Luxury Windsor, Bath & Stonehenge Tour From London

Good afternoon!! As far as organising the guide and driver goes, they’re simply brilliant – 10/10!! They’re friendly and lively. However, I have a negative view of the time allowed to enjoy the tour – for such an exorbitant price, there’s no time to relax; they’re constantly reminding you that you’re running out of time, and there’s a 100 per cent chance they’ll leave you behind. All I managed to look at was my phone and the time on it!! It gets worse: travelling with children is difficult, especially when they’re young – the toilet on the coach doesn’t work at all. You’re not allowed to eat hot food, and you have no time for lunch – not to mention time to even figure out where you are!! Please be careful before you choose a tour!! Thanks to the guide – it was fun!!

Our tour guide David and driver Thandi were absolutely fantastic- knowledgeable, personable & very accommodating- and funny! Learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed the day- which exceeded all expectations- would love to tour with this dynamic duo again!

Bruce was very engaging and knowledgeable with Luan the driver who drove carefully. Both were very respectful and considerate of all passengers needs. Plenty of time at each venue

Generally tbe experience was quite nice. The sightseeing was good and enjoyable, very interesting. Be sure to not book on a tuesday and wedsday though if you want to go into winsor castle. We sadly weren't able to see inside which kind of took away the historical part of that part of the trip. Our guide was David, while he was a very friendly and clearly knowledgeable guide, he was at times rather negative. For example he talked about his dislike for stonehenge, which was the whole reason why we booked this trip, and went on about how disappointed we would be for quite some time. That was a little bit of a downer, to the point we felt a little annoyed and let down even before we got to see the stones themselves. In the end we really enjoyed seeing them anyhow luckily. David said he kind of dimmed down stonehenge so we wouldn't be disappointed, but for a stonehenge trip the amount of dimming down he did was a bit excessive. Other than that he and the driver Romeo were perfectly pleasant and fine guides.

My tour was canceled but no one bothered to tell me this until I arrived at the meeting site at the meeting time. There, I was given the option of a partial refund if we joined the regular tour or a full refund. I had to contact the tour office to confirm that I would receive my partial refund. Fortunately, the regular tour was enjoyable.

Bruce and Luan were an excellent team for this tour. Bruce is professional, organized and so knowledgeable about these areas. And he is actually very funny. We had a great day on this trip and would definitely book again.

Our guide David and driver, Ashley were amazing and ensured a fabulous experience. David was extremely knowledgeable and created a friendly and engaging narrative of each area we visited. Although it was a wonderful experience,it was extremely disappointing that the day was not as advertised and certainly did not live up to its “luxury” description. There was no kitchenette, no snacks throughout the day and no coffee or tea. Instead we had to purchase at each stop. Golden tours needs to review their description and price accordingly.

We had a wonderful day touring the amazing Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath. David took good care of us with the food and drinks and was full of knowledge of each of the areas. Our bus driver Ashley also did a great job getting us safely to and from the site I would highly recommend this luxury tour.

Wonderful, small group tour with personalized attention. David was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was well worth the extra cost.

Bruce and Marius were excellent!! Bruce made the long day interesting with timely information and commentary. The tour is good, even with limited time in each stop we were able to see all we wanted. The highlight for us was Stonehenge.

Paulie was our guide and he was great ! I enjoyed his narration while we were on our way to our spots. He was also helpful after the tour on how to get back to my hotel after the tour. Mario, our driver, got us to our destination safely and comfortably. I rate this experience an A plus and would use Golden Tours for future bookings next time I’m in London and would tell my friends and family from California about it.

Our tour guide Dan and the driver Noel are amazing! Dan shared many funny royal gossips in Windsor castle, and introduced the history of Stonehenge and Bath in the latter half of the trip. Noel, an excellent driver, drived safe during the whole trip. This is a wonderful experience :)

David was a great guide very charming entertaining and helpful. Elvio is a great driver and also very nice. Booked with entry. And looking Io the entrance fees it feels like I really didn't pay much for the trip. I travel alone and can't drive so this is a great way for me to see places. Sadly there's not much time at each location.

Bruce James, our guide and Lucian our driver were great hosts for our trip. There is a lot to see and they kept us on time for each stop. Would highly recommend for a full day trip.

The experience was unforgettable! It helped to check off several bucket list items! The admission fee for the extra meal was so worth it. Bring your own snacks and water and you can save a lot of time avoiding long lines at the attractions. The length of each visit was perfect for a highlight tour! Be sure to follow the sage advice of David the tour guide. David was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, funny. Julien the driver showcased his talent by easily navigating tight curves and streets to showcase amazing views! This tour is best for small groups/families or solo travel for those wanting to see highlights of so many amazing destinations! 10/10 would recommend!

