They called me to confirm a few days before. They told me where and what time they were going to pickup according to my request. Luton pickup may change according to roads works. I called the driver and he was always there for me.

Quote to booking process is very simple and prices are reasonable for airport transfers. Communication & pickup updates are great. However, I would advise some drivers to slow down on the motorways.

Everything was ok. Even though we had some problem with the addresses, minicab was abke to solve the problems, for free. The only thing was that another driver texted us for the pickuo so we still di not know ehat happened.

Our flight was delayed by 12h but MiniCabRide kept following our flight status and sending us messages and when we finally arrive at Luton at 3.15am, our driver was there to pick us up and drive us home. London Luton is no place where you want to meet your taxi driver right now. And no place where a taxi driver wants to be. It is a MESS. You have to go to some parking place far away from the actual airport. Because of the fire, logistics are not ok over there. But the MiniCabRide can't do anything about that. They were helpfull and contacted us constantly. There chauffeurs were on time. Friendly and nice. They gave us tips and were really kind.

Do not book a transfer with this company!! I never write reviews but I want to worn future travelers so they don’t have the same experience we had. This company has horrible service and is not worth it, especially for the price. We waited 40 mins for our driver to show up and then they said the original meeting spot was not doable so we had to walk 20 mins with all our bags to find the driver. Once we saw the driver, he refused to help us with any of the bags. He would not even help my pregnant sister. He said that it’s not his fault that he was 40 mins late or that the company told us a pick up spot he did not want to pick us up from. The company said they would give us a 15% discount for future services for the inconvenience. This company is very expensive and has horrible service. Do not use them, go with a different company or use transportation at the airport
