The cinema district of London which is where all big movie premiers happen. It also neighbours China Town.
The Victorian Alley famous for it's collectors book shops, antiquities and galleries. The street once housed Mozart and was the birth place of the British film industry.
A hidden alleyway that is the oldest complete street in London. Gorgeous architecture and steeped in history it's a place easily missed when exploring on your own.
Trafalgar square is a central hub to London with roads leading to Buckingham Palace and Westminster square. Trafalgar is home to many impressive buildings as well as the tallest statue in the UK and the smallest police station.
The infamous bridge that was used in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. The bridge is overlooked by St Pauls Cathedral and has amazing views of the city across the river Thames.
The incredible replica of the Globe Theatre built in 1997. Recreating the original theatre first built in 1599.
A beautiful picturesque pub first built in 1615. It was also used in a scene for Tom Cruise's first outing as Ethan Hunt in Mission Impossible.
This street where the Prison museum is located was once home to the notorious medieval Gaol from the 1100s. The street is now an awe inspiring site with some beautiful street art.

Jamie was an amazing guide. Very funny, high energy, and relatable to all ages within the group (age range was ~8 to >65). Introduced us to areas we would have never visited otherwise, which make London more interesting than the main attractions. Excellent value and would do other tours with this company if we had more time.
We had a great experience on the Harry Potter tour seeing some of the highlights of London with an added twist. Definitely the best tour service around with knowledgeable guides and reasonable prices. I cannot recommend it enough!
We did a Harry Potter tour with Jamie, it was amazing. The whole group was small (12 people), we saw a lot from where the movies were shot. Jamie also answered many questions around other topics (James bond shooting location, history of London, ...). And he was super nice and super cool. I would definitely do another tour with him again
It was a lovely expierence ryan was very knowledgeable and very nice guide
My family (2 adults, 12 yo, 14 yo) had a great time on this tour. Jaime was well informed about Harry Potty filming sites but also a lot of other movie and general London trivia and was happy to answer all our questions. We got to explore some nooks and crannies that we never would have discovered on our own. We really liked that the film clips of the Harry Potter locations were shown to us on an iPad since it had been a few years since we last watched the films.
Jamie was a fantastic tour guide who was very knowledgeable. The tour is very unique and very accommodating for everyone. He took the time to learn everyone’s names and joke around. Highly recommend this tour
Informative but relaxed tour with a good mix of Harry Potter facts and locations as well as information about the sights along the way. Something for everyone! Ryan is a great guide and very happy to share tips to enhance the rest of your trip.
A wonderful trip during which I saw beautiful places in London connected with Harry Potter. A fantastic guide from whom you could learn a lot. I highly recommend it.
Had an amazing experience, very knowledgeable with London history outside of Harry Potter, 100% recommend to anyone. If you are from USA, you would love this tour.
Great your. Lots of great information and Jamie was super totally personable!!! Jamie is also a great book of knowledge in the movie genre. Very enjoyable afternoon !
Ryan was a great Guide with lots of additional information about the history of London and the cinema and filming industry.
Our 8 year old insisted that we give this tour a 5 star review. It was at a nice pace with lots of fun historical facts thrown in alongside the Harry Potter film site tour. It was a great way to see inner London, including some back streets you would be unlikely to come upon yourself (or know their significance). The guide was fun and knowledgeable without being overbearing. It was a bit long for our 6 year old but we knew that would be the case! Highly recommend.
I had a great tour with Ryan going to some Harry Potter film sites around London. I ended up being the only one on the tour, and appreciated how Ryan still honored the booking and spent 2 hrs showing me around. He had movie clips prepared to show next to where it was filmed, so it helped me visualize how the scene. He also had a lot of general London and other movie knowledge which he shared. I am a general Harry Potter fan but haven’t watched the movies or read the books in some time so he gave me some fun hints to answer questions about the movie which kept me engaged. He even took some great pics of me! He curated the tour perfectly that it ended in Borough Market and I was able to get some food. This was great value for the quality of the tour, so highly recommend going!
Great way to spend two and a half hours walking the streets of London. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the different locations used in the films but also included interesting facts about other films and historical London. Really enjoyable and would recommend.
I took my 16, 13, and 10 year old on this tour, and we absolutely loved it! Ryan was very knowledgeable about London in general and about all things Harry Potter, of course.
If you're a Harry Potter fan visiting London, I highly recommend this walking tour with Ryan as your guide! His enthusiasm and knowledge brought the wizarding world to life in ways I didn’t expect. The tour took us to several iconic locations, and I loved how Ryan used film snippets on his iPad to make the magic feel real. He shared plenty of behind-the-scenes trivia and fun facts about how these spots were transformed for the movies. The pacing was just right, with ample time to take in the sights, ask questions, and soak up the magical atmosphere. This tour offers the perfect mix of Harry Potter magic and London history. Don’t hesitate - book this tour! 10 points to Ryan!