It was fine but when I booked it, I thought I was booking tour tickets and it was only transportation so I think you need to change a few things so it says transportation only at the very top in red

The areas we visited were lovely and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate and had lots of useful commentary. However, there was also a lot of overload during this and would’ve benefitted from the essential information to make it more engaging. However, the visit itself was very rushed which meant that we didn’t have adequate time to explore the area and now know it’s better to do this unguided. Our tour guide explained the expectations very clearly about timing, however this meant when people were not allowed bathroom breaks when needed. We were told the timings and we even when we were on time towards the end, the bus was going to leave without us. The tour guide told us to be ready for 17:20, and she will wait 10 mins to depart. We got there at 17:21 and saw our bus already trying to drive away. This is unacceptable as bath is not a place that’s nearby to travel to and from.

There was not enough time allotted at Windsor or Bath to see sights.

Hotel package through Costco made it easy. Pauly was our guide. A very informative trip with character. They were competitive for leading the way over other tours and had a good rapport with other operators. We enjoyed the tour.

Our tor guide, David, provided excellent and practical information to make the tours simple and enjoyable. His anecdotal commentary which filled in time were interesting and good British story telling! All around this was an excellent day getting a sample of 3 well known areas of historical significance.

I did a day trip along with my friend and it was mesmerizing. We experience detailed guidance at each attractions and the facilities they provides was truely amazing.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and very helpful. Even let us tag along and showed us the ropes for the underground after the tour to get back to our hotel. The driver was also very good.

I thought the tour was great! Josh was a grey guide with a lot of knowledge and funny jokes. Mohammed got us to our destinations safely.

This was a great tour for the wife, our two kids and myself. Would definitely recommend going, particularly with Josh as the guide and Mohammed as the driver as they make a great team.

As I had done this trip two years ago in Spanish, I decided to do it in English and it turned to be fantastic. The guide and the driver, were extraordinary. I highly recommend this enterprise.

Jaime our guide did a great job in making it an enjoyable trip. He pointed out many areas of interest during the trip. He recommended places to visit such as Natural History Museum and Da Mario which was down the road from our drop off. It was the place Princess Diana frequented with her children. We went and it was amazing. Kept us on time. Patrick the the driver was excellent in managing traffic and getting us everywhere safe. Windsor Castle was fabulous just didn’t have enough time to take in everything but Jaime recommended to make sure to start with the Chapel. The Baths was very an interesting historical place. Would have liked to have more time at both places. Stonehenge was special as there were Druids there on the day after Solstice a created a memorable experience. Cheers to Laurel and Hardy

Jason, the guide, and Zaw the driver were both really good!! Bath was cute, probably need more time there. There are tours just for Bath and that may be worth it. Stonehenge was cool. Didn't need more than 40 minutes there especially as it was well over 90 degrees. If you want to take a walk from visitor center to there, which would be pretty, you need more time. Windsor castle is closed on Tuesday and now Wednesday. We happened to go on a Wednesday (tickets were purchased before it was announced you can't go inside on Wednesday). I probably would recommend just skipping Windsor on days the castle is closed to the public. - USA/Belgian citizen

Our trip with Jason, our guide, and Zaw , our driver, was excellent. They were prompt, on-time and very clear with their directions. The tour was easy and done very well. It was a great way to see alot of England in a single day. Highly recommend

We had a great experience touring to these 3 destinations. Our driver Noel took care of us by driving safely. Our guide Bruce was knowledgeable, kind and generous in giving tips & guidance . The admission fee is included in the package that we booked. We had an ample time to see each of our destinations.

My husband and I had a wonderful, full day traveling to the Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath. We were fortunate to visit the castle during the changing of the guard. Luckily, Jason, our guide, gave us precise instructions on how to enjoy the process without being stuck in the crowd. Although we had three locations to visit, I felt like we spent enough time to see the majority of the attraction. Rob, our driver, was an excellent driver and made it a comfortable ride. I highly recommend

Highly recommend this day trip if you have limited time in London and want to do touristy things. It’s slightly regimented but definitely value for money ! Shout out to our guide - Jason and driver- Rob!

Our guide Bruce was really great- knowledgable and jovial with the right sprinkle of humour along the way. Our driver Amrish navigated the roads smoothly. The trip is a big one, but Bruce made sure we were on track the whole way. We managed to be the first group in line everywhere which meant first into the tour areas so our time was maxxed before we had to leave for our next destination. Highly recommend this travel group.
