The service description was presented as two to three people and their baggage. Once booked, the specific language was presented as one bag and one personal item per person - six total pieces if you had three people. We were two people with four pieces of average to small luggage and two personal items - six total pieces. I asked for clarification and was told I needed to upgrade (pay more) to an SUV. What we got was a gloried taxi van. It was clean, though, so that was good. The driver was not pleasant, made odd comments, and his driving was inattentive to the point that we nearly got in an accident. He locked up the brakes and stopped just short of a rear-end collision. Our things went flying off the seat. He apologized and claimed he needed more coffee. Not the airport transfer experience I expected for what I paid.

We used this service arriving and departing Heathrow. Our drivers were timely, helpful and their vehicles were comfortable and spotless. We would highly recommend their services for ground transfers!

Over the past several years I have traveled with friends. I have always trusted Viator for transfers and excursions and never been disappointed. I can recommend Viator to anyone planning their next trip.

Don't use it on our trip from our hotel to the sea port they sent a car even though I called several times from January when I ordered it until a month before departure and told them there was 3 adults and 6 pieces of luggage 🧳. We didn't have time to wait for another car and they didn't offer it. We all got jammed in the back seat of a sedan my niece had to hold a suitcase on her lap for the one and a half hour drive and got a bruise on her leg they put suitcases in the trunk which is all that would fit 3 on the front seat and the other on her lap. I requested a refund for the terrible drive and was informed they wouldn't do that not any of a refund. I'm sure this review won't make it on their page because these companies only use the good ones ut this was awful.

We were supposed to be picked up from our hotel in central London to be transported to the airport yesterday; reservations were paid and confirmed since February. They did not show up and when contacted by phone, after a long wait, they claimed to have a reservation made for us in July!! While in our way to the airport, they called and offered to send a car in 6 minutes but it was too late. I would not recommend this company, at least for airport transportation since time to board a plane is nothing one can be plying around with.

This driver took into account the traffic and picked us up 30 minutes earlier (we were already waiting downstairs anyway) and glad he did because we would have been late for our flight! Clean car and friendly driver.

Driver was on time, but the car was significantly smaller than I expected (Toyota Prius). Luggage hardly fit and ended up needing to put a suitcase in the front seat of the Driver’s car. We made it work, but three adults crammed in the back seat was not exactly what I was looking for when I booked a private transfer.

I booked transportation for my group of six from our London hotel to Heathrow Airport. What I booked said it was for 6-8 persons. What arrived certainly was not. And our driver was 30 minutes late. Said there was an accident they had to go around. I get there are accidents but for 30 minutes?? Then when he saw our group and luggage he said, oh no! He couldn’t take all that. Six people and luggage won’t fit. If six people are going from a hotel to an airport aren’t they going to have luggage? Wouldn’t you assume that and send a van capable of holding everyone and everything instead of a small taxi? One couple in our group ended up having to get their own taxi to the tune of $137. And if this sounds like an isolated incident, it definitely is not. I watched the very same thing happen to a family at the Southampton Cruise Terminal. Half of their family ended up having to take a taxi to their hotel. Not everyone can afford an additional $137 at the end of their dream vacation. Some people budget very closely for vacations. I feel this is highly unexceptional customer service. I realize I was in a country different than my own but is this how this type of situation is handled in Europe?

Driver showed up on time and was very courteous. We encountered some heavy traffic but she was able to go around and still be is there on time. We had a good experience; however, I wish that Viator would have sent me a confirmation saying that the driver was confirmed at the specific time, or even better if they would have the driver call our phone number ahead of time to confirm arrival time - especially since it was an airport ride that is very time critical

Driver drove extremely fast, swerving through lanes going around cars and breaking hard. Also had the windows done the entire ride and when I asked to raise them up driver closed them and then proceed to turn on the AC. I will not book with this company again

The driver was extremely rude. Didn’t even greet and sent a text “ you are already 8 minutes late and I will leave in 2 minutes “. Never had such an unprofessional experience. It’s all about the right attitude and right way of communicating. Flights are already stressful especially travel with kids. This was unnecessary. Hope you all can educate your driver Sabrina . We always tip generously and have had wonderful pleasant drivers. But she was en exception and really spoilt our travel morning.

I don't like putting reviews like this but people need to know. I got the same driver from the airport he was fine then. But on my way back to the airport from my hotel his driving was not good at all made a private phone call. Driving was really bad was cutting people off and running red lights and using his ph the whole time.