I was there with my 8-year-old son and really enjoyed the tour. We walked over spots from the movie and got new facts and stories about London while walking from one to another
The tour was very informative and our tour guide had a great sense of humor that he threw in there too. My friend and I loved it! We will definitely be booking future tours with Ryan whenever we make it back to London.
Had an amazing time on our tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and even included some extra facts we weren't expecting. 10/10 would recommend and do again.
We really enjoyed tour and Harry Potter highlights plus that Ryan was able to provide other information on London as we walked around. Highly recommended for a family and intro to London plus Harry Potter fans
Not a big Harry Potter fan but took my nephew to London and found this gem of a tour, well worth the money for a 2 hour tour. Our guide Ryan was amazing not only did we have a fun Harry Potter guide of the films we also got he’s knowledge of London and other filming areas, Scotland Yard stables, a hotel where all the stars stay! And even the most narrow alleyway in London Check it out! 👍
Had the best time on the tour! Ryan is incredibly charismatic and knowledgeable, also just a lot of fun. As a Potterhead who thought she knew everything I even learned a few things. Highly recommend to anyone who’s into the books and especially the movies and wants to see London in a new light.
A friend and had the pleasure of joining the Magical Movies of London Harry Potter Tour with Where Now Tours, and it was an enchanting experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we set off, our guide Ryan’s passion for both Harry Potter and London’s rich history was evident. His extensive knowledge of the Potterverse, combined with his satisfying British wit, made the tour both informative and thoroughly entertaining. As we ambled through the cobbled streets of London, we visited several filming locations such as the Millennium Bridge, the Ministry of Magic’s entrance near Scotland Yard and the Leaky Cauldron entrance in Borough Market. Ryan’s storytelling brought these places to life, making it easy to imagine the magic of the Harry Potter world unfolding around us. Ryan pointed out the exact spots where memorable scenes were shot and shared behind-the-scenes stories that added an extra layer of magic to the experience. Armed with a multitude of weird and wonderful Harry Potter facts and behind-the-scenes trivia, he kept us all engaged and amused throughout the tour. His quips and anecdotes were as satisfying as a butterbeer on a cold day. In addition to Harry Potter locations, Ryan also shared fascinating facts about other famous films shot in London. He highlighted iconic locations from various movies, adding a delightful cinematic dimension to the tour. Plus, Ryan would play footage from the films at key locations, making it even easier to visualise the scenes and adding an immersive touch to the experience. The tour was well-paced, allowing plenty of time for photo opportunities and questions. Ryan’s engaging manner and deep knowledge ensured that both die-hard Potterheads and casual fans enjoyed the tour equally. Whether you’re a lifelong fan of the Harry Potter series or just looking to explore London’s cinematic history, the Magical Movies of London Harry Potter Tour is a must-do. It offers a unique perspective of the city that you won’t find anywhere else. Highly recommended for all ages – this tour of our fascinating Muggle world is truly magical!
Me and my family are huge Harry Potter fans and this tour was such a treat. It was amazing seeing all the different locations that the were used in the films and my kids were super excited throughout the whole tour. Our tour guide Ryan was a particular stand out, he was knowledgable, funny, easy to chat to and happily answered all our questions. Would highly recommend!
My family and I had a brilliant time on this Harry Potter tour putting the film into context. It was really interesting to see where scenes had been filmed and we were able to be reminded of these by our guide’s use of a digital device to see the scenes which really enhanced the experience. Alongside the film tour, we also benefited from amazing local knowledge from our Guide, Ryan, and found out about parts of London and it’s history. Places we would never have found on our own! Thank you for a really informative and fun walk. We would highly recommend it.
Having been to the Harry Potter studios, I decided to go on the Harry Potter tour in London. So glad I did this tour, really interesting seeing where the exterior filming was done, without the tour would never had known these places were used in the film. What I wasn’t expecting was the tour guide also told us about some of Londons history and took us to some interesting places, which we would have never found on our own. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, with a good sense of humour and was happy to answer all our questions.
The Harry Potter tour with Ryan was fantastic. Really enjoyed seeing where stuff was filmed and it was really cool to see the scenes on a tablet he provided so i could see it in context to the film and real life! Another great highlight was going to some hidden parts of London, having visited before!! Ryan is very charismatic and the tour very entertaining, I highly recommend to people who have a spare day in London! You won’t be disappointed!
Our guide, Mark, was extremely informed about not only Harry Potter, but other films--combined with the history of London. He was fantastic! My fellow travelers and I had a few extra needs and Mark was incredibly accommodating. I can't have imagined a better, more personal tour--and tour guide. Highly recommended!
The guide was very nice to the tourists, informative. It was a fun tour to walk around the city and explore Harry Potter spots!!
What a great tour, Ryan does an incredible job telling us all about the different places where Harry Potter was filmed around London and is a wealth of knowledge about all things film. It’s a great way to see the city through a different lens if you like Harry Potter
The tour guide was very nice; we saw many places where Harry Potter was filmed, and the guide knew a lot about the movies and was very excited to share it with us.
