I have already tried Smiler in other cities and there was always a good price and great photographers. This time too, everything went great. The only thing is that the day before the photoshoot we were asked to change the time, as the photographer could not come at the time we chose, but we were free and changed the time without any problems. Everything went great and we are very satisfied!
Don't miss out on this photoshoot while you're in London!! I got lucky with a beautiful sunny day (I think that's quite rare in London) and the photographer definitely took advantage of it. We walked around to get different angles of the London Eye and the Thames, and these have to be some of my favorite photos of me ever! I got sent the photos in a link that made it easy to see them and download on my phone, which was a great experience, too. Thank you!

The photographer was a little late but easily made up for lost time. He knew exactly how i wanted the shoot, because he interviewed me or read my specifications. I really appreciated that! And he didn't insist on taking 100 of the same photos on the same location, he made sure i had options. Very very good and professional experience.
Loved our few days in London and because of Smiler, my family now has amazing pictures to look back on from the trip. The photographer also gave great tips on how to pose to get the best pictures. 100% would recommend!

Got a Call midday for our 9:15pm Photo Shoot at the London Eye. Getting a the 7:15pm confirm time, as I corrected her and said our shoot is at 9:15pm and we have Dinner reservations. I then get constantly asked if I can change the time because "her" Contractors are not available even though the site allowed me to pic the time slots. Yet I prepaid and traveled across the pond. After reminding her that THIS IS NOT AN OPTION. She then ask if I can schedule for another day. Sounding more and more like her CONTRACTORS wanted to Enjoy London Like we did. Waste of time but my wife and I as well as another couple setup for this multi person shoot made the best of it.. USE CAUTION YOUNGHOG

We wanted at first having this photoshoot at the London Eye but tickets were not included. As a compensation we had amazing pics as memories I recommend in the future to have tickets entry included !
Such a pleasant experience. I was traveling alone and it was nice to capture the Eye of London, Big Bend, etc. The photographer was very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend. Great price too!

Jordi did a great job navigating photos through an especially wet and rainy day. 5 stars to Jordi but 3 stars to Smiler (the tour operator) as the map location and coordinates are completely off. We arrived very early but then ended up late to the shoot as we were waiting at the wrong location. Luckily Jordi did not have any shoots after us.
It was our first time to London and we had a great time! The photographer managed to find a secluded, private spot for us to have a couples photo shoot in front of the London Eye. Really happy with the photos! Can't wait to return to London again!
I hired him because I went with my mother and she is very bad at taking photos. But with this, it is solved to be able to have proper photos, that are not blurry, nor are they all selfies, nor do you have to bother anyone to take them, together and separately. Recommended. The photographer on this occasion spoke a little Spanish. He was very kind.
