We arrived in Southampton on a cruise ship for our first visit to England, with two days before our flight home to the U.S. and plans to stay in London. We needed transportation from the port to the city and came across LondonCruise-Transfers, who offered a day trip including stops at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. Booking with them turned out to be the best decision we could have made. David, our driver, was outstanding from start to finish. He responded quickly to our reservation, gave clear instructions on where to meet him after disembarkation, and was waiting for us in a clean, well-equipped Mercedes van stocked with snacks, drinks, WiFi, and phone chargers. He handled our luggage and got us on the road smoothly. On the way to Stonehenge, David asked if we preferred a quiet ride or a more guided experience. We chose the latter and were very glad we did. He shared insightful history about the area and, as a member at Stonehenge, gave us valuable context and tips on what to expect. David was outstanding. Our transatlantic cruise was late getting into Port and. He made the change in schedule seamless. His Mercedes van was well appointed with an ample selection of beverages and snacks, and he was very knowledgeable and entertaining with his history of Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. My wife and I would and plan to book his services in the future. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things.

I just wanted to tell you how wonderful your service is.  Mr. Nazim communicated with us prior to pickup and kept us informed about when and where he would pick us up. At Stonehenge he helped us get our passes and told us how to get around inside. Then upon arrival at our flat in London we discovered our VRBO rental was at the bottom of a steep spiral staircase. The four of us are all in our 70s and we were not sure we could get our large bags down to the flat. We had a great trip from Southampton cruise port to London with David. He had great communication beforehand and was a very helpful and courteous driver (well dressed too!) It was much more than a transfer as it was a tour with many sightseeing stops along the way. The van was very clean, comfortable and loaded with snacks and drinks to enjoy along the way. I would definitely recommend!

We used this company to take us from London to Southampton the day before a cruise. We booked almost a year in advance and they kept in communication with us with changes due to the summer solstice falling on the day we were heading to Stonehenge. They were right on time to pick us up from our hotel. The drivers were so great! We had lovely snacks in the van for our journey and they made sure we kept to our schedule and got to Windsor Castle on time and then to Stonehenge. Pure professionalism and friendliness go a long way and they were both! Would highly recommend!

David picked our party of 4 up at the Southhampton Cruise Terminal on May 11. Our tour included a trip to Stonehenge and then to Windsor Castle and eventually to our hotel in Stratford. He was on time, very cordial and approachable, and yes, impeccably dressed as others have said in their reviews. He handled our bags and even walked us up to the ticketing area at Stonehenge to ensure we had everything in order. His vehicle was a Mercedes which sat 4 people very comfortably as well as our bags. He provided snacks, drinks and WiFi in the vehicle. He says he’s not a tour operator but he was so informative when we asked questions about the area. We had a bonus stop at a cathedral on the way to Stonehenge because we would have been too early for our tour. David we thank you for making our trip memorable and we highly recommend you to anyone for travels in London. You’re the real deal! We used his service again with another driver later in the week who had a long trip from Stratford to The Vyne for the day. He was also on time, very cordial and had WiFi in the vehicle. We arrived in Southampton on Sunday, May 11th after our 14-day cruise on the NCL Prima from NYC. Our chauffer, Hafiz, met us on the pier at the Horizon Cruise terminal as we were getting off the ship. Hafiz was a wonderful chauffer to take us to the Westminster London Curio Collection in London. We arranged for stop at Stonehenge on the way. Hafiz was excellent in helping us at Stonehenge and a stop along the way at Salsbury Cathedral. Hafiz got us to our hotel in London on time despite all the traffic in London. I highly recommend Londoncruise-tranfers and our chauffer, Hafiz.

Our family had a wonderful experience with Londoncruise - Transfers on our recent vacation. We used them for both our transfer to and from our cruise from Southampton. Syed picked us up from our London hotel to take us to our cruise terminal. He contacted us the night before and arrived early at our hotel. For our return trip, David picked us up from the cruise terminal, also contacting us well ahead of our scheduled pickup time. He was able to move up the pick-up time which worked out great for us because we were able to get off of our ship early. He quickly found us amid a sea of fellow travelers, working with use to find a convenient meeting point, and carrying a very visible sign with our name on it. Overall, we were very impressed with this service and highly recommend it for other travelers.

We had a wonderful experience. The driver was very flexible with pickup and timing - and very helpful getting us into Stonehenge. We had such a great experience we called the company and booked another driver for the Taylor Swift concert. Phone chargers and cold bottled water was a great touch. HIGHY RECOMMEND!

