Guide was well educated and knowledgeable about the Tower and it's history. Hindsight I would have self guided and saved lots of money.

Very good tour. Much nicer to have it as a private tour instead of a bigger group. Some places can be harder to hear and move as a bigger group so having our own guide for our group of four was great.

We did a private tour of the Tower of London. Marina, our guide gave excellent commentary and really made the history come alive. The pace was good with chances to sit down as she relayed the history of the tower. As a knee replacement person I appreciated that. One thing to note is there are a lot of steps on this tour but it’s very doable.

We were lucky to have Galina as our private tour guide today. We are a grandma, my adult daughter and my teenaged grandkids. My concerns were not knowing if three hours was too long for a tour and if the kids would be bored. Rest assured, if you’re thinking of booking this experience, the time flies and all of us were thoroughly engaged every minute. Galina clearly loves history and weaves in exciting stories about the Tower of London and its many occupants. She answered lots of questions from all of us and was engaging with the kids. This is an enormous venue (we were surprised by how vast it is) and Galina walked us through it patiently. This tour is expensive and it is worth every cent. We would take another tour with Galina any time!!

This was a fun and fascinating experience. Marina was a wonderful guide. She is very knowledgeable about the history of the tower and the monarchy. She really did a great job of steering us around the crowds. We learned so much, and the 3 hours flew by. This was definitely a highlight of our trip.

We were taken back in time at the Tower of London. With very descriptive narrative we were transported to a time when the tower was a lived in castle to the current day. And the Crown Jewels are breathtaking.

This is a private walking tour of the Tower grounds, Crown Jewels and outbuildings. Our guide was knowledgeable and we had plenty of time to ask questions. Going private allows you to get at your own pace. Marina was awesome!

We had limited knowledge of the Tower but she answered all our questions kindly and told us about the history in an entertaining and story-like way. We can not recommend this tour with Denisa enough!

Understand that there are quite a few narrow steps that you have to go up and down to get to the towers

The tour great. Marina was very informative and attentive to my wife's physical limitations. We loved the history and the crown jewels.

This was a wonderful tour with a very knowledgeable guide (Marina) who walked us through the history of the Tower of London, it's prisoners, the executions that took place, and all of the royalty that resided there through the ages. Marina was very good at explaining the succession of kings using many visual aids (which we appreciated very much). You could tell that she really enjoyed explaining all the detailed information she had, which made this a very enjoyable tour. We also were able to view the Royal Crown Jewels, and with Marina's explanation of what to look for while viewing, we were able to see things we would have missed. This private tour was worth every cent, and I would recommend it to anyone who loves England history.

Galina was an excellent tour guide. She texted the day before to tell us where to meet her. As a Blue Badge holder, she was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us interested throughout the tour. She guided us around the Tower of London to minimize queues and prepped us beforehand as to what we were going to see when we went to an area in which she was not allowed to talk to us. Her explanations of The Crown Jewels, along with the pictures she had, really prepared us for what we were going to see and the history behind them. It really improved the entire experience. At the end of the tour, she walked us the entire way to the tube station to ensure we got on the correct train. Definitely recommend this tour.

Lucy did a fantastic job navigating us around and getting us in places without long waits. We got the entire history of the tower and Lucy kept it fun and engaging for us, including my 12 and 15 year olds. Highly recommend!

Outstanding tour guide (Ben) that was wonderfully personable and knowledgeable. He rates 6-stars all day long. What doesn't is the fact that the company oversells how quiet and crowd-free it will be. We were early, and it wasn't. Their relentless marketing and pressure for an immediate review is also off-putting. It'd be nice to actually get home before getting pummeled by email and text.
