We met Jack through our agent at Travel Theory. Together they planned a 9 day itinerary for our family. Jack took us on several private tours: Tourist sights throughout London, Borough Market, Oxford, and Windsor Castle. Jack took the time to get to know our family and our interests. From there he customized our tour, being completely flexible as needed. Jack was born and raised in London, graduated from Oxford University and well educated about the history and culture of the UK. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience as he also coordinated with our driver and was available to us for any tips for the rest of our vacation. He even helped us find another flat when our initial one was we checked into was a disaster. Jack shared so much knowledge and kept us entertained throughout our week with him. He kept the tour moving throughout and pointed out things we would have otherwise missed. He was the perfect guide to have taken us to Oxford as a graduate of such a prestigious university. Exceptionally well-crafted walking tour of Buckingham Palace and Westminster areas. Jack, our guide, was as professional as he was friendly. He effortlessly navigated between erudite historical facts and fun anecdotes. He was also able to answer all the kids’ quirky questions and went out of his way to make sure they had the best spots to view the changing of the Guard. Excellent tour catered to our expectations. I booked Bespoke Britain's Royal London tour for my boyfriend (a history lover) for our anniversary. It was the perfect gift! We were so happy with the Chelsea tour that we booked a full day private guided tour with Jack and the wonderful cabbie Neil. This was the highlight of my family's stay in London. Jack is a wonderfully entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide whose enthusiasm for his city is infectious. We visited the Tower of London, Soho, Churchill War rooms and had high Tea at Woolsley's. The private cab was a great choice as Neil is equally knowledgeable (and funny!) about London and had a different perspective on the sites in the city. There was absolutely no better way to spend a sunny Easter Sunday than by exploring the city and learning about the royal history of London with Bespoke Britain! Being fairly new to London I was keen to get to know a bit more about the history of the area and Jack is genuinely one of the most knowledgeable guides I have come across who actually makes the history of the surrounding area seem so interesting! There were so many hidden gems that you would never find on your own and this was truly a really enjoyable experience made even better by the fact that Jack is a total local to the area and is one of the most passionate history buffs! Would highly recommend this tour & company.

Having had the pleasure of a tour by Jack to the British Museum, I was thrilled to get another chance to have him show me the sights. He knew, it seemed to me, some fascinating detail about every street corner. He was also extremely receptive to my personal interests and modified our trip slightly to include fun facts and details that I would find especially cool. Perhaps the best part of a tour with this company is that you can tell how much Jack loves the job. He isn’t just citing facts, he truly knows (it seems) everything you could ever wish to know about the city, and he loves to talk to you about it. Breathtaking. Brilliant. Bespoke. Our family had a fantastic and incredibly informative tour of London with Bespoke Britain. With a keen interest in British history, I didn't think there was much more to learn about London and the sites on this tour, but I have never been so delighted to be proven wrong. Jack's knowledge of the city is unparalleled and he proved a charismatic and intelligent guide. There’s tours and then there’s the ‘Bespoke Britain’ tour! Jack clearly knows London like the back of his hand and all its hidden historic secrets. Informative and done with an engaging tone, he took us under his wing and made it a tour we wouldn’t forget. Entertaining a 8 year old girl for 2 hours is hard enough at the best of times, but Jack made it a breeze. A few days later and my daughter is still talking about it. I’m truly amazed at all the information she took in and still remembers. If only she’d listen to me that much! With central London being so quiet at present, it felt like we had the whole city to ourselves, which made it even more special. Don’t delay, book today!!!

We took our 11 year old daughter with us. Jack was so engaging and knowledgeable about London. He included Harry Potter references too. We loved the tour our daughter did too, he really bought the history of London to life. His story about the man who got into Buckingham Palace and had cheese and biscuits with the Queen was brilliant. Would definitely recommend him to others.
