Thumbs up to Ricardo and Eugen - fabulous commentary and driving! Cheers gentleman! Expect to be rushed through the tour but we experienced a piece of the UK that London alone can’t offer!
Shout out to our guide Eugene who is very knowledgeable about the history of each place we visited. He and our driver Ricardo kept us entertained throughout the trip with all these interesting stories.
Great trip. Saw lots of things that we probably would not have seen if we didn’t book this tour. Eugene and Ricardo were our guide and driver. Both were wonderful.
Eugene was an amazing guide who gave us small tips for each location that helped us maximize our time at each site. Ricardo was an excellent driver and I never felt unsafe, and I didnt get motivation sick.
We had an incredible day trip with Eugene and Richardo! Perfect way to end our trip to the UK!
Our tour guide, John, and driver, Ricardo, were exceptional!! They took excellent care of us and made sure the day was superior! We waited in line outside in the cold and mist on 11/2/26 because of new winter hours. I felt like we wasted a lot of time doing this and we only had about 45-60 minutes to tour the castle. We felt very rushed at this point and caused stress on our vacation. The pub lunch at Lacock was OUTSTANDING! Get the steak and ale pie! Soooooo delicious! My husband also gave the fish and chips a 5 star review. Overall, a great day in the English countryside.
Excellent tour, lots to see. Well worth it to see several historical sites in one day. Highly recommend selecting all tour options to fully appreciate the full experience.
Thank you so much to Nicolas for guiding us and sharing such interesting and funny stories about the places we visited along the way. He was very kind talking with everyone and caring with advices about tour in London and tips about public transport. Carlos was an excellent driver, driving us with great skill, confidence and safety. We really enjoyed the experience. Thank you both! 😊
You spend more time on the bus and in line than you do seeing the sights. 12 1/2 hour trip. 2 hour stop in Windsor. 10 minute walk to and from coach drop off. Up steep staircase. Careful not to get caught in the changing of the guard traffic around 11 which is when the coach leaves. Long lineup to get in the castle and go through security then line up to see the doll house and state rooms or just state rooms. Go with shortest line. I walked through quickly and didn’t even take the time to listen to all the recorded information. I didn’t have time to see St.George’s - took tour guide’s advice to do that last and so disappointed because it was a priority. We had been told that lunch wouldn’t be until about 5 so I grabbed cake and coffee on my way out of the grounds and barely made it back to the coach on time. Stonehenge was fine. There just over an hour which was ok to see the stones, have a toilet break and a quick look in the gift shop. No time for a tea break. Back to the bus for a couple of hours or so more and on to Bath. I didn’t tour the baths and spent just over an hour walking the high street. Then another hour and a half or so to Lacock. It was about a 10 minite walk from where the coach parked to the pub on rough terrain. Just enough time to down a main meal - no pudding offered. I enjoyed the steak pie and mash - no veg in sight. Another 10 minute walk back to the coach IN THE DARK ! Lacock has no street lights. Make sure your phone light is strong or better yet bring a torch. Maybe the tour company should have them on hand. Not an easy walk especially for people of a certain age. 2 hours back to London. Not sure if I remember all the timing correctly but it felt like a long time on the coach and a very short and hurried time at each of the 4 stops. A long tiring day. Tour guide Eugene was great at giving us history and bus driver Ricardo was good especially manoeuvring us back through the traffic to London.
Length of visit as placed was not enough to see it properly and if your a slow walker due to an injury or age it’s a lot of walking and if your older it’s alot to get to and from places within the short timeframes
I had a wonderful experience on this tour! Eugene, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging, sharing so much interesting history and information along the way. He really made the experience enjoyable and brought each destination to life. Ricardo, our driver, was equally excellent. He was professional and drove with great care, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey, especially during the 2½-hour drive back and forth. Overall, this was a fantastic trip, and I’m so glad I chose it. Eugene and Ricardo were a great team, and their professionalism and warm personalities made the day even more memorable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting London who wants to explore these incredible historic destinations
Fast paced but very pleasant. Eugene was engaging and funny; Riccardo’s driving didn’t make me carsick which is a feat in itself.
Our guide and driver, Eugene & Ricardo were exceptional. In our 7 weeks abroad we have completed many tours and this was by far the best. I would recommend these two people to anyone wanting an informative and excellent tour. Graeme Neilsson
Even though it was a long day Eugene made it interesting and fun . Ricardo expertly drove us to every destination and was very approachable . A great day delivered by the Dream team .
Eugene and Ricardo did an excellent job. I really enjoy the trip.. Eugene was a wealth of historical information.
Eugene and Ricardo were great. Eugene is a very knowledgeable guide. Ricardo was a great driver and ensured we made it safely to our destination. The tour far exceeded my expectations.