We booked our vehicle transportation needs with London Cruise Transfers and I would like to share with anyone thinking about using them our great experience. First off, their prompt and professional communication via email is outstanding. Kiri handled the booking and she was prompt in her replies to any questions we had. Ikrim drove us from London to Southampton to catch our Celebrity cruise and he was very timely as far as meeting us in the morning and extremely courteous and professional. He texted us that morning to let us know exactly what time he would arrive. We also used Dave on the return of our cruise to take us from Southampton to London and also include a tour to Stonehenge on the way back . Dave admits he is not a tour guide, but he might as well be one because he knows just as much as a tour guide would know. He shared his deep knowledge about Stonehenge while driving there and gave us detailed instructions on the best we to visit that site. Unfortunately for us Windsor Castle was closed on our day of return London but Dave took the extra time to drive us around the Castle while again sharing his deep knowledge of the castle so we could at least see it before we left. The bottom line is that this company is the "real deal" and you can sleep well at night knowing that they will show up on time and fulfill their services in the most professional manner. If they cost a little more than other services, trust me when I tell you they are well worth it. Thank you again to London Cruise Transfers for making our experience while visiting in the UK a fabulous and memorable experience. I wouldn't hestitate for a moment to use them again on our next visit and would highly recommend that you consider using them too if you are travelling to London and need transportation services..

David was a great guide and allowed us to see Stonehenge while transferring us from London Airport to Southampton Cruise Terminal. He was there to meet us upon our arrival back to England and allowed us to see Windsor Castle while transferring us back to London. The door-to-door service was great. Very clean, comfortable high-end vehicle.

Londoncruise Transfers did an outstanding job of picking us up from the Southampton cruise port then touring Stonehenge and Winsor Castle. The pick-up was easy, and the tour timing provided was perfect. We could not have done it ourselves as smoothly. Communication with the drivers before and during made it so stress free. We were dropped right at our hotel door that evening. The cost was less than taking the cruise sponsored bus transportation/tour.

To begin, David’s communications were superb! He even caught and resolved a booking error with the venues being visited. The morning of pickup from the cruise terminal was mass confusion, and he was communicating and right on the spot. Our day with him was very comfortable and his knowledge added to the rides and the experiences. He knew the intricacies of Stonehenge and Windsor Castle so our entry expedited. Pickup at Windsor because of local rules was easy and again communication was key. We felt he went out of his way to make our day special.

I don’t have enough words to say how much we enjoyed this trip. Although there was a slight communication problem it worked out. David was on top of it all and he was even at out first stop to make sure we were satisfied. Between his communication and Asis, the driver, I will use them again and can’t recommend them enough.

Exceptional Service and Value. Five Stars, from pick-up to drop-off! David was thoughtful and attentive. The vehicle was immaculate - with more than expected creature comforts (water, snacks, mobile phone rests, etc.). Our pick-up was in Southampton following a cruise, so our day began a bit early. We were running ahead of schedule and David was kind enough to tuck in an hour at a Cathedral on the way. He even went so far as to pop by the post office so that we could do a currency exchange (Euro --> GBP). We had ample time at both Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. There was even enough time for us to grab a quick bite to eat in both locations. Simply fabulous all around. Absolutely nothing we would have changed or suggested otherwise. David and Kiri ensured everything was flawless from the first communication. Traveling with my husband and 90 years old mother-in-law, David picked us up in a luxury Mercedes at Southampton after a 16-day transatlantic cruise. We were whisked away to Stonehenge where David provided perfect directions. Then off to Salisbury Cathedral to tour the Cathedral and one of the four original Magna Cartas. David gave us a wonderful tour of Windsor from the comfort of our luxury sedan before safely delivering us to our hotel in London. From bottles of water to pillows and blankets provided, the attention to detail was great only surpassed by David’s personality and professionalism.

We had an amazing day getting back to London from Southampton while stopping at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. Our drive was a wonderful and helpful to allow us to get into and out of the venues very quickly and with great ease. The comfort in the vehicle was perfect with some snacks and water. I can't recommend this transfer option and Londoncruise-Transfers enough - it was just perfect! Dave communicated with us right away and advised us when and how to buy our tickets for Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. He is a member of the Stonehenge Society and because of that (and our pre-paid tickets) we were able to walk past the big lineup of ticket buyers and go right in. He was waiting for us when we were done, and then it was off to Windsor Castle. En route to Stonehenge, Dave gave us some history and context, but en route to Windsor Castle we all kind of crashed in his super-comfy swank van so he just let us snooze and gently woke us when we were practically at the front entry of the castle. We called him when we were done (plus had some awesome fish and chips at the restaurant he recommended) and in 10 minutes he was there to pick us up. He then delivered us the front door of our London AirBnB and helped us unload our whack-pile of suitcases. Dave was so amazing that we booked Londoncruise-Transfers to take us to the airport a few days hence. We had early flights and he was there at the exact time we had arranged - the ungodly hour of 4:45 a.m.. This was an impressive trip from Southhampton Cruise Term to our hotel in London with stopovers at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. We got the "wow!" factor from the very start. Our chauffeur Dave was awesome from the beginning. He arrived a little early which was great as we got off the ship earlier than anticipated. When he opened the doors to his Mercedes vehicle and we saw the comforts being provided, we knew immediately our trip was going to be very relaxing and rewarding. Dave let us know from the start that he was there for us. He provided lots of personal and historical information about both Stonehenge and Windsor Castle that was both entertaining and useful as we travelled to the location. He kept us well informed of the time and locations where he would be at the end of our tours. He also gave us a good tip on where to get great fish and chips. Dave got five stars from everyone in our group. Thanks to Dave for a trip that we greatly enjoyed and will let others know of it.
