Private 5-hour London Tour With Pickup – Explore Iconic Landmarks

Natalia was amazing. Great conversations and so sweet.

This was the perfect fit for us. We only had one day to show my mom strong London and she can’t walk very long or very far. We were able to hit a ton of hot spots and customize the itinerary to our preference. The driver isn’t a tour guide, but still knew a lot about the places he was taking us.

This was a great short excursion that we booked. After booking, we negotiated a hourly rate with the company to be picked up and delivered back to the cruise ship. We were in London about 10 hours and it allowed us to see a lot and do a lot while having a driver at our complete disposal. It was fantastic. He took us to see all the highlights in London and returned us in plenty of time to the ship. Best excursion to see a lot in a day. I would highly recommend this. Just remember, we negotiated extra to pick us up and return us to the cruise port.

Such a beautiful tour. Excellent for those who want to enjoy London in the best way possible. We saw so many attractions!

Our tour guide was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. As good as we’ve ever had. Would highly recommend him.

I loved our day with Trust Transfers and our driver Elis. He was incredibly professional and took great care of us. The car was immaculate and all communication with the team at Trust Transfers was top tier from start to end. I would recommend without hesitation! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

We did this tour as a shore excursion while cruise. We ported in Tilbury and arranged to be picked up at the port. We paid extra for pick up and drop off at cruise port. Was an excellent experience and allowed us to see London in a day. Elis was great and very accommodating. He was very professional. The car was very nice. He provided us with water bottles. He dropped us off at each of the sightseeing locations and picked us back up. We would highly recommend.

Great way to sum up the view of the city. Visited all the “hot” spots. Very knowledgeable of the area. Very accommodating.

Our family had the pleasure of taking a 5-hour tour around London with Trust Transfers, and it was an unforgettable experience for all of us, including our son. From the moment we were picked up, everything was perfect. Our driver, Lulian, was exceptional. He was punctual, professional, and so friendly with our son, making them feel comfortable and engaged throughout the tour. The vehicle was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which was a huge plus when traveling with kids. We visited iconic landmarks like the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, and the London Eye, and Lulian made sure we had enough time at each stop to enjoy ourselves without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this company for anyone traveling with kids or looking for a memorable family experience.

We found Trust Transfers through Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. Everyone at the company we spoke to was kind, understanding , helpful and always available. We weren’t quite sure what sort of tour we wanted in the English countryside but we wanted the flexibility for it to be more customized. Trust Transfer had many suggestions and were willing to accommodate our tour exactly how we wanted it. As important, they were much more reasonably priced than other tour companies we spoke with. We had an immediate connection with our driver, Lulian. We had such a wonderful time with him! He was a great driver, who is knowledgeable about London and its surrounding area. He was willing to go over and above to make our trip to Stonehenge and Bath a memorable and special experience. He provided water and stopped when we needed to use the restroom (without complaint like my husband). He offered to carry our bags and to escort us to see the highlights of Bath so we wouldn’t get lost (we are borderline seniors). When our feet were aching and we just couldn’t walk anymore, he was genuinely upset for us that we didn’t get to see everything so he drove us to each place we did not see. The tour was perfectly timed and Lulian was on time. Lulian picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off there. His vehicle was VERY comfortable, clean and easy to get in and out of. To say we would use Trust Transfers again is a million times over an understatement. Lulian is an honest, genuine and interesting guide and driver who knows how to show his passengers a great time all while following their lead. We hope our next trip to London we will see him again.

This is my second time doing this tour I loved it so much the first time. This time, I brought my 12 year old son as he doesn't enjoy formal guided tours but loves exploring new places. Our day was perfect and was just the pace we wanted to see what we wanted without any pressure to stay longer or shorter in any one spot. It was flexible and very enjoyable! I would recommend this tour to anyone looking to see London without the stress of getting around on your own. Our driver Lulian was exceptional and took great care of us. We have also used Trust Transfers for airport transfers and getting to other attractions. They are always prompt and the drivers are the perfect mix of professional and personable! Thank you for making London special for us!

This tour was fabulous! We spent 5 hours touring the best parts of London with Lulian, who ensured we saw the best of the city and that we felt well taken care of the entire time. He made sure we saw and experienced everything we wanted. This is the best way to have an independent and customizable trip. Top tier service. I would book this again hands down!

Book this if you are looking for a driver to drive you around and not tell you anything about the actual city. I was handed a guidebook to look up information. If I look at the guidebook, I can't view the city. So I was disappointed in the quality of this tour. I learned more in 5 minutes on a double-decker bus than in my whole day with Samim. My advice is if you are scheduling tours of the city, please learn about your city so you can talk about the neighborhoods and sites we are visiting. Samim was nice just not knowledgeable about London. He was more interested in booking future car trips with me than giving the tour.

We loved our day with our driver Iulian! He was so friendly and knew all the best places! We really enjoyed our day and saw all the sights we wanted to see. It was great to have someone so friendly and knowledgeable who could navigate the crazy London traffic with ease! We highly recommend!

The private tour for our family was simply amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a more professional, kind, and friendly driver. We saw all the highlights, and he graciously dropped us off in a convenient location for each site and picked us up in the same place. Took the stress out of traveling. Thank you, Calin! We will definitely spread the word about how amazing this was!!

Thank you for this tour in London, our driver Iulian was amazing and the car very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this tour!

My tour guide Lulian made my day in London. It was my 1st time visiting London and he made sure I was able to see everything. Lulian was very patient and accommodating to my travels and plans. I would definitely book more excursions.

Julian was simply superb. He was waiting for us at Gatwick airport and brought us into the city of London while showing us several highlights on the way

Excellent service! Very helpful drivers, clean vehicles, on time and personable. We did a custom tour around the city and also used them to take us to Southampton.

I would highly recommend! Everything was great! They were able to accommodate my last-minute booking with a pick up from the airport! They understood my time constraints and worked with me to get in everything that I wanted to see before my next flight! Luli Was amazing and very helpful throughout the entire trip! His driving was safe, and his knowledge was expansive! If you are looking to do a layover tour or any tour, for that matter, you will not be disappointed!!

The was an awesome option to see as much of London in one day! The itinerary offered by the tour company is perfect (hit all the hot spots), and we were able to request one more stop so we could quickly see Hyde Park. We visited on a rainy day, so being in the car between points was perfect. Our guide was very nice, informative, and accommodated our requests. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect tour for our short layover in London. Iulian was punctual, friendly, patient and knowledgable. It was a very enjoyable day and we highly recommend this tour.

We were 7 people. The private tour was worth it, and we saw a lot. I can recommend it and would book it again anytime.

We were very pleased with how quiet and accommodating our driver Marius remained despite the annoying marathon, which is why so many roads were closed. Also the selection of sights and the tips he gave were valuable.

Service of 10. At all times they meet any request or need and you have and it is spectacular to know London in such a short time and in such a comfortable way. Elis always attentive and giving us recommendations and curiosities.

We visited all the iconic places of London. Our driver Mr Jiulians gave valuable information and advice that embellished extraordinarily this day in London. As a professional, I recommend this team and have even issued us a certificate of best London city tour
