enjoyed my time doing the Taylor Swift afternoon tea. There was Taylor Swift music and great selection of drinks too. Seun was very kind and took photos of us! Will definitely return

The Taylor Swift Afternoon themed tour bus was stunning! Chris and Seun were fabulous hosts and super helpful if needed. Selection of cakes and sandwiches was great and had a very enjoyable time seeing all the sights while singing along!

Went on the Taylor Swift Afternoon Tea bus tour and it was great fun! We ended up with seats right at the front of the bus which was a lovely bonus. The food was really tasty. Whoever runs the music clearly loves Reputation and we love them for that. Chris and Seun were really helpful and lovely and went round offering to take pictures of everyone and if you needed anything they were right on hand!

Definitely not worth this amount of money charged. The sandwiches either had too much mustard or too much pepper in them, the apple juice was the cheap carton type and the cakes shop bought. The tour itself wasnt the best, not much information and then the bits we did hear were repeated on the way back. It was just a "glorified" trip with some Taylor music and a cardboard cut out. I would NOT recommend in the slightest. Have afternoon tea in one of the nicer places.

Lovely staff , great theme kids loved it ! There was a mix up and we should have had 2 dairy free aft teas and two standard but what a lot of effort they went to , the food was great and when they realised two of us were not dairy free they brought us 2 scones and cream ! Lovely tour xx

Such a great experience expecially as we're all big taylor fans. All the songs from each album old and new songs played so there is variation and not the same. Afternoon tea itself was gorgeous highly reccomend. Shout out to the tour guides chris and Danish who gave us top service and was great the whole trip. Highly recommend

More songs. London boys should be there. Anish and Sana were great. Maybe more choice of drinks . Overall nice experience

The food was amazing, the playlist impeccable and both the guide Sunmi and the driver Mohamed made this experience even more unforgettable. We totally recommend it to any swiftie visiting London 🫶🏻

Fantastic bus. Chris was wonderful, and so was Sven, the driver. Both are polite and could not do enough for you. My 10 year old loved it. 1.5-hour drive round was a brilliant thing to do. Music blasting, which was great to sing a long to. Food was 4/5. Deffo worth going on so you get to see London, give your legs a rest, especially if you have a young Taylor Swift fan with you. I felt that there was plenty of food and drink supplied. Big Thank you

Lovely experience with our two daughters. The servers, Sunmi and Akshay, were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, including offering to take a family photo for us. It was a real treat to watch the sights of London go by, whilst enjoying some delicious food and drinks. The Taylor Swift theming was good, but not over the top. All in all, a wonderful experience, would highly recommend.

Such a fun thing and the drive was lovely. The food was great and the service was wonderful. We got 2 drinks, 1 hot and 1 cold as well as a selection of sandwiches and sweets.

Diya and Amgen were wonderful. It was a nice experience to see highlights of London. First time here and was a nice and unique experience.

Nice activity to do with my daughter for her 11th birthday. . Staff made us feel very special. I recommend for a great way to see the city.

The actual bus experience was great and Odin looked after us so well. The service from Tripadvisor was terrible. The time of the trip had been altered to three hours later than we had booked. We were not told so had to wait three hours in Victoria with two children who were very disappointed. This incurred extra costs for us. So far Tripadvisor have offered us 5% off a future trip as compensation….

Extremely nice staff - Ameen & Fernando. The tour takes you around most amazing sights in London and the Taylor Swift songs chosen are just perfect.

This was a treat for my granddaughter’s birthday and she loved it from start to finish. The staff were kind and friendly. The bus colour was special, the food too and the London sightseeing was a great experience. 5***** Not to mention the music I would certainly use this company again. Very happy with my choice. Had a fantastic day for my daughter's birthday trip, she got a small gift and the entire bus sang happy birthday. Paid for the premium seats as it was a special occasion and they did not disappoint had fantastic views of the city! However it was such a shame about the yellow bar going right through the middle of the front window which was at eye level for me. Food and drink was excellent and when the tour over ran due to traffic which is to be expected in central London the wait staff made sure we all had water. The bus did not have AC and it was an extremely hot day, so if you're sensitive to heat maybe best to do this in the autumn winter. The music was perfect playing a good mixture of Taylors mainstream radio hits and some of the hidden gems you can only find on the albums. You get one cold drink and one hot drink as part of the package and you can keep the cups which was a nice touch. The bus driver was so careful not a jerky journey at all, however he seemed to have no regard for red lights and liked his horn. There was a few moments where he was using bus lanes and forcing his way back into traffic which had a few hairy moments. he obviously had a schedule to keep to which we overran on by 40mins. If your nervous like me you may find it better to sit in the middle of the bus instead of the front. The lady at the table next to us was also commenting on how close he was getting to other vehicles. Overall thought it was a great experience for myself and my daughter and we would do it again

Absolutely fabulous! Good was very good, very well organised. We came for my daughter’s birthdays and they even sang happy birthday to the girls. A special mention to Diya and Dee who were great hostesses. Thank you again for having us

We took the trip yesterday with children aged from 9-15. Chris and Dija were great hosts and Cleaveland was a careful driver. There was plenty of food which was very tasty. The kids loved the bubble tea. The gift cups were a nice addition to take away. Kids loved waving to everyone out the window and seeing the sights of London. Thanks for a fun tour.

