Professional. We were met by friendly driver with a sign. He helped with bags and got us safely and quickly to our destination.

On time and communicative. Friendly driver and clean vehicle. Would use the service again the next time that I am in London.

Driver on time, personable. Took care of our luggage. Would use them again. Only suggestion would be that scheduled pick up time should be at least 2 1/2 hrs prior to board time at Southampton cruise terminal.

Wow… The trip to Newgrange is spectacular. Our guide and driver was excellent extremely accommodating and helpful. I recommend this tour to everyone.

Absolutely disappointed with this service. After a wonderful experience booking and communicating...no one was waiting for us with a sign at the designated arrival point. We kept walking back and forth over a 20 minute period looking for a sign. Sent a communication and received no feedback. Eventually the 1 hour point came after the original pickup time with no indication that anyone was coming so we left in a taxi. Apparently the driver was there, just at a coffee shop and not waiting with a sign so we could not possibly know he was there. A refund was flat out refused. This is fine. I shall simply never use this service again and take my further business, bookings and generous tips elsewhere. I would also commend the London Heathrow taxi service, they are quite wonderful and I recommend them to other travelers. They take up to 4 large suitcases with 4 carry on bags and 2 people quite comfortably.

The drives Arrival was 8:30 am, we had 1 hour before he would leave. 2 of the passengers met up with the other 4 passengers at 8:45 am, the other 4 passengers arrived at 8:30am, in which the driver did not want to wait for the 2 passengers, the other 4 had to convince him to wait. When we arrived at our destination I gave him a 20 pound tip, & he did NOT help unload our luggage. Horrible service with this driver.

We did get confirmation but when I texted them saying I arrived, driver was not there. Then when I called was told to go to an outside area where he was not there. Then after waiting decided to go back inside the airport and driver was there. But drive was nice and family appreciated the private transportation. Nice vehicle.

They are clueless - working remotely from London. I canceled this and they refused to give me a refund. They said I canceled within less than 24 hours. At first, they had no idea what was going on as they were not in London.

Our flight was delayed, I messaged them to let them know ahead of time. They never showed and we had to take a cab to our hotel.

After arriving to London from such a long flight, it was a big relief not to have to hassle about bags and transportation into the city using taxis or trains. Especially since the trip into the city isn’t short.

Our ride was an hour late from when we arrived. I tried calling the company to see where our driver was and there was no answer. After an hour waiting he showed up. Not Happy!

Driver did not voluntarily assist w our luggage. He walked well ahead of us unconcerned. But the largest issue was that he dropped us off at the street rather than going up to the hotel. Saying it would be too difficult to drive us and our four pieces of luggage to entrance. The hotel porter met us halfway up the drive to assist asked was stunned the driver left us at the street. We’ve taken multiple taxis and there’s plenty of maneuvering room. For what we paid the service was absolutely well below standard. Very disappointing.

I ordered car to bring us from Heathrow to air b&b in london. First 2 reservations I made were canceled on me, but nearly a full day before they told me each time (loosing time to rebook). Finally made a reservation, but I canceled it shortly after. I tried to get my gauranteed refund (since done more than required 2 days prior to ride). That service went to airport for me and called me since I wasn't there, i explained i canceled, they referenced first 2 canceled by drive service. I explained they canceled those, i canceled the current one. Now I've been charged and refused refund, even though I have confirmation of cancel screenshot. Their screw up my payment. BAD SERVICE FROM VIATOR!

The driver was not at the airport when we arrived and we spend the next 30 minutes trying to reach him through the company - Europe Shuttle - and then directly. He finally showed up about 6:40 a.m. - 40 minutes after we cleared customs. While the flight arrived early, a good company would have monitored the flight arrival time and he should have been there to greet us when we arrived.
