Private Transfer From Heathrow Airport To Southampton

The best experience ever from a car service. Our driver Romad was the real deal couldn't ask for a better driver.

Great experience. Driver was waiting for me and the trip was good to Southhampton. Very comfortable ride. This is the second time I have used Viator to book my ride from airport to hotels and it has been a good experience.

Driver was one hour late, not at designated meeting spot, and frustrated with no the situation. He was supposed to meet inside the terminal with a sign indicating my name. He said he tried to call on my phone, which was on airplane mode and we had no arrangements to communicate that way. Company offered a measly $18.82 as compensation on a trip that I paid C$360 for. I feel that this is absolutely not adequate compensation for this private transport which I used to avoid any problems.

Keep in touch with Viator. Ride to destination was fine. Had to wait 45 minutes in Arrival for driver. Said he contacted us. Never got call. Had to call twice to let them know we were waiting for them.