I took my Grandaughter on the tour purley for the Taylor Swift theme Although i have been on several other afternoon tea buses this was the first time with Golden tours Although it was not awful it was that good either !! decor on the bus was tatty and hanging down,food was average Before the bus even pulled away a full glass of prosecco was spilt all ove the person sitting next to me due to staff not placing the glass in holder,Atmosphere was bland And was desrectfully asked to leave a tip for the staff and driver Tips are earned not demanded would avoid GT in the

Stay clear we booked the Taylor swift afternoon tea they said we’d booked the panoramic tea Our children are 5and 9 also Taylor swift mad so know for sure what we’d book Another lady had the same issue but was allowed to board the ts bus Although my daughter was very distressed they wouldn’t allow us to board the bus We were ushered onto the panoramic bus When we first arrived at bus stop it was very disorganised being sent to stop after stop we have complained to golden tours to be ignored they’ve sent incorrect booking form We have asked for compensation to be told they can’t do anything else and have closed the case even though they’ve not made any attempt at a resolution So having a 9th birthday celebration feel very let down by golden tours

My daughter really enjoyed herself, especially the music. The scones were great and so was the sight seeing. The team were attentive and the food was good. Well worth it.

Buckle up... Customer service: Staff were very lovely, 10/10. Food: Scones were standard, cakes tasted like they were from Iceland, which isn't terrible but they weren't really good either. The sandwiches were abhorrent. Filling?? What's that? So, I'll give it a 3.5/10. Song selection: Music was quiet, you could hear everyone talk. I asked staff to turn the volume up and they did with no complaints. Terrible selection of all her songs. Most were really old stuff (which is fine, but mix it up?). People barely sung along. 2/10. Decor: Cute enough, but I wasn't wowed. 7/10. Drink: Presseco tasted like fizzy vinegar but what ya gonna do? Got one cup of tea in a travel mug you can take home, which is a nice touch I suppose? But picture looked like something you'd make on Microsoft paint. 4/10. Overall vibe: Honestly it was boring. I can't say it needs to be cheaper, but it needs a lot of improvement. Better music and slightly better food, most definitely. It also tripled as an actual tour? So you got some random man on a speaker loudly announce you were at trafalgar square. Very odd. Please save your money and time, better off doing it at home. Also! They shaved off like 15 mins from the time. 3/10.

Swiftie experience! What a lovely day out. Such a great team on the bus, kind, friendly staff. The food was great though a few of the sandwiches I would have liked to swap. My daughter had a great time. Everyone was waving at the bus and taking pictures of it. Also I'm so lucky that we got seat number 1!

The food was very good!! It was very entertaining!!! Raja, Ameen and Fernando were great hosts. They granted our song request. But we would recommend if the songs were more mainstream or were from her ERAS TOUR setlist/playlist. Overall, it was realllllyyyy fun!!! And one for the books! 🫶🏻

We booked the Taylor swift theme bus for my daughters birthday on her 18th birthday. We booked at least 4 weeks in advance. I recieved a call with 24hrs notice to say they had downgraded the premium seats I had booked to upper deck seats. I was told I'd get a refund for the difference. Then with further probing by myself was told I would be on a normal tea bus and no longer Taylor swift theme. Again I had to probe for more info. I was told Taylor theme was not popular. I requested a full refund and had no choice but to make last min alternative plans. I would recommend only booking if not a special occassion to avoid being let down as we was. Very poor!

Pro: Customer service! My original tea bus got canceled due to unforseen circumstances and golden tours reached out to get me scheduled on a new bus. I also was upgraded to top floor ( not sure if that was because of the reschedule or that my bus wasn't sold out by either way I appreciated it) Staff on the tea bus - Abisola took great care of everyone. She was kind and took pics for everyone. Brock was a good driver navigating London traffic. Food - i thought there was the perfect about of food without being stuffed. The mini donuts and honey sauce were my fav. Vibe - the vibe was fun and it was a nice relaxing way to see the city. Also they surprised everyone with a friendship bracelet. Bus is really cute! Cons: I thought the music could have been curated better. In only 2 hrs we heard shake it off and yntcd twice. Also no London boy or so long London??? It might have just been my tour but I had hoped more people would be singling along, but it was kind of an empty mid week day. The souvenir cup is nice quality but not swiftie related, just the generic golden tour cup. Overall I recommend the tour. It was enjoyable and a nice break from long days of walking around London.

Myself and my two young granddaughters attended this tour in London on Saturday. To say we were dissatisfied is an understatement !! We arrived early as stated in the terms and was first on the bus. We were then told we were on tables 4 & 5 ?! I questioned why we were on 2 tables as I had 2 minors with me. I was told the bus is full and that’s where you have to sit.! I refused, as this would mean that we were not going to enjoy the experience together. Plus they are under 16. I was told again by 2 aggressive women that’s all they had as the bus was full! Again I said well split somebody else then who is older. This was refused. My granddaughters didn’t even want to participate as one was on a table of foreign strangers. And we sat with another woman and her elder daughter. Sharing food with complete strangers is also very confusing and unhygienic.
