Driver was professional and early. Picked us up from the cruise terminal in Southampton and got us to Heathrow with time to spare. Would recommend.

Mario, very friendly and professional. A 2+ hour drive from seaport to Eurostar and he maneuver through traffic wonderfully and smoothly. Never any fears (like we get in taxi's). My granddaughter forgot her crochet instructions in his van and realized an hour later. We text him about it and he sent photos of them for her. She was so happy to get on the train and be able to finish her project.
Driver was great! Extremely nice and personable. He made the trip enjoyable. Trip went extremely well. Car was clean, roomy and comfortable. Water and snacks were available.
Our driver was so helpful. He had a very tough assignment getting us from Southampton to London. A lot of the roads had been closed for a marathon and the M4 was closed and diverting traffic. He took all the detours and would point out sites along the way. Would highly recommend

Requested cancellation on Viator website 2 days before tour, see screen shot. Also notified tour operator 3 days prior to tour and 2 times after that. Viator said the driver showed up to pick up site, therefor no refund. Because Viator did not notify the tour service of the cancellation is not my problem.

Our entire group was not able to come out of the terminal all together due to some delays but our very was accommodating. Van was in good condition, very good driving, we were in London in an hour.

Glad we prearranged our transport from Dover Cruise Port to St. Ermin’s Hotel, London. Driver was on time, professional, clean car and very pleasant 2 hour journey.
It was a horrible experience I will be asking for a refund. We were 8 and had to pay an extra transfer because the second car they sent us was not suitable for 8 people. The first one was late and said we only paid for airport transfer when it says hotel or airport transfer. They also wanted an extra 50 pounds when we had to pay an extra 400 pounds for the other extra transfer. We were split into 4 per car and even with 4 people we had to put luggage on our feet. Don’t recommend.
Viator is the worse travel company you would want to use on your next vacation. We were in Europe when we found out after agreeing to a set amount over the phone. To our surprise the cab driver told us Viator wanted her to collect $25 more or the driver will drop us off on the street of London. The driver herself told us this is the first time she was asked to collect more money from us and only in cash. It was a one way drive from the Southampton to London and we payed over $300 for that 2 hour drive. This company has NO integrity and morals. This company will rip you off as soon as they can. We had not received any call or text that said they are charging us $25 more dollars for the ride to London. No justification on what the $25 extra fee was for. They are DISHONEST, LIE and IRRESPONSIBLE for everything they say they will do for you. We wanted to be picked up at 8am from the airport and we had to wait two hours because they couldn’t get a driver to pick us up, 2Hrs, Do NOT hire this company for any transportation job in Europe. They are the worse of the worse. On top of being bad with their services and cheat you out of more money instead of following the contract, We have already notified a lot of our friends and associates on our experience with Viator. I hope some day soon they loss their license to operate, They are the best at making irresponsible excuses to the customer. Do not hire this no class company, This will be the biggest mistake you will ever make in your life to hire Viator. They have NO shame or guilt for what they do. Don’t get ripped off by this low life company,
Flavio was wonderful. He arrived exactly on time and was so helpful. Great driving skills and could be a guide with all the information he shared. Van was clean and water was provided. On time and great Mercedes Vans with plenty of seat and space for all our luggage. We had a family of 7 and we had a lot of space. The transfer took about 2 1/2 hour and we got to the airport with plenty of time to spare.

We were off the ship by 0930 and our car was to arrive at 1000, however, by 1015 there was no car. I first emailed to find out where our car was but no answer. We then called and was put in que for almost 15 minutes and was told driver was held up in traffic. Five minutes later someone called and said they didn’t get all the information from Trip Advisor and was just sending someone to get us and it would be 10 to 15 minutes. So 45 minutes later a driver finally arrived. We were lied to the whole time. The two stars is only because of the fantastic driver but this is her final week so I can not even recommend her.

A little bit of confusion about the pick up time. Issue was resolved with Viator USA, to my satisfaction over the phone, because phone number given for supplier in London, UK was wrong.