The tour was fun and informative. Eugene was our tour guide and Ricardo was our driver. They both did a great job.
Eugene and Ricardo were excellent. Eugene was very knowledgeable about everything from London all the way down to Bath and everything in between. He had a great personality and his humor made things fun. Ricardo was a great driver and made good time on the trip whilst making us all feel safe in his coach. I would definitely recommend this trip if you can get this “Dream Team.”
This tour is fast-paced but great if you’re not sure what to see outside of London. Not for those who want to have a chill day exploring around a single area. Perfect for checking some cool things off a vacation bucket list. Tour guide Eugene was great. A lot of good information presented in a fun way.
Wonderful experience. Our guide Ygin wea great and oun driver
Exceptional tour guide (Eugene) and driver (Ricardo)! Thr information shared was interesting and entertaining. We also received great tips on how to make the most of our time fron Eugene. Ricardo drove like a pro. We really enjoyed our time at Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath.

Eugene was very knowledgeable and helpful. The stops seamed a bit short but we covered a lot of ground so it’s understandable.
It was a wonderful experience and our tour guide was so entertaining and knowledgeable especially for the long bus rides.
10/10 for our guide Eugene and Driver Ricardo! Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Great, funny and interesting team of Ricardo (bus driver) and Eugene (guide) that gave us a wonderful family experience throughout the trip to Bath and back. Thank you so much, highly recommended
Great tour. Hit a lot of spots in one day. On time, plenty of free time. Eugene was great as our tour guide, Ricardo was a driving dynamite! Lots of good recommendations!
Overall enjoyed and would recommend for anyone wanting to just quickly see a but of everything. I do feel like we could have spent more time at each place, as it wasn't described accurately i.e. we were supposed to be in bath for 3 hours but only had 1 hour. Eugene was a great guide and ready to answer questions and provide stories
Eugene the superb host and lively puns throughout the trip. Ricardo smooth driving of the coach safely across the English countryside. Thumbs up to both for a fantastic day.
The guide Rowan was great! She made a 12 hour excursion one of the best Viator experiences we have had no matter how tired we were!! Here knowledge & humor were top notch! Our driver Hydra was equally incredible! His safety & knowledge of traffic were second to none! All the sites were awesome & worth every penny!
Awesome way to see some of England’s most famous landmarks in one day from London (Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Bath and the Cotswolds). Rowen was the best tour guide ever and shared a lot of the history (and humor) of each place that made the trip so much richer and fun!
This tour was aggressive in timing . Steve, the guide, was a wealth of knowledge and I appreciated the facts and commentary all day. Carlos was a good driver. The pub visit in Lacock was appreciated. But the timing was far too aggressive. With a walking disability, this meant I was always last in the group walking and always trying to catch up. I was 10 minutes late for bus at Windsor (with 3 other ladies late as well) and it was made an issue for next part of day with slighted comments. I did exactly what Steve told us to do in watching changing of guard. They opened gates at 11.20am which meant I was at bus at 11:30am. Steve asked we be there at 11:20am but that was literally impossible. He scolded me by saying everyone else was on time but no one watched changing of guard inside Henry VIII gate but us 4. It was such an issue that the office called me to ask where I was as I struggled to walk as quickly as I physically can back to the bus. I didn’t appreciate it and consequently chose not to walk to Stonehenge in fear of being late again. Don’t go on this tour if you walk slower.
We have used Viator in years past and it was good. This time around was not good. We met at the bus station find Viator had combined multiple groups on the bus but did not a lot for the time it would take to board everyone so that put us behind. Because that put us behind we had less time at our first stop…Windsor Castle. We were told we had to be out of the castle before 11am because of the changing of the guards. While we were in line our guide, Steve, had to make sure 3 groups had their tickets. At one point one of the check staff was yelling for him because he was tending to someone in the group…holding up the line. By the time we got to the castle we didn’t have much time to explore the castle. We sped past the doll house and the estate rooms. 10 minutes in the gift shop, sped past the cathedral. We were heads out at 10:45am ( we were told right before 11am) and they had closed the gates. Anxiety kicked in… I told them we are going to miss our bus. They said everything was shut down and buses were not leaving. After the guards walked past they opened the gates for a split second to let people pass. We found that most people didn’t make it out. That put us behind even more… Stonehenge was good. Not a lot of time to explore or shop but we got to see it, it was brilliant. People were late getting on the bus. By this time they have now moved our lunch to dinner so Anyone that didn’t eat breakfast now has to wait for dinner. We then move onto Bath. This was especially frustrating for us because we didn’t realize we had to pay to get into the Bath. All the other tickets came with this trip but the Bath tickets so that was frustrating. Maybe include all park tickets and then allow people to remove items. So we explored the town and got back at the appropriate time. Once again a group was late. By the time we got to LaCock we had 20 minutes to eat if we wanted to explore the town. The is a place where scenes from Harry Potter was filmed so I really wanted to explore. We ran from house to house to make it back to the bus. Steve and Hador did a great job considering the circumstances provided to them. Take away for Viator - include all tickets then let people remove what they don’t want. - Don’t put multiple groups on one guide. It’s just plain disrespectful. - Don’t have so many places in one excursion. I was excited to see that we could do so much in one day but it turned out to be disappointing. - arrange changing of the guards excursions to after so visitors don’t get stuck when they decide to run it early. This is not on the company but people need to remember there are others they are sharing the tour with. Be mindful of the time and get back to the bus when asked. Maybe a few minutes early. .
