Luke was a great guide, we had really good time and Luke had some great stories about the pubs,

I recommend this tour led by Alan with great enthusiasm. We did a few tours in European cities Oct 14-28 and this was at the top of our list. Alan was a superb tour guide. He brought a level of insight to each stop that the five members of our tour group truly appreciated. He gave us valuable insight into the Royal family’s history of where they shopped for flowers, hats, groceries and wine. He literally led us through back alleys into hole in the wall places several hundred years old. We heard insightful anecdotal stories of who built and maintained the pubs. More importantly he gave us a sense of the spirit of each pub we visited and brought the spirit of the pub to life in historical context. As a historian and experienced traveler I really appreciated that. My wife and I agreed this was a special tour and we urge others to consider asking for Alan. Myself and my husband had an amazing afternoon on Saturday with luke despite the rubbish weather we had alot of fun and learned alot of history that we didn't know! And with great drink recommendations...luke was so engaging and a great laugh... Will most definitely be going on another tour when we're back in London 😁

The pub tour was very interesting. Good mix of history and relaxing in a few pubs across the area. Definitely recommend it.

We had a great time on the pub tour with Carlos! He was a fantastic host, friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed hearing all the historic stories and anecdotes Carlos shared along the way, which made the experience even more interesting and fun. Luke made this experience one of my favorite things to do in London. He was friendly and shared some great stories. Our small group of 5 followed his suggested beers and we all thoroughly enjoyed all of them. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable and were able to thoroughly enjoyed this experience. I definitely would recommend it and especially cool hand Luke as your guide, you won’t regret it! Cheers!!!

This was absolutely the best way to visit pubs that are off the beaten path, very safe, our guide was absolutely amazing and a lot of fun to be with! We were with Luke and he was Brilliant!

What can I say...I was lucky enough to get Henry for the Rock and Roll tour and this tour in the same week! I found out he's both a rock star and a royal savant in the same week. Loved the visits, the stories, and Henry's style again. Just book it...fantastic

The tour was well worth the money and a perfect way to spend an evening in London, especially with a group of friends. The size of the group was perfect - it was just us and three others. Lots of fun and you have an opportunity to meet new people from different parts of the world, and gain some historic knowledge.

Ben is a very professional and knowledgeable guide. Great history on each of the four pubs. Also made other stops that were a great addition. All in the group had a wonderful time!

Our guide Henry was extraordinary. He was warm and entertaining. The tour was informative regarding pubs, but we also made stops at a few other places to learn a bit of London history.

Our guide Tom was the perfect guide. He kept the stories interesting and the tour moving along through royal and music history!!! Greatly appreciated the time he spent with us! Each pub touched a different part of London history and Tom brought that all to life! Thank you!!!

Overall good tour and way to find some great pubs around St James and Mayfair. Three of the four pubs were really cool. We didn't find the Ye Grapes pub story that interesting or may have missed the connection. History of the Royals and history was interesting and preferd those over the rock and roll modern stories.

This tour was by far my favorite during the time I was in London. Tom was an excellent guide. Extremely personable and great source of knowledge. If I had more time in London I would book more tours with this specific company AND Tom for sure! Really appreciated the extra non pub related historical references and points of interest noted.

It was really nice and we had a lot of fun and good beers. The pubs we visited and the stories that Tom told us about them were great. All in all the tour was a great start to our evening in London. Tom also gave us a lot of good tips about pubs and places we could visit after the tour. We higly recommend it!

We had a fun afternoon with Luke on our Royal Pub Walking Tour. Luke was very knowledgeable about history and his beer, gin and cider recommendations were on point! This tour was an excellent way to see historic pubs away from the tourist scene and learn a thing or two as well. All the folks we walked with were great company as well. Highly recommend this tour and if you get Luke as your guide you are definitely in good hands.

We loved the Royal Historic Pub Tour! Our guide, Luke, was fantastic! He told us interesting and funny stories. He was charming and a wonderful conversationalist. We learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed spending the afternoon with him.

My wife and I took part in Al's Royal Pub Tour in August and it was an unforgettable experience. Al was very outgoing and light-hearted, which led to a fun and conversational tour. Our tour was well organized and very insightful, and each of the pubs we stopped at along the way were a great experience with their own bit of history!

This tour is an excellent way to get to know the St James area of London. The pubs visited were great, as was the beer recommendations. Luke was a great guide with fantastic local history.

In London on a boys trip and the organiser had arranged this as the mystery of event after lunch. I was quite impressed with how good it was. We had a great guide call Danny, who would, at each pub we visited, give a brief history after which we could have a drink. Great way to use up an afternoon, in a very interesting part of London.
