Dynamo of London was wonderful! They drove my 2 friends and I to Dover from Heathrow at the last minute. The dispatcher was kindly and efficiently kept us updated about time of arrival of our driver and the driver was great, safe, professional, and friendly. The service was very much appreciated!

My experience with VIATOR was amazing. My driver's name was Daniel Elhuni. His service was absolutely exceptional, top level and was very polite, respectful and pleasant. He went above and beyond in assisting me with small tasks such as helping me with exchanging currency. And answering questions about other areas in England. He was very knowledgeable about London and it's beautiful structures. Although I hired his services hours over what was originally booked, he never complained. We even had a good laugh about it. It was a pleasure to have him as my driver. When I return to London again in September and I will definitely be contacting VIATOR and Daniel again for their service.

The whole team were ultimate professionals from start to finish. I arranged this transfer for my 19 year old daughter from Heathrow airport to her hotel. As a mum sending a child to the other side of the world (we are Australian's) was nerve-racking. I asked numerous questions before she left and the admin team were courteous and answered every question promptly. They were very accommodating when we changed the drop of point as well. My daughter was nervous about finding the driver and using the service in general. The driver was outside the arrivals door where they said he would be and made her feel at ease immediately. The car was immaculate and I know my daughter asked lots of questions about London and he was kind and very informative. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Shuttle driver was prompt but I received no contact the morning of shuttle as a confirmation he was coming so a little stressful. Traffic was bad so felt he should have allowed more time since we arrived with little time to get through security, again, because of traffic congestion.

I messaged the driver when we arrived to let them know we had arrived and were picking up two bags. When we got to the arrivals hall, we stood by the designated spot they had told us to wait. We waited 20 minutes and I tried to contact the transportation company. I got voicemail several times. I finally was able to get through and he put on a very long hold and then disconnected me. We tried one more time and I was told that he would be there in 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes went by. Finally saw Driver, but we were spent waiting an hour. This was a pretty pricey experience to have such poor service.

We were very disappointed in this expensive car service. Our driver was NOT at the airport as scheduled. After several minutes of waiting and looking for him, we finally looked up the telephone number of Dynamo of London Chauffeurs. We called them and they contacted our missing driver. Several minutes later the driver called us to ask where we were. We responded with “Outside of Boots (a shop in Heathrow) where we were told to stand.” He finally arrived. What should have been an easy airport pickup turned into a very stressful situation.

The driver we had was nice and did the best he could to get us to our hotel in a timely fashion, given traffic conditions. However, we were misinformed about the transfer only being one way. We paid a very high amount for only a one-way trip to our hotel, when we were even prompted to enter our departing flight information as well when we set up the transfer. Then our driver to the hotel told us we only needed to confirm our transfer to the airport, which we tried a couple times before finally getting a response saying we needed to pay more money for the transfer to the airport. This is very disappointing and very overpriced for just a one-way trip.
When we got to the airport we called and were told where to meet our driver, but he was not there, took over 30 minutes for him to show up. Our plane was on time.
