Stop At: Our Shuttle service offer free pick up from any Gatwick airport terminals, driver will hold a sign board with clients name on it, after load your luggage into the car the driver will take you your hotel in central London, if you hotel is not located in central London just contact our reservation team.

Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions Waiting time restrictions: on arrival flights from Europe the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed. On arrival flights from outside Europe the driver will wait maximum 90 minutes from the moment the flight has landed. Operated by London Travel In Limited. For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Bit of hiccup finding guide. I was looking for a large sign with my name. Some time later, after the crowd disbursed, I saw my name on a fellow's phone that he was holding quite low, below waist. At this stage I was extremely worried. Thereafter he was very apologetic, helpful with luggage, pleasant. Talked a bit too much about himself. I was wanting to ask questions about the road trip but didn't get much chance. I felt quite safe with him.

Excellent Hotel: Location cant be bettered and staff were all noticeably friendly and courteous. Everything about the hotel was first rate and setting etc was sumptious.
We have visited London for 30 years+ including stays on Park Lane and Mayfair but this was as good as it can get- and not as expensive as it "should be"
Recommend to anyone.
DO NOT BOOK. Poor customer service, not cooperative. Instead, use car service provided by the airport called, "Airport Cars Gatwick," it is cheaper and more reliable.

Our driver was awesome! He was at the airport holding the most clear sign of all! It was an iPad with a black background and my name was written in HUGE letters in white. He was so easy to locate! He helped us with luggage and was very friendly and helpful. This pick up was seamless and we were so glad we did not try to get on the train with all our bags. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.

The driver was extremely patient with me when I couldn’t tell him where I fwas in the airport and after discovering that it was our first time visiting London pointed out the major attractions along the route to our hotel.
Our driver named Joseph! He was outstanding! He came right when we called! We did not have to wait at all! He held up a sign with our name on it! He was very courteous too!

Our flight was delayed and we arrived over an hour late. The diver was still waiting for us. Location meeting place was confusing we went outside to curbside but driver was inside terminal.
I had trouble finding the driver, but just when I was about to panic, we saw each other. Pollyanna was lovey! Helpful, professional and friendly. I felt warmly welcomed to England!
Sep 17, 2023, 10:58:59 AM Our flight was late arriving but the driver contacted us immediately via Whats Ap. The trip from Gatwick to Tower Hill is long. Be prepared for a 1.5 hour ride into the city.
This was a great service for the 12 of us in our group. Our driver was there and got from the airport to our hotel!
After a long trip it was so great to see our driver standing there with our name held up. He grabbed our luggage and got us into the transport right away. Our ride to the apartment was so comfortable and he was extremely pleasant. I definitely would recommend!

Took much longer than advertised. Car was clean and roomy. Hard to find driver at airport. He Needed to hold up the sign higher or more visibly, or something.

Everything was perfect. The driver contacted me right after the landing, was waiting at the arrivals and was very nice and helpful. Because of the accident we had to take an alternative route and enjoyed the most beautiful countryside.

Our driver, Flavio, arrived on time and provided clear communication regard the meeting location. He had to maneuver through thick Friday rush hour traffic so we got to see nice neighborhoods along the way. Would recommend.
