This was a great tour! Our guide Dan was very knowledgeable, put us in a great position to watch the changing of the guard and brass band without having to fight the crowd, and was a lot of fun. We learned a lot, walked all over London and saw what we wanted to see. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our tour was excellent. We got to see both the Changing of the Guard and the Horse Change ceremony. We did the full day, but it went at an easy pace that allowed us to enjoy every part of the tour.

Dan knows his history cold. At the Abbey he walked us through nearly a thousand years of coronations, royal weddings, and burials, and he answered every question without missing a beat. Along the Thames he pointed out details I would have walked right past. By the time we reached the Tower, he had us hooked on stories about the ravens, the Crown Jewels, and the prisoners who never left. He's also genuinely funny. Dan has a quick, dry wit that kept the whole group laughing, and he never let the jokes get in the way of the facts. He read the group well, kept the pace easy, and made sure nobody got left behind. And yes, it doesn't hurt that he's handsome. Several people in our group mentioned it. If you want a guide who is smart, entertaining, and easy to spend a few hours with, book Dan. I'd do this tour again in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience on this tour! Jane and her fabulous hair were delightful from the beginning. She’s funny and knowledgeable and an excellent guide. However, it is a marathon of a tour - I would have loved more time to spend wandering Westminster and 30 minutes for lunch seemed rushed. Would still recommend for travelers on a tight schedule wanting to squeeze in as many London highlights as possible!

This guided walking tour was perfect for people who want to learn a lot of the history about these specific locations in London. Be aware that it includes a lot of walking, but also plenty of stops along the way. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about every stop on the tour, and had a lot of information about sights along the way from place to place. If you love history and seeing the beauty that London has to offer, this tour is for you.

Bad experience lost group leader at changing of the guard and tried to locate and was unable to. I had to take a taxi to hotel and didn’t attend the rest of the tour which cost me 214.00 American dollars very very disapointed

Our guide Andrew was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, caring and efficient. I was afraid it would be too much due to jet lag, but the pace was perfect and we had plenty of energy to spare. It was a perfect tour, especially for my daughter who had never been to London before.

It was tiring but very informative. Had closer look of the Westminster Abbey, Tower of London, changing of the cavalry guard etc. Adrian was wonderful. He knew a lot of the history and pretty funny when he adds jokes or trivia's here and there, making the experience more lively. He also made historical connections between the sites we visited. Being in a walking tour for more than 7 hours and talking about history etc, managing a group of people as we cross cross the streets of London, minding their safety, answering questions, etc. that is a lot of work and required a lot of energy and discipline which he had. He was a cool guy from beginning to end.

Jill was amazing. Friendly, funny, cheerful, informative, answered all of our questions. A great experience I'm very glad we booked. Would 200% recommend for anyone looking to see the major London tourist sites in a day.

Our guide, Hyab’s level of knowledge was impressive. His enthusiasm and professionalism was displayed during the entire tour. With exception of a 30 minute boat ride and 1 hour lunch, the 7 hour guided tour is walking and some stairs. On our trip there were 2 octogenarians who had difficulty and did not stay with the group for the tour’s entirety.

Guide was very informative and made it interesting a lot to see in a day. Adrian, our guide was patient and very hospitable.

Very disappointed with The Tour Guy. We used them in other countries and never had a tour cancelled on us a week before due to low participation. I asked them to honor our ticket since we booked so early and paid in advance. It took me four emails to get a final answer from them 24 hours before our trip was to begin. They offered me to be rebooked on another tour after we left London. Since we aren’t in London we asked for a refund. We are doing the same tour ourselves tomorrow. Unhappy with their customer service and not honoring our prepaid ticket. Customer service was unresponsive for many days. Had to rewrite repeatedly.

This tour was fabulous. A long day and lots of walking but worth it. Interesting and fun. Saw and learned so much. Our guide Steven was great.

Steve was an entertaining and knowledgeable guide who moved us effortlessly through the London crowds, pointing out many points of interest along the way between our scheduled stops. Would highly recommend this tour and this guide to anyone wanting to squeeze a lot of London highlights into a short visit.

Very Disappointed by Last-Minute Cancellation We booked a London tour with The Tour Guy well in advance and planned our limited time in London around it. Unfortunately, just a few days before our scheduled tour, we were notified that it was being canceled because there were not enough participants. They offered us another date well beyond our departure date back to the USA. Don’t risk a ruined trip booking with these guys.

Adrian is a terrific tour guide. His knowledge of history, architecture, art, and everything London is fascinating. We have been to London several times but because this was our adult daughter's first time, we thought we'd tour some of the places we'd been before. She loved the tour, and even my husband and I learned a few new things! Corralling a bunch of American tourists is like herding cats, but Adrian got us from Point A to Z in good times. Affable, kind, and flexible, he did a great job. We enjoyed the day.

Frances our guide is amazing! Got us up close to see special sites, good insight at every turn, lots of knowledge, super friendly, patient… the best! It was a full morning of walking (wear good shoes), wonderful boat ride down the Thames, lots of time for lunch, very thorough tour of Tower!
