Driver was on time which was a plus! However, the scheduling is rigid and seemingly not able to be adjusted. We were at the EuroStar Station much earlier than we would have preferred.

Ahmed was wonderful. He was there ready for us on time and took care of our bags and opening doors. Provided us with wonderful facts about the different historical places along our route to the train station.

Our driver was very lovely. She figured out how to get all the luggage packed in the vehicle, which was not an easy feat.

They will schedule the pick up time to what they see fit depending on where they have to pick you up and where they have to drop you off. They scheduled me for a 7:30am pick up. I contacted them to let them know I preferred a 7am pick up and it seemed like they gave a little bit of a push back. The person I spoke to on the phone was questioning why I wanted to be picked up a half an hour earlier then what they wanted. When I explained to them I preferred an earlier pick up time to make sure I didn’t have any issues with catching my train on time, they acted as if they were annoyed. They also showed up a couple of minutes late when they did pick me up.

The driver came fairly on time .. due to traffic he was pretty much on fine. No issue at all. I would definitely use this service again. He was pleasant and super nice

I gave it four stars because a vehicle arrived that wasn't large enough for six passengers and our bags. We called a taxi but then a second car arrived. The problem was that we didn't know two cars were scheduled to arrive and neither did the first driver.

We were at the lobby on time. Our driver did not show up on time and at the stated spot. He said he was waiting outside. If my husband did not go outside the hotel and asked around, we wouldn't know he was just outside waiting for us. We were almost late with our departure time.

We had a very early morning departure. We typically ride the tube but with early time there are limited trains running. Felt more confident booking a driver. It was easy, driver was on time, even early.

The driver did not have a large enough vehicle to accommodate my party with our luggage and fought with me over 45 minutes before he decided to make the proper arrangements in the vehicle to accommodate us. Try to make me pay for another vehicle or call a taxi not very professional service after you get my payment.

Transportation was supposed to be set up with "City Transfers" to take us to the train station. Nothing was set up. I have not checked to see whether I was charged the $40 for the trip. We just took the subway to the train station for $4 and got there in about the same time we would have if we had gotten a cab.

We arrived at terminal safely. Driver had helpful information and polite. He gave us information about the sights we passed on the way to terminal. Let us out where it was safe to exit.

Hard to work with, didn’t respond to emails and the picked us up over a hour early. Claimed they didn’t have our train departure time yet I gave them it and the train number when booking. Traveling with a young child

Please avoid this service. This was booked through Viator for City Transfers Co. The original booking was for a 6:00 am pick up. We called and confirmed as instructed a couple days before hand and asked to move the pick up to 5:45, which they confirmed. Waited till 6:10 on the morning of pick up, and no one showed up. It took several tries and another 10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. They said that the driver had been there at 4:00 and couldn't find us (of course, beause he was one hour and 45 minutes early). They also said they tried to call, but we didn't answer. I did not recieve any calls. They did not have any other drivers available and could not pick us up. We tried taking the Tube, but missed our train anyway. Very angy. Please avoid this service.

The driver was excellent BUT I was assured the car that would be dispatched would be a van to accommodate our luggage and we got a small sedan which was totally inadequate!! Very disappointed with the service provided.

We were assured that a van would be sent to collect our baggage and portable wheelchair but a sedan arrived [at 5 am] and no time to change! Driver was fine but otherwise terrible service.

We had a great experience! The driver was where he said he would be, he loaded/unloaded all our baggage and drop us off safely at the station. He gave us a few tips that came in handy in France!

The drop-off place on Euston Rd. is easily accessible by taxi. The London Tube combined Kings Cross/St. Pancras station is right there, as well. Obviously, with luggage, a taxi is more convenient since the entry is on street level. Once inside, you go through a simpler version of airport security, made easier by advance ticket purchase. Past security there's a waiting lounge with an electronic departure board for the various times and destinations - Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, etc. When your train is called for boarding you take an escalator to the corresponding platform and board your train. Altogether an easy experience.

<p>We asked for a van that can fit 5 people and their luggages, they came with a tiny car whose airconditioning didn’t work.<br/> They didn’t bring requested car seats.</p>

<p>Chauffeur on time. From the Eurostar arrivals area we called the provider's office and met the driver there.Great service whether he spoke English or not. On time arrival. New van, clean. Courteous driver who took care of the luggage for us. Can not ask for better service.</p>

<p>Our driver was waiting for us in our hotel lobby about 10 minutes before expected and ready to go! He took us directly to the train station and helped give us some direction on what to do next. This made getting to the train station very simple.</p>

<p>We arranged the transfer in advance, and we had the hotel concierge call the day before to verify our pickup time. Almost an hour before our verified pickup time, the front desk called to say our ride was there. We hadn't even finished packing! So we just went by the time we had been given, and the actual transfer itself went well with a nice car and good, friendly driver.</p>

<p>Our driver was several minutes late. Having never taken the Eurostar before, when we arrived in the waiting area, there were other drivers with signs, but not ours. After about 15 minutes, he showed up. We were getting concerned and trying to call the office when he finally showed. Good smooth ride, but the driver being late did not set well.</p>

<p>The Driver was over one hour late picking us up from our hotel. Each time I called, I was told 10 minutes, traffic is bad. When the driver arrived he had not excuse and didn't even acknowledge he was one hour late.</p>

<p>Extremely rude driver. We waited out front of our hotel at the given time. We were not given any further instructions. He had apparently gone inside and could not find us. He berated us and was such an unfriendly miserable man. He told us he had been looking for us for 20mins already even though HE was 15 mins early. We were having breakfast at that time - we got in trouble for that too, he also berated the staff at the hotel as well in front of us. I would never use this service again. I question why he was doing this job, he clearly does not enjoy it.</p>

He gave us very precise instructions on where to go in the station which made it much easier. I would definitely use this service again.</p>
