Round Trip Taxi Transfer - Stansted Airport To & From London

Booked in advance with baby car seat to Stansted’s airport with return. All went on time, picked up in vans with lots of space for luggage/suitcases, baby car seat clean and safe. Will use again.

Overall I am satisfied with the service provided. Coming from Stansted airport going into London the driver didn’t turn up at agreed pick-up time. I called the company and they then called me back advising that he is on his way. This was disappointing since I expected a prompt pick-up. On the way back from London to Stansted airport the driver arrived early and texted me in advance advising that he is waiting. He picked me up on time and the ride was good.

Drivers offered a safe, friendly and timely returned journey to Stansted Airport from central London which really helped us to enjoy our holiday to Izmir Turkiye. Highly recommend and will be using again in the near future.

We booked a round trip transfer for 9 of us to include a baby and 5yr old from Braintree to Stansted airport. Great communication and pick up all on time and friendly, helpful drivers. Would highly recommend!

The taxi that brought me from Standsted Airport to my hotel was well below any standards. The car was dirty, it smelled and it was scratched all over. The cab driver was not friendly. However, I have to put two stars on this ride because I had such a lovely man bringing me back from my hotel to the airport. He was so friendly and apologetic that having to have problems finding me even though it was totally not his fault. His car was exactly the opposite of the first one. It was very clean and he obviously took great care of everything. I probably won't use this company again because all of the Ubers and Bolt taxis I took were so much better.

Always ensures you are kept up to date of where they are. You can call them and have a conversation about anything. Cars are decent.

Communication with the provider was excellent from the beggining, quickly answering all my questions. The day before the service they called me on the phone to reconfirm all the details On the day of the transport from airport to London, the driver was a bit late and we had to wait at the airport exit for the ransport to arrive, although this is probably because when I made the reservation I stated that we needed 1 hour after landing to go through passport control and baggage claim. Still, communication with the company was good while we waited. On the day of the return, the driver was at our location more than half an hour before the agreed time which is truly appreciated. We traveled 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) and cars where fine and big for all our luggage. They provided also child seats for the toodlers. The next time I go to London I will hire this company again.

Driver was 25min delay on our way to the airport. I got message of 10min delay but finally it was 25, at 8:00h in the morning.

Despite the early hours of 1st January our driver did his best to make a smooth journey and on time, with great communication before and during the ride.

They confirmed the reservation by whatsapp and also by calling me the day before the trip. Once on airport they also contacted me to inform me of the drivers situation and to be able to meet him without any problem. The driver was friendly and the car was very clean and cared for. Everything was perfect.

Just on time, although it was 3 A.M. From Kingston Upon Thames to Luton Airport! I have to mention that this was my 3rd time I was using their services. Very happy each time!

We cannot thank enough our driver and MinicabRide London Airport. Our evening flight was being constantly delayed, until it had become a late night flight, and we could not make it for our booked ride of course. Nevertheless, thanks to an easy communication, we’ve been able to coordinate and move our booking and the driver waited for us, bringing us safely at the hotel at 3 AM. They saved us.

We used their services twice for our transfers from London Stansted to central London and back. We were a family of five, including one 2 year old child. The right type of vehicle was supplied with the requested baby seat from our side. The communication was very easy, clear instructions sent firstly and very quick response when needed. Everything was spot on. We are likely to use their services again should we need it.

Company that provides baby car seats, which was a deciding point at booking airport transfer as I didn't want to travel with our car seat. Easy and quick booking process, instant reply via WhatsApp. Little bit pricy, there were a few cheaper companies but they didn't guarantee a car seat for a baby. Driver said he arrived even though he was still few mins away which I found litte bit cheeky and then he wasn't sure how to install baby car seat so it took a while until we set off. I was convinced there would be a rear facing car seat but there was a face forward facing seat which seemed odd for a 7months old baby. Drive was smooth, quick and safe and the driver was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately we weren't dropped of at the entrance but at the near parking, not ideal with a baby in super windy weather. Overall our experience was good and if we don't find cheaper company that provides baby car seats we will probably use it again.

I arranged the pick up of my sister and brother at Stanstead airport, everything went smoothly. Communication with the driver was very good and I got updated constantly. I can definitely say good value for money

Excellent service, friendly staff! Met at the airport at Stansted on time as planned for the transfer to our hotel in central London. Trip back we were picked up exactly at tye agreed time.

First we waited for the driver too long in the airport! After we walked long time to the parking to sit to the car he behaved very agressive and was rude! The car was dirty! I thought he is not able to drive safely! During the way he stopped in gas station to put petrol! Finally he brought us to the other hotel cca. 1 I’m far from out and when we told him that it is not our address he began to shout at us and argue that it is correct address. When we asked him kindly to be calm and not to shout because of little children he refused to put back the luggage he took out of the car.

What a good service! My flight wad delayed with 1,5 hour. In Holland I already had contact en when we arrived at Stansted the driver was in contact also. He waited and brought us safely to our hotel. It was a nice trip. I would say to everybody to take a MiniCabRide.
