I learned so much about some behind the scenes facts and stories about Harry Potter I never would have guessed! As a long time fan it was a fantastic experience. Carlos was our tour guide and he was so funny and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this experience!

Me and my friends had such a fun time on the Harry Potter pub tour with Carlos. I didn’t realise how much more Harry Potter lore there was to discover!! The whole time was a blast and I can’t wait for an opportunity to show off all the niche knowledge and deep hits of the franchise that I now know!

Such a fan of Carlos’s unexpected way of bringing the world of Harry Potter to life in the streets of soho. Giggled so much and felt like a kid again learning about how a favourite book can come to life again!

Had an amazing Harry Potter tour with Carlos, such a brilliant guide! Discovered hidden gems in Soho and some charming pubs which I’ll definitely be going back to. Carlos also shared some fascinating stories about HP, the actors and the books/films. Not your typical London tour, which made it even better! 🧙‍♂️✨

If you want your typical Harry Potter tour, this is not for you! Carlos is an excellent storyteller, who brings you with him on a journey from the moment JK put pen to paper, to the filming of the movie while conspiring with Alan Rickhman over his fondness for his character Snape. This tour takes you down hidden alleys and secret passageways, where you learn not just about the story behind the story of Harry Potter, but a lot about West End pub culture, as rhe actors experienced it, as well.

This was easily one of the best tours we've ever taken. Al is funny and witty and very entertaining. We loved seeing all the secret spots where the cast hang out🧙‍♂️👍

We loved hanging out with Al, learning about all the scandalous things the cast got up to before, during and after making the films. The pubs were all excellent, old worldy Leaky Cauldron type pubs, actually related to the cast and the making of the franchise. I’ll be coming to do this tour again with my Muggle friends.

I took my daughters on the Potter Pub Tour for Muggles, not expecting to enjoy it half as much as I did. Even though I’m familiar with the brand, I don’t know too much about the actual films or books. But the stories about the actors are relatable to everyone, and the local history and information woven into the experience made it highly enjoyable, regardless. Xxx

Not sure what kind of sorcery Henry is using, but this tour was hilarious. Think less “educational school trip” and more “stand-up show meets secret Potter pub crawl.” I was crying-laughing half the time and weirdly emotional the next. My partner had no interest in Harry Potter until this tour, so that has to be a good sign!

Ben kept it super fun and chill. It felt like hanging out with a friend who just happens to be a total Potter nerd in the best way. If you’re in London and even remotely into the books or movies, book this tour. You’ll laugh loads and learn stuff. One particular bit was quite emotional (in a good way), when we visited a certain church yard linked to one of the cast, no longer with us.

I’ve done a few pub tours with this group and they’re always top-notch. This one was a highlight — especially if you’re even slightly into Harry Potter. Glenn was fantastic, the pubs had real connections to the cast, and the stories were brilliant. Highly recommend!

Carlos was an amazing tour guide! We enjoyed all the stories and pubs along the way. This was a great way to spend our afternoon. We only wish we had done it earlier in our trip so that we had time to return to some of the places we visited as well as check out some of the recommendations Carlos gave. 5 stars all around!

We visited several unique pubs that inspired locations in the Harry Potter series, and the atmosphere was lively despite the weather. I highly recommend this tour for any Harry Potter fan or anyone interested in London's history.

I recently went on this great alternative Harry Potter tour focused on London landmarks with connections to the books and film series. Carlos, our guide, did a great job delivering both wizarding world facts, actor and publisher backstory snippets, and, importantly, local pub knowledge. He shared good jokes throughout and gave interesting background on the people who created the books and films. We visited local landmarks related to the books, and visited pubs and spots where the cast spent time. Each with an unexpected and entertaining story. This was a fun way to experience central London with a Harry Potter twist. I’d recommend doing it with family or friends whilst making the most of the pub stops with a drink in hand.

This was a wonderful tour where both potter-heads and curious muggles joined forces to discover all the hidden and dusty corners of London that played a part in the creation of Harry Potter. It was such a good time and a different plan that involved a lot of laughs in the various pubs and that made me fall in love with the city and the story all over again. Carlos made it very fun and exciting and it made me proud to be the nerd that I am :)

Wow! I’ve done tours from experienced local before but this was such a fun and new experience! Tom was amazing and the pubs were so cool. I’ll be recommending this tour to all my friends!

What a unique experience! Exploring some amazing hidden pubs and hearing stories from the wizarding world all told by our amazing guide Tom who was not only knowledgeable but hilarious was the highlight of my visit to London!

The guide was super nice and knowledgeable about the Potterverse giving all sorts of fun facts along the way. I thought this was something a bit different to other Harry Potter tours as you would learn things about the books and films but also fun urban legends about the actors frequenting a certain pub in the area or facts about the publishers of the books for example. Plus visited some real hidden gems that don't normally feature on other tours or guides that I've seen!

Great tour!! I went with my sister who’s a massive Harry Potter fan and we both loved it! Carlos was amazing, super fun and kind (even if my sister annoyed him by quizzing his Harry Potter knowledge! Btw he passed!) It’s a unique way to experience soho and it’s rich history! 1000% recommend!

Carlos lead the tour with a skill and passion that any guide on any tour ever would be envious of. We didn’t stop smiling from start to finish. He charmed us with behind the scenes secrets of the Wizarding world, before playing on our heart strings with stories of our favourite actors - at one point me and my partner were nearly in tears. Overall, I cannot recommend this tour enough, the pubs are a hoot, the content is fun and easy to digest and Carlos smashed it out off the park. Grab your broomsticks and give it a go.

The carefully selected pubs offered an excellent variety of traditional English beers that perfectly complemented the magical atmosphere.

This tour was amazing for potterheads and the non potterhead we dragged along with us. We got an amazing knowledge of the whole Harry Potter universe and funny stories from pub fights, midnight book releases and inspirations for the leaky cauldron. Carlos was a fabulous guide with great potter knowledge and the best recommendations for beers. Would 100% recommend this for potter fans and non potter fans alike!