Excellent guide and driver. Great knowledge.and good sense of humor. Enjoyed ourselves. Glad we booked it!
Had a great time with Steve our guide and Carlos our driver. I got a good lay of the land, visiting some memorable and impressive places. I’m definitely checking out other tours they offer. Cheers!
Stephen and Carlos were incredible! Despite the inclement weather, they made it very fun and educational!
Despite a rough weather day, we had a fantastic time. Our guides were full of interesting facts but really did a lovely job taking care of us especially my mom who required a mobility scooter. Truly appreciate the extra care!
Great day. It rained almost the whole time and it was still a great day. Toby was informative, fun, friendly, kind, and jolly. He went above and beyond to be helpful and make everyone feel comfortable and enjoy their day. Our driver was the perfect blend of subdued, funny, and responsible.
We had a fantastic day tour from London to Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath, made truly memorable by our wonderful guide, Eugene, and our driver, Riccardo. Eugene’s engaging commentary throughout the tour brought every stop to life, while Riccardo provided a smooth, comfortable ride. Despite Stonehenge being closed due to high winds, Eugene and Riccardo made sure we didn't miss out by driving us along a nearby road for a great view and photo opportunities, and we enjoyed a delicious pub lunch at Lacock. Windsor Castle and Bath were stunning, and the entire day was seamlessly organized—highly recommended!
Overall, the trip was interesting that we went to a lot of spots, but however, due to the driving rain and cold, it was a tad unpleasant. and Ricardo were amazing extremely knowledgeable great driving, wonderfully affable no complaints there. They are both excellent. I will say that I didn’t understand why I had towait in the rain for 45 minutes to get into Windsor Castle when we got there early also we had to wait another 15 minutes toactually get into the castle after walking the entire moment what’s interesting is that this should be noted or maybe the bus can get closer to the because from the gate to the castle is about a mile and a half very difficult for people with difficulties or disabilities after that I think enjoyed bath the best although again we walked a mile to the end. You can’t tell foreign travelers that it’s a six minute walk when it’sactually half a mile it’s difficult again for people with disabilities and a few people decided to stay on the bus. I don’t blame them, although we were disappointed with that’s way out of the control of anyone as the day was extremely windy and cold. The bus driver, however, was kind enough to drive by Hedgestoneto see them although we didn’t because it was driving rain, but the effort was appreciated overall after everyone ate dinner or they were in a better mood and they had a nice day although I will say best to just go to one two places rather than rush through one hour stops at every place that we went. In addition all the lunch was very good. Why pay additionalfor a tea? Not clear where that was but I’d like you guys to make a note anyway the best part of the trip was Eugene Ricardo who was respectively, the driver and the tour guide.
Ricardo is an excellent driver. We got to our distinctions safe and sound. Eugene is very knowledgeable .
Eugene is a fantastic tour guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all the historical sites and explained everything clearly. He went out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The 12- hour itinerary was incredibly well- planned, allowing us to cover a lot of great places without feeling rushed. Highly recommended!
Eugene was knowledgeable about the history of the stops
Eugene Ricardo was our guide and he was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about every stop on this extensive tour of Windsor Castle, St. George’s Chapel, Stonehenge and Bath. The food in the Pub where we stopped for dinner was outstanding! Highly recommend this tour!
Eugene and Ricardo were great
Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Eugene and Ricardo.
Eugene and Ricardo were excellent. The weather was not the best but they accommodated us very well. Thank you!
Eugene (our guide) & Ricardo (our driver) were both absolutely excellent. Eugene had a plethora of tips to give us on the tour that felt like we were getting an inside scoop from a local. If you’re looking to experience a lot of locations in a quick time period I’d highly recommend booking with Eugene and Ricardo.
Great trip, Eugene was very knowledgeable about the history of the stops
