I travelled to Saudi Arabia for umrah and it was my first time. Alhamdulliah I had a wonderful experience, Mrs Khan was very helfpul and always was willing to ask questions. She talked me through the process and reminded me of what essentials I needed to bring, she was so supportive and helpful.

Mehr did a great job and pics look so good. I enjoyed the iconic locations with my family. Mehr guided us throughout and took us to great spots for pics.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Oliver. He knew the best spots and he helped us with the right poses based on our ideas. We did not feel rushed in any way and he was as nice as he was professional. We did something like this in Philadelphia for our engagement photos roughly seven years ago, and we think it’s a great way to truly remember the trip. At least one or two of the photos will be put up on our walls. Stay well Oliver.

Mehr was an amazing photographer with a fantastic eye for great shots of our family at the London landmarks. She was a true professional and why we are rating this five star. Absolutely a must when in London as we saw angles and views of the landmarks that most people don’t know about.

Pictures quality was inferior. Over edits and grainy. Most pictures appeared dark. Such a Pity the photographer was such a nice person

I have hesitated to write this review, however I am doing so in the hopes that others will avoid the issues that ruined my experience. I was very excited when my husband and I booked this photoshoot and was hoping to obtain once in a lifetime photos that we would forever cherish. The photographer was nice, however he continuously insisted that we should NOT look at the camera. Thinking that he surely knew better than we did, I followed the direction. The result was a collection of photos taken from below us (extremely unflattering angle), photos where we looked in awkward directions, and photos that I was embarrassed to show anyone else. My family and friends laughed and commented that they hoped I hadn't paid for these photos. Apart from the money we lost (the company refused to offer any kind of refund), we lost the opportunity for a truly unique and wonderful experience. I did not pay nearly $500 for a total of 5 photos that I can almost tolerate, and neither should you.

Our photographer was amazing! She was flexible and accommodating despite our changes. The pictures came back fast and look so good. I can't believe how well they turned out in such a short amount of time. - As far as communication with the company ahead of time, there is room for improvement. We did not get the details until the day of and were a little confused about what to do, but other than that it was a great experience and I recommend it.

Pictures came out fantastic, I am so grateful for Oliver who was patient when we were running late and lost, he offered to come get us when we could not find our way. Oliver made sure to make us feel relaxed under the circumstances and rain.

Fabianna was very warm and did her best to make sure we comfortable and happy with the pictures she was taking. She asked what locations we really wanted to include and made suggestions on how to make everything we wanted a reality. We are happy with our pictures and got them back exactly when she said we would.

Oliver was amazing!!! He was patient, funny and made the experience comfortable and relaxed! He has a true passion for his craft! Truly outstanding!!!

Fabiana was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. She’s very friendly and accommodating and is very good at helping coach you to take good photos.

Bought as a birthday present for my mom.... she LOVED it!!! Had a great time, loved her photographer (Oliver) and kept asking to have another session with him. So knowledgeable and genuine! Had a great experience.

If you’re the usual family photographer when you’re on holidays, and no one takes photos with you in them (mums I’m looking at you) …this is a holiday must-do! Our experience with Pictrip for our recent trip to London was smooth from beginning to end, with booking, organising the details, the shoot and receiving the photos. Aaron took into account our location and interests to suggest a lovely location, and Khrystyna took us through a walking tour of Notting Hill, taking photos at multiple picturesque locations. The pictures were ready a week later, and didn’t take long to choose and download. If we hadn’t booked our Pictrip photographer, there wouldn’t have been any holiday photos of mum, so this is the perfect end to a wonderful holiday.

I’m so glad we did this, and I’m really happy with our photographer, Fabiana. She was really friendly and easy to spend the morning with, which helped make an otherwise awkward (for me) situation feel more comfortable. I booked a 2 hour session for photos of my 10 y-o son and myself. That morning (Boxing Day 2022), the train strikes had several underground routes and stops shutdown which caused both Fabiana and us to be late for the meeting time. Luckily, the day before our meetup, Fabiana had texted me over WhatsApp, so it was easy for us to keep in touch with one another that morning about our arrival delays. We met at a Starbucks, which made the timing so easy, as we just ordered coffee and sat for a bit before getting started. Fabiana reassured me that the clock wouldn’t start on the 2 hours until we began taking photos, and I really appreciated that. Took off the stress of being late. So, what was one of the most impressive parts of this booking experience was this: after booking on TripAdvisor, Aaron reached out to me by WhatsApp to ask what locations we wanted to visit and for some other information to prep for us. I told Aaron that 15 years ago, I was in London and happened across a building with pretty violet tile work— I wasn’t sure where it was, but I sent him pictures of it and asked if he recognized it. It’s a random apartment building in London, but he researched and found it!! I was shocked! So our first stop that morning was to this place that I wanted to take photos at and didn’t even know where it was, but they found it! Amazing effort on their part and I was really so impressed by and appreciative of that. We continued on through some stops I had asked for and then headed to a location Fabiana suggested, which turned out to have some of my favorite shots. My son was over the whole thing like 30 mins in, but Fabiana did her best to get him to smile. By the end, he was in such a sour mood that we called it early and I was pretty discouraged about it. I figured we’d be lucky to get even a dozen good pictures from it. So, imagine my delight when I got the link to the gallery later that week and saw that she had 130 beautifully edited photos to choose from! I really couldn’t believe how many good shots we had. All around, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Very well organized and friendly people and the photos are top tier. This was an A+ experience! (And I’m so happy to have pictures of us from this trip that aren’t just selfies and bad, rushed pictures taken by random strangers!)

Fabiana was wonderful! I don’t particularly enjoy having my picture taken but with Fabiana it was easy and fun. She is an artist and really captured amazing photos. She is kind, funny and knowledgeable. I’m sure it would have been a great experience with someone else but with her it was perfect!

Great comms pre-trip, our photographer Fabiana was an very friendly and took amazing photos. Highly recommend this photography tour really pleased with the results, would use them again.

I had an extra day from a business meeting so i reached out to do a workshop with these folks. This was more of me taking photographs than taking photos with me. They assigned me a photographer named Aaron and he was great. He helped me with the settings on a relatively new camera and at times let me shoot with his own camera. We went to a few really good spots and it was a great day. I recommend these folks if you have extra time in London

Overall, this was a wonderful experience! Before our trip, we received clear details regarding our upcoming experience such as who, where, when, etc. Right before our trip, Natasha, our photographer, checked in with us to confirm details. In addition, we received our photos within a few days. Natasha had a challenge as we met at the Tower Bridge on Easter for our photos. She successfully dodged the crowds and made us feel very relaxed as she took pictures. Not only was it an enjoyable experience for my father, husband, two teen sons, and I, but we received many special family pictures that we will cherish forever!

<p>This was beyond amazing!!! Our family photos during our London trip were beyond my expectations. They worked with our schedule and made last minute changes b/c the weather seemed to be changing. Natasha met with us on an evening at 7pm and the lighting was great. She worked w/ my family of 5 and got the best shots.</p>
