Our driver was prompt and courteous and very professional. He was a safe driver and got us to our destination on time.

They provided great communication several days before and also morning of as to driver name and information.

Comfortable ride. The driving was safe and comfortable. The man was very nice. He left in plenty of time to pick us up and we arrived at our destination in a timely manner.

Abdul came a little early at our last minute request and drove us from our hotel in London to Southampton cruise terminal. He knew some short cuts to avoid traffic and stopped at service area for us along the way. He was fun to talk to and gave us lots of info about the posh areas we drove thru. He went to same High School as David Beckum.

Upon booking this ride, the provider contacted me about the pick up, which I answered. Upon arrival at the airport with wheelchair service made my way to the pickup location. No driver with my name, tried to call no good. Finally after some time waiting for a call or text. I took another ride from the airport kiosk. On the ride to London I get a message the driver is on his way. I replies back cancel. I am looking for a refund.

We had Sebastian drive us from our hotel to Dover pier to catch our cruise ship. Viator was in contact to confirm our reservation and make sure they were sending a vehicle that would carry us and our luggage for 3 ladies that do not travel light. Sebastian also contacted us and let us know he was running 15 mins late due to traffic. He loaded our luggage and was so friendly. Very professional and we had the best conversation. He made the drive interesting and fun. We had Uber drivers in London that didn’t say a word. With a 2.5 hr drive to Dover it was refreshing to have someone to talk to about so many interesting topics! Can’t recommend him high enough. And Viator for hiring him!

Good experience, very prompt. Good space for my friends and I. Took a star away because it was a very stuffy hot transfer with no air other then the drivers window down for 2 hours.

Adequate, timely, good communication, but underwhelming, including a request to change the pick-up time (friendly, but unwanted). Car was ok, no water offered, and driver required a bathroom stop on a 2 hour drive.

Our driver, Shahab, communicated with us via WhatsApp and found us quickly. His car was clean, cool on a hot day, and comfortable and he was a conscientious driver. We could not have been more pleased.

They met us at Heathrow car share ride parking deck, kept in constant contact and was on time. It was a great ride from Heathrow to Portsmouth dock. Will definitely use again.

Arrived late, van was in poor condition, very dirty inside with bags of trash under the seat. No waters provided and when we asked we were handed a bottle that had been opened before. Air conditioner did not work and there were no air vents in the passenger area. Driver was either falling asleep or a very poor driver as he would speed up passing cars then slow down to the point they’d repast us. He was weaving in and out of the lane on several occasions to the point other cars were blowing their horns at us. We felt lucky to have survived the trip. In the future we will book directly with a car service so we have some control over who we end up with.

We where charged another £60 when we got in the car they said we where 20 miles outside of London. You should have known that when we booked. I am very disappointed.

You should open your WhatsApp immediately in case the driver is trying to contact you for instructions or is looking for you

Customer service responded quickly to all questions. Driver was on time and professional. We had issues with cruise line delays getting off ship. Driver was very patient and did not leave ( much appreciated!) Van was very comfortable for 6 adults and clean. Would recommend

We had a rather early flight from London Heathrow and were concerned about travel time from Dover Cruise Port and arriving in a timely manner. The driver arrived exactly on time and got us to the airport quickly and safely and even volunteered a quick break stop for the 2 hour ride that was much appreciated. The driver was not knowledgable about our final destination and we drove around for 30 unnecessary minutes and almost missed our cruise ship. We planned 3 hours for the just in case and I am glad we did.

Malik met us at Heathrow at the agreed upon time and we had an easy trip to our hotel in Southampton. The car was clean and comfortable and Malik was polite, considerate, and great driver.

Company charge me for a service and then canceled on me with no refund. Siting I was out the pick up circle, didn’t disclose number of bags (I did not know the correct number of bags in our party because I hadn’t seen my family yet) and the had 8 seats in the van which was all we needed because we had 2 twin infants that would be in a lap. I would never use this company because of the unprofessional way they handled things!!

The driver was extremely rude and acted annoyed with us. We were later than he thought we would be when we had no control over when our flight got there and we got our bags. He said since it took so long he made my husband pay for extra parking at the airport. He was very unfriendly and we even heard him being rude to the next group getting on when we love telling them that they lied to him about how many bags they had they seem very nice and friendly.

It’s about a two hour scenic drive. Unfortunately, no AC in vehicle, but made it with windows down. Driver was professional and courteous.

The driver gave us no air conditioning for 2 1/2 hours. We would never use this company again. Not respectful of our need for air conditioning

I should have given a lower rating due to the lack of communication with Viator, however I gave a 5 star because of our driver, Jamal. Our flight was changed and I communicated the change to Viator however, they failed to tell our driver. Our driver waited 2 hours for us at the airport, was very courteous, and took us all the way to Southampton from Heathrow at 11:00 pm. Viator is lucky to have drivers like Jamal who make the trip worth while. Viator… improve the communication process, as for the price we paid there should be better communication between company and driver.

I can say that the driver got us safely from our hotel to the cruise port, but the trip itself was a very concerning experience. About halfway through the drive, I noticed the vehicle repeatedly drifting within the lane and then abruptly correcting course, much like someone who is falling asleep at the wheel. I began watching the driver through the rearview mirror and quickly realized he was looking down at his phone far more often than he was watching the road. Concerned for our safety, I discreetly recorded a video of the driver. To make sure I wasn't imagining what I was seeing, I woke my wife, who also observed the driver through the rearview mirror. She witnessed the same behavior: he was continuously looking down at his phone while driving, causing the vehicle to repeatedly swerve as he corrected back into the lane. While we did arrive at the cruise port, the driver's distracted driving made the trip feel unsafe and is something I believe should be taken seriously.

We had a great experience with this company. When booking we were able to reserve pick up at our hotel with transfer to a cruise port. We started receiving confirmation messages 2 days before and our driver, Waqas, was great at communicating with us on What’sApp. He kept us updated, showed up early (with no rush), knew exactly where to take us, and got us there safely. Plenty of room for 6 of us and our large luggage. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Paid for a premium sedan that would be for 2 people, 3 large suitcases, 1 small suitcase, and 2 carry on pieces. I said how much luggage we would have and the smallest car came. My husband had to sit in front with his legs cramped up- he is a tall man and I had all the luggage beside me except 2 pieces in trunk. Not acceptable for that amount of money I paid. Will not use your service again!!!!!!!

The service is excellent from start to end. I will use again. The company provides through communication in regards to the service making the experience seamless.

The entire experience was terrible (other than prompt communication). We had to wait 3 hours, the driver was so slow that every type of vehicle passed us the entire drive (small cars, big cars, buses, vans). It added 30 minutes making a 21Bourbon commute nearly 3 hours. The van was loud making it impossible to hear the driver. As we approached our destination the driver got lost and could t find the hotel. We had to look up directions on our own.
