Both drivers arrived early for the pick-ups, and we were safely and quickly transported across London. I booked directly on their site, and it was very easy to book. I would use again

The drivers were on time. Price for group pick up was good. Drivers (had 2 minivans) were unorganized in the pick up location at the airport and one was a little rude in how he talked to us.
Our pick up from the airport was unfortunately delayed by about 1 hour. However our transfer back to the airport was at 4am and they were extremely punctual. The communication was brilliant and they were extremely attentive. I would definitely use them again.

Ahmed was super helpful. He called to let me know he was already waiting for us and help me out with the bags as I was travelling with my 5yo and baby. He help me all the way and was so patient even though my baby cry part of the journey. On our way back was the same, he helped me and the ride was smooth and well drive.

Easy to book, clear communication, friendly and helpful phone team and drivers. A great way to get to and from the airport with a baby or toddler who needs a car seat. We were cautious that the toddler seat is front facing (our toddler has only ever faced backwards). But, the MPV5 Toyota Prius Plus that picked us up had front and rear facing seats in the back, so no need to worry!

Overall communication was good and smooth. Chat responses were fast. Only 2 things I was a bit disappointed: 1. I booked Mercedes E class or equivalent and paid higher price. But got a BMW 3 series for one trip. For me, it’s a downgrade and I was not offered any refund for that. 2. My flight arrived on time but the plane took more time to find a gate which caused delay. I was frustrated and contacted the company immediately when I realized that I will be a bit later than booked time. However, the driver complained to me the first second saying that he’s waited for me for an hour(but I was only 20mins late than booked time) and I lied to him that the flight was delayed. I had to explain to him why it took longer than expected. It hurt me especially I was very exhausted after 14hrs flight. So overall I think it’s convenient and smooth. I might use the service again. But I hope to get appropriate service in the future.
I am a solo traveler from New York who visits London and Krakow three times a year. I have been using MiniCab for the past two years. Each driver on these ten or so journeys between Heathrow and my hotel has been safe, professional, punctual, courteous, and unfailingly helpful with my luggage. Both transfers from Heathrow to Novotel London West and back to the airport were great. Good rates You kept in touch with us through Whatsapp with any changes. Your drivers Guiliano and Waley were great. They were on time and willing to help, as well as good drivers. They could not have been better. It only took 30 minutes to get from the hotel to Heathrow. That gave us plenty of time to have a very smooth check in. We would certainly use you again next time we are in the UK.
I used MinicabRide for a 2 way journey from Heathrow to my home in London. The journey to the airport was faultless. The driver came on time and lugged the luggage even though one was particularly heavy. He then drove extremely efficiently (getting to the airport ahead of time) and drove extremely faultlessly and calmly despite the traffic on the M25. The return journey was equally a professional service and actually they were extremely patient and understanding as baggage reclaim took a little longer than expected and waited and communicated via phone and WhatsApp. Once again, the drive was extremely professional, courteous and the journey was extremely comfortable. Once again the driver helped load and unload the luggage. With all the above it’s also worth noting they were one of the best priced services so there was no compromise in the service. Absolute excellent company and would definitely use again for any pre-booked taxi journeys.
After reaching out to the company 2 days before our scheduled pick up to confirm the time, the driver still showed up more than 20 minutes late. When they weren't there at our scheduled time, I called. Surprisingly, someone actually picked up the main line at 4:30 am. I was told they'd call me back. Never did, so I called them again where they told me he was on the way. Waiting, waiting. Called again - I was told he'd be there in 5 minutes. That 20 minute delay nearly cost us our flight. Driver was also late picking us up from the airport. I was giving them benefit of the doubt on that one as they communicated clearly and often to us the reasons for the delay. But after our experience back to the airport, I'm no longer giving them the benefit.
Used the service for round trip transfer from Heathrow airport. There was a flight delay & Immigration at Heathrow took much longer than expected. The driver waited for about 2 hrs from the ETA and then left without picking us up. In fact we missed it by just a couple of minutes and the agency could not arrange any other backup as well, which was disappointing. There were no such issues during the drop to the airport. The driver was punctual, helpful & friendly. Irrespective of the pickup experience (would blame Heathrow for it), I would recommend Minicabride for airport transfers in London.

The MiniCabRide drivers turned up in good time and our trips both to and fro Heathrow airport were smooth and timely. We were also very well supported in taking our luggage as well as a wheelchair. On our return we were delayed in baggage retrieval by both slow arrival of bags and then some damage to our wheelchair that we reported to the airline. The driver not only waited patiently, but actually proactively fixed the wheelchair for us!
The first ride was awesome and would highly recommend. The second ride was awful. the car was VERY dirty, inside and out, the man was rude and kept saying that we didnt pay for the correct terminal at LHR and that really, he shouldnt take us at all. Even though in the purchase of this, we were never asked for our terminal (only flight number) and the confirmation calls never asked for the terminal either. Then, we went about 20 miles per hour only until the man got in a road war with a BMW then it was fast and the furious until they separated exits, then it was back to 10 miles per hour. Additionally, the entire 50 minute trip, he kept reminding us that we should be paying more and that we should be tipping him. He said it no less than 6 times and was very rude. Again, our initial ride was awesome I am just hoping no one else gets this second guy.

Great service. Highly recommend. Our return flight into Heathrow was delayed and our bags took a long time to come through so our driver was waiting a while. We were able to be in contact via text and there was no extra charge for our late arrival. The mini van was smart, clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for us and the bags.
