Thanks for an easy experience
Arranged a private transfer from the LHR to the Cotswolds. Pre-arrival set up was very easy and facilitated by using WhatsApp. Communication of driver was smooth and easy as well. My only complaint is pricing was 60% higher or more than for an Uber. Also, they upsold me for a slight charge for an SUV and the vehicle was a very small SUV. So would not do that next time either.

Highly recommend. Our original flight was cancelled and they were very accommodating in changing to our new schedule. They kept up with our flights and kept communicating with us. The driver was waiting for us and was very nice. They made things not stressful after having a stressful flight situation.

Always excellent service. Have been using the company for 4 years. However, an obligatory 18£ “meet and greet”charge from the airport was added, which I found excessive.
I have used Mason and Green on two separate occasions when travelling to the UK from the States. Both times the service has been extraordinary. This most recent time involved transporting six family members and their luggage from Heathrow Airport to my son’s residence in Melbourn (a 65-mile trip) for a family reunion. I might add that my husband has mobility issues and taking public transportation was not a viable option. I needed something that would be prompt upon our arrival and comfortable. The Mason and Green transport worked beautifully. Prior to landing, I had received in my email driver details such as where to meet, registration mark, and make/model and color of the car. There was even a picture of the driver included. This made the pick-up process very secure. Excellent! Also, I was kept informed of when the driver was on his way and when he had arrived at the airport. Once greeted, the driver ensured we were comfortable and offered us water (which was appreciated). Should I find myself in London again, I would not hesitate to use the services of Mason and Green again.
