A bit thrown together. Some activities were fun, some not so fun. Not very long, hugely over priced.

Experience the impossible at Museum of Illusions in the center of London. The city’s most playful and surprising experience for all ages, where nothing is what it seems. Walk up the walls of No 10 Downing Street in gravity defying rooms, shrink or grow in impossible spaces, challenge your balance in the Vortex Tunnel, and explore holograms, mind bending installations, and puzzles that twist your perception. The fun photo opportunities allows you to capture yourself floating, splitting in half, hanging from the ceiling, or multiplied into a room of clones. The photos look like magic, but the science behind them is real. All illusions are based on psychology and perception, so you don’t just experience the trick, you understand how your brain falls for it. Perfect for families, playful dates, curious friends, and anyone who loves a surprise. There’s no age limit on curiosity. The museum is open year-round, and designed for anyone who wants to laugh, learn, and experience the impossible.

Firstly greeted by some fantastic and friendly staff, we also had a lovely lady helping up with each illusion also taking photos when needed. The whole experience was great, watch out for the illusion tunnel it's a bit of a stomach turner. Highly recommended experience for all ages.
Disappointing experience – lack of staff The museum has a great concept, but our visit during the busy half-term break was let down by a shortage of staff. There were only two available staff to assist visitors with the exhibits. Many of the illusions require specific positioning, adjustments or guidance to work properly, and without staff to help, it was difficult for just the two of us to figure out how to experience them. As a result, we missed out on a large number of the exhibits. Overall it was a disappointing experience especially given the ticket price. I hope management will increase staffing levels, particularly during busy times
Wonderful opportunities for memorable photos- with special scan/QR codes and expertise from assistant who happily used our phone for videos and photos. Excellent exhibits which totally engaged my grandchildren ( ages 13 and 12) as well as me !!! Made us use our brains in a very enjoyable way and triggered discussions and jokes.
It was primarily a selfie factory, for the cost and noting the name "museum" I expected to discover and learn something - my partner and I learnt nothing and instead just spent time queuing for photos
Booked online. £89 for 3 adults. Not told on website it was bring Yr dog day. Dog pee in every corner you could see. Place stunk of dog. Was an awful experience. Left after 15 minutes. Complained to duty manager who changed our tickets.
It was pretty cool for a lazy Sunday afternoon. Some of the illuminations are great. Mo was fantastic and super helpful with explaining them and taking photos for us. Was good fun
Amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Yash and Krishma went above and beyond so we got some amazing pictures and memories thanks to their help. Not very crowded on the day so we had plenty of time with each exhibit. Would definitely recommend.
Great fun for any age! The illusions are mind blowing and the photo ones are hilarious! Krishma was so helpful getting us in the right positions for the pics! Thankyou!
The experience is very well designed. It is simple to follow, and the amount of information is right: informative and interesting without being too much to read. I was also impressed that some areas include instructions and ideas for taking photos, which I found very helpful. I especially appreciated the break between the two sections. After all the stimulation of the first part, it gave the young boy I was with time to relax and recharge, so he could fully enjoy the second part too. The staff really stand out. Everyone was kind and patient, explaining how to take good photos and even taking some for us. Yash was lovely, and I'm sorry I didn't catch everyone's name. The staff member at the entrance paid real attention to the young boy I was with and made him feel special. As an adult, I found it genuinely interesting too. I would recommend it for all ages.
Excellent visit - lots of fun. Great staff on hand to explain and take photos. Yash and Reese were very helpful.
Stuf and Reece were great helping take some great pics.
Krishna was the very best host. Thank you
Krishma was fabulous at showing us how everything worked and taking photos for us.
Yash was excellent - he was very polite and helped us get the best photos
Had a fab time guides, very helpful in taking photos.
it was very fun and Yash was very kind and took us great pictures
This was such a fun experience! Yash was fantastic with helping us get the best out of each illusion. My 6 yr old had a blast!
A great experience to share with my adult daughter. We arrived late morning and stayed 2hrs. The museum wasn't too busy, so we had plenty of time on each illusion( some we visited twice!). Some of the illusions we couldn't stop laughing at. A good fun couple of hours. I think if it had been busy, then we may have had to move round a bit quicker, and it would have felt a lot of money for an hour.
A very exciting and fun experience.
A fun experience but expensive for what it is. So glad I had a tripadvisor voucher otherwise it wouldn’t be worth it.
Tryin was excellent! She helped explain how to get the most out of the experience. She also captured the moment via our phone so we have endless memories. Thank you Tryin!!!
Trying was awesome with helping us with poses and photo taking. Had a blast!
We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience especially the more interactive ones. The museum was well laid out, modern and easy to navigate
Propa nice experience and the whole staff were absolutely incredible. Especially Crawford the security guard and Tryin at the desk
We really enjoyed this musuem. It blew our mind.
Definitely mind bending. Certain points can make you feel abit sick. Mess's with your mind
Tryin was a fantastic guide and extremely friendly and knowledgeable of all the exhibits
Generally disappointing. Too many people let in at once, long queues for each exhibit. Need more staff inside to Marshall people through. Could not get to see or do all the exhibits.
It was really great fun and interesting. The kids loved it. If they have an inquisitive mind, even better. Definitely worth a trip
We had a great time spent over an hour and a half seeing different illusions
Had a great time walking around the museum. A great place to suit all ages. Tryin was wonderful and very helpful. Xx
Fab, fun experience with teenage kids. Just a little pricey for what took only just over an hour. Helpful and friendly guide Tryin who made sure we got best photos
Had a good time, staff member Tryin helped us with some cool pose ideas that came out good in the photos.
Great museum for the family! Staff member Tryin was awesome helping us with staging great photo ops!

Such a fun time with my sisters we didn't rush spent over an hour and a half just having a good time lots of laughs. Miah was great helping take some photos for us brilliant
Surprised my friend with a visit for her birthday. We absolutely loved it. So much to see and staff and visitors were on hand to help with the photos, as some needed that third person. Well worth a visit
Lovely time . There weren’t too many people so we took our time around . Sofia was lovely and so helpful . Thanks to her the experience was even better . Everybody was lovely . I would go back again .
Tryin is an amazing person who was very approachable and caring toward my child
Excellent visit. Thank you so much to Tryin for taking the photos of us as a group, they were amazing!
We had so much fun as a family of mixed ages and the illusion expert Tryin was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend to others and visit again.
Expensive ticket price for quite a small exhibit - the exhibition itself was good but really not worth £25 - it’s only takes about 30 minutes to look around - pricey if you are going as a family or taking small children
We had such a lovely time! Lovely place to take your children plus all the staff were so friendly and very helpful.
Definitely a great experience and a really funny place to go with ur young kids
We had a great time here passing time before our train home. It was fine to take small suitcases and bags round with us too. We enjoyed the exhibits and recommend it for 1-1,5 hours entertainment. Staff helped us get better photos on some of the most popular opportunities.
We were just passing and saw this. It was a fantastic interactive experience with my 17 year old. I had seen it on BBC news and had dismissed it initially as I thought it would be too busy. But 10:30 on Sunday was quiet. As we left though the queue was out the door. Plenty to boggle your mind.
Amazing! So much fun! Atif was particularly helpful with his tips for taking amazing photos! Would definitely recommend! 😊
Fun afternoon, very interesting and exciting and Atif, the staff, was very helpful with taking photos
Fantastic experience with my grandsons! (11&8) Great value for money, the boys really enjoyed involving themselves with everything there! Highly recommend!
