Our 4-Hour private black cab tour with Stella was worth every penny! She picked us up right from our accommodation and took us to famous landmarks and hidden gems we would never have discovered ourselves. Her incredible knowledge of London’s history made it feel like a true insiders tour, with excellent service throughout. I was traveling with my senior mother, so we chose this way of sightseeing for comfort, safety, and easy access to the best spots. What made our tour so wonderful was Tracy our guide. She was so fun and so full of information. We no appreciate London in a new way. We now want to return to see more and learn more. Our tour was well crafted by her; we were picked up right in front of our hotel and dropped off at Paddington train station for our express train ride back to Heathrow. You just can't ask for more. The tour covered so many interesting aspects of London including American heritage in London, very, very interesting. A little pricy yes but overall, it was worth the expense.

Dave made our tour absolutely highlight of our trip! From start to finish, they were punctual, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable and made adjustments to the itinerary according to the weather. Rather than just reciting facts, Dave brought the history and culture of London to life with engaging stories, local tips, and humor. He went above and beyond to ensure my mom and aunt were comfortable, answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. Also gave recommendations and suggestions.

We had a 4-hour visit with Patrick our lovely tour guide!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him and we could not believe how knowledgeable he was about everything. He took us to amazing places that were all free, and we just had such a fun and funny time. He managed the 4 of us so well and I will recommend Patrick to anyone I know who travels to London. I had a four-hour tour of London with Julie, and she was absolutely incredible. English isn’t my first language, so I asked the company for a guide who spoke clearly and at a pace I could comfortably follow. They recommended Julie and suggested a call before the tour to make sure I could understand her easily. She tried calling me three days beforehand, and the company followed up when she couldn’t reach me. That extra effort made me feel they cared about the experience I would have, beyond simply booking the tour. They wanted to make sure I would feel comfortable and enjoy it. Julie arrived ten minutes early and was so easy to spend time with—fun, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whenever I had a question, she answered it thoroughly. Throughout the tour, she checked in to make sure we were spending time on what interested me, that the tour was meeting my expectations, and whether I wanted to adjust anything. I really appreciated that. Since I was on my own, she also took some great pictures of me wherever I wanted to stop. We toured from 9 to 1 on a busy morning, and some streets were difficult to get through because of the traffic. Julie knew her way around so well that whenever we hit congestion, she found another route and showed me things along the way. We barely spent any time sitting in traffic. I’d just finished a ten-day Mediterranean cruise and had guides at almost every stop. I thought several of them were very good, but Julie was miles ahead. It wasn’t just how much she knew—it was how she explained things and paid attention to what I actually wanted from the tour. I would absolutely recommend the company, and especially Julie. I’m so glad they paired me with her!

Our guide Ollie was so knowledgeable and informative. He was so pleasant to spend time seeing Central London if you don’t have a lot of time or want to navigate through London. He was fantastic in recommendations of places to see and even took suggestions that he could accommodate. It was really a pleasure and would definitely highly recommend Ollie!

Spent an amazing day with Steve Thomas yesterday. We did the 6 hour London tour. He was communicating with us before our tour asking about our interests. He completely catered the trip to our interests. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the sights and history of London. He also had a great deal of knowledge about the Beatles and took us to some very interesting places that involved their time in London. Steve was incredibly engaging and thoughtful. We would absolutely come back and do another tour with him. My brother and I said so many times yesterday I’m so happy that we did a private tour. We never would’ve had the same experience on a hop on hop off bus. He showed us all the spots to stand to be able to see things, what to look for with what we were looking at. I could go on and on. We had a fantastic 4 hour tour with Jim. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of London’s history. He asked us what we wanted to see and crammed so much into 4 hours. He took photos of our group of 4 on his own phone and then air dropped them to all of us at the end of the tour. We loved every minute. Jim is an excellent tour guide. I highly recommend this tour!

This was by far one of the coolest things we did on our trip visiting Scotland, London, and Paris. Paul Hunt picked us up at our hotel and started the tour by asking us if we had anything specific we wanted to see. We stopped at various locations of interest for American tourists, as well as historic landmarks. Upon being asked "what's the oldest and most historic cite in London" Paul pivoted and took us to view the Roman coliseum. This was a fascinating and personalized experience that I would HIGHLY recommend if you only have a few days to visit London, as it truly presents you with the highlights (and helps guide places to return to later). This was my first time to Wngland and I had a driver named Jeremy, let me tell you how wonderful this day was! I had a rather rough start from all the travel and he was kind enough to allow me a little time to grab a coffee before we headed out. Our first few stops were the scenic shots and he was sure to let me get a few pictures—much appreciated. What I enjoyed most about the tour were the stories and tidbits of information that he had! I had no idea of all the significant places and people throughout historic London! I thought showing me dr. Johnson and his cat was an especially nice touch. My favorite part of the trip had to be the new information about each of the sites and the personal nature of this tour. I really can’t convey how knowledgable and friendly Jeremy was. He’s a natural at being a tour guide and when I come back I’ll be sure to book with him again!
