Transfer from London Heathrow to our London hotel. Vehicle was clean, driver was lovely and chatty. Driver was on time for our arrival into Heathrow. Would absolutely not hesitate to use this service again.

My driver did not show up. We had to take a taxi. The phone number on my ticket did not work. I googled other Viator numbers with numbers no answer from customer service at 6 am.

Easy and convenient. Our driver was very prompt - he was waiting for us and even called to let me know where to meet him. If you’re looking for private transportation, this was great. Just be aware of the London traffic. It took us almost 2 hours to get to our hotel the morning we landed. No fault of the driver or company. It was a very comfortable ride. I just didn’t expect it to take that long.

This service is advertised as a private ride but it’s just a OVER PRICED UBER. They showed up 45 minutes late. We arrived at terminal 3 stayed by the M&S foods as instructed. We had to call the customer service, who got us in touch with a “driver”. But the “driver” is just a lady who took us to the ride share area and called an uber for us. This reservation is SCAM! Viator has lost all credibility if they allow this type of service on their platform. You are better off calling an uber yourself or going to the taxi line.
For the distance and time our driver was very safe driver .and focused. The car was very comfortable as well
Our 2 hour late departure (and arrival) was tracked and accommodated. We waited about 15 minutes which was not a problem. He was pleasant and spoke very good English.
I was hit with two unexpected upcharges, making the total cost more than double the advertised price! The driver was found after I contacted him via the app. He did not offer any assistance with baggage trolley and did not explain where we were heading, just turned and walked off faster than I could comfortably keep up with my luggage in tow. I booked this in order to make my journey into London easy and peaceful (coming off of an injury) but this company unfortunately did not succeed in delivering that. I have written very few negative reviews in my time but the pricing changes and the driver experience in this case warrants. Buyer beware.

It was a bit confusing at first because of the crowds but all good. Our driver was polite and helpful. I wish I had booked the return at the same time.
Our independent self generated tour and events were excellent. Our guided Saturday tour was a disaster. We were charged $1100.00 US for 6 hours of what we coud have arranged ourselves. We missed the boat of the Thames, we were pushed through the Churchill War room at warp speed, we had to pay additionally to take the Underground because of miscues, and our admission to everything was in a regular que not jumped as indicated. We saw a great play, Hamilton and had a great meal at Sticks & Sushi on our last night in town. Lastly and most disappointing was our Hotel, The Counting House...dirty, strangely arranged, and just not nice...bizarre at a very high price of $500.00 US a night. While we generally love London, this trip had too many pitfalls.
The pickup at Heathrow went very smoothly after a challenging day of catching flights. Great way to get from the airport to London.
The driver and car were very good; however, advance information told us to meet at the Boots which is no longer in the arrivals area. The landmark is actually M & S or better yet, just say the driver will greet you with a sign as you exit customs arrivals. The Boots is now on another level and we had to make a call to sort out where the driver was. 3 of 5 stars is because of this misinformation. As a former travel professional, Viator needs to be in better communication with their suppliers to keep information updated.
We were met on time by our driver with our name on a sign. He had texted ahead with his location. English was limited, but he was nice and drove us without incident to our hotel. Nice to not drive in London traffic.
We had a nice driver who got us to our flat safely. He knew how to get around the heavy noon traffic in central London.
I booked this in advance of our flight to London. Due to an air tower issue at Heathrow our flight was cancelled. We were cancelled by this service and they refused to reverse the $139 fee! They said that a cancellation is comparable to a no show! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Take an Uber or Taxi!!!!
We arrived at airport much earlier than expected and was able to get picked up earlier. Was very accommodating and helpful Always have used Viator .
Carlos kept in contact with us the entire time. He met us outside of baggage claim area and assisted with our luggage. Very personable. Would highly recommend.
We waited quite awhile for the driver to show up. He called me a couple of times but I missed him. Then he texted saying he was here but he wasn't. It took a few minutes for him to get back to us after he left the meeting point because he missed us. Finally he had a sign with my name on it.
Efficient service. Disappointed that service was by way of an old van. It was difficult to enter and exit. For the same price, we would use Blacklane or another professional service that offers business class and nice Mercedez.

Follow pick up instructions given by the company. Do not ask airport staff to take you to your destination as they will bring you outside the terminal. The driver was right where he said he would be waiting.
Worst experience ever in all our travels. Driver never came to meet us. He called nine times and had us walking all over checking parking lots pulling our luggage. . He said he would not leave his car to meet us. My husband is disabled and it was impossible for us to back track. He argued on the phone with my husband being very disrespectful. We finally were so exhausted and could not walk anymore due to the heat so we said to forget it. We wound up taking a taxi which cost us another $110.00 to go to our hotel. This was our first time to London and it totally ruined our day. We would like a full refund. We have used your site for other bookings but I am not sure I will in the future if we are going to be treated this way. A rep from his company did call us but of course his story was completely different. What hired driver refuses to get out of his car to meet the people who hired him. Rep was supposed to get back to me but never did. On this trip we are visiting many other countries and not sure about booking with Viator again.
