Private Transfer From London To Southampton Cruise Port

This was an excellent option for getting from London to Southampton. Since we travel with a wheelchair, it made our transfer much easier for us. Our driver was early, very helpful loading our things and provided a smooth and safe transfer to our hotel in Southampton.

The best way to travel from central London to the cruise port in Southampton! Our driver, Danny, was very friendly and helpful. The day of our trip, there was a marathon being run on the street where we were supposed to meet. Danny parked and went into the hotel to have reception let us know where he was located. The van was the perfect size to carry all of our bags and was very comfortable. Danny helped with our many bags and we enjoyed talking with him during the ride. We were dropped off right at the port where we easily checked in our bags and boarded our ship.

Driver was early waiting for us. The ride was smooth.. we were dropped off at Southampton port. Arrived on time.

Our driver started off ok but as we hit the motorway he insisted on having the windows open so he could hear the motor. It was cold and raining all the way. Once we arrived at Southhampton he did not know where to drop us. He kept saying we had provided incorrect directions and he was only required to leave us at the notified destination which he was adamant was incorrect. The details we had provided were accurate and correct but he continued arguing that we were wrong. He was surly and unhelpful.

Daniel was very professional and fun. Our trip took 2x longer than normal due to extreme amounts of pressure in Southampton including a football match, cricket, some other festival and a large Pride Parade. Daniel was very caring and apologetic, even though he had no control over the entire situation. He had waters for us and even offered us gum. He helped with the luggage and was engaging. I would not hesitate to travel with him again. He was a good and safe driver and the vehicle was immaculately clean.

Derm Singh, or driver picked us up promptly when we requested. His car was clean and he was very pleasant and friendly. Pointed out things while we left the London area on our way to Stonehenge. Upon arrival to Stonehenge he explained things and we continued to our hotel in Southampton. Would certainly ask for this driver again.

Flavio arrived at the pre arranged pick-up point on time. He had kept watch on the arrivals at Heathrow and knew our flight arrival was late, so our panic was completely unnecessary! He was courteous, polite and very helpful. He assisted us with our luggage. We felt very safe with the way he drove, in a very comfortable clean vehicle. We booked a transfer from downtown London to Southampton. We mistakenly put a wrong phone number in the booking. So it was entirely our fault that our driver (Durm) couldn’t contact us, in spite of trying really hard, about various horses, police and barriers that slowed him down prior to picking us up. Once he did pick us up he was AWESOME! He was very personable and really lowered our stress level after the slightly late pickup (not his fault!). He avoided major problems on the motorways by taking an alternate and very scenic route. By the time we got to Southampton we were relaxed and laughing. We really hope that we get Durm for our trip to Heathrow after our cruise!!!

We were provided a driver, Ash, that showed us around London as he transported us to the cruise port of Southampton. The vehicle was roomy, plenty of space for luggage and scooters. Ash is a brilliant driver and conversationalist.

Pickup was delayed due to traffic issues by over an hour. But driver did his best to keep us informed which was greatly appreciated

The operator arrived 2 hours late. We were about to arrange other transportation options when they arrived. We arrived at our cruise terminal 3 hours past our scheduled boarding time but we’re able to get boarded and onto our ship.
