We had an absolutely wonderful time at the class. Me and my wife happened to be late due to transportation issues, and they were more than accommodating on rebooking us an hour later which gave us some time to explore the area too. The instructor was fantastic, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. We were lucky enough that it was just us which was really nice. The groups before and after had more people but it was still small group. We felt welcome from start to finish. It was one of the highlights of our time in London, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

This was a fun activity and the new place they moved to is quite quaint and cozy for a scone-baking class. The baker was very courteous, polite and did a fantastic job teaching the class. He would walk over to each group to check in and assist when needed. When the scones were baking, we all sat down to "tea" which was lovely as well. Once the scones were baked off, we enjoyed them and took all the leftovers home in a brown bag. Honestly, my adult kids and I thoroughly enjoyed this excursion and would highly recommend it if you are visiting in London. At the end of the class, you are given a Certificate of Completion and in the back, you will find the scone recipe to take home and make more scones in your own kitchen.
Great experience! We had a lovely time making scones, sipping tea, chatting with our new friend from Paris. Devon was a great instructor who was patient. He helped everyone to ensure our scones were perfect. We would book again. Our table was a little bummed we didn’t get the opportunity to bake our mystery guests scones just in case they chose to arrive late ; ) I would highly recommend this event for the whole family. We were a group with an age range from age 11 - 70.
This is an awesome experience! There were eight people at my table, they were very friendly, the scones were fun to make, and delicious especially with the jam and the clotted cream! I would recommend this Solo or even families.
Awesome experience for travelers of all kinds! The host was fun, shared great history, and just all around made it a really cool time. At just 1 hr in duration, this felt like a great way for visitors to have an interactive experience with the city.
A great and popular scone workshop in Camden, London. The team were friendly and welcoming from the start. The class was led by Kai who was knowledgeable, patient and attentive. The class size was just right which allowed time for questions. Overall it was a fun experience and the scones with jam, clotted cream were delicious. A great session for those who want to learn a new baking skill or develop existing skills, with the added bonus of a history lesson on scones and tea. Would recommend!
such a fun experience and interesting. great for all
This class was a lot of fun! Our instructor Pam was very patient and explained everything very well and gave clear instructions. She also gave a short history lesson on teatime and Scones, which was very informative. We got to drink some tea and eat a scone, the other three scones we made we got to take home with us. We also got a Certificate for scone making and the recipie that we used. All in all I can only recommend it to anyone who wants a fun activity for rainy day that ends with some delicious scones
Fun afternoon event learning to make delicious scones and their history with the British. Chris our instructor was excellent at keeping it entertaining and fun. Best part was eating the finished product 😋
Such a fun experience! Oscar did a fantastic job leading the class and made it enjoyable from start to finish. The scones were absolutely delicious, and we had a great time learning how to make them. Highly recommend! Thank you!
Instructor was good and scones turned out well! However we felt the class was maybe a bit rushed, and needed better amount of teapots/equipment on each table.
The session was really fun and interactive, and the scones were just delightful when paired with the tea. Really enjoyed this experience overall.
Very enjoyable session! Guide was very knowledgeable and helpful, scones turned out well :D lots of fun historical facts about tea
We enjoyed making scones with our friends. Well-paced with clear instructions. Kai was a friendly host. Our scones turned out great, and we were able to enjoy a sample with clotted cream and jam. And tea, of course.
This was so fun! Leif was great at walking us through how to make our scones from beginning to end, and even taught us how to eat them like the queen. They were delicious and such a fun experience. My kids are 11, 8 and 5 and they were all engaged every minute.
My daughter and I had a lot of fun at this class. Baking scones is a perfect activity to enjoy London and learn about local traditions. Our teacher Leaf was great, knowledgeable and very entertaining. Totally recommend!
The young girl was very explicit and acknowledged of making of the SCONES. And very polite and friendly. The English breakfast was delicious 😋 we enjoy the friendship of people from different countries
I had such a wonderful experience at the London Traditional English Scone Making and Tea Workshop! It was such a fun and unique experience learning how traditional English scones are made. The instructors were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the entire class. I really enjoyed being hands-on and getting to make the scones myself. It was also a nice touch that we were able to take a few of our freshly made scones home with us to enjoy later! I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking for something fun, relaxing, and different to do in London. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I would definitely do it again!
The class was fun, relaxed, and easy to follow, and it was great learning how to make traditional English scones from scratch. The instructor was friendly and helpful, and of course, getting to enjoy the scones with tea afterward was the perfect way to finish. A great experience and something I’d definitely recommend!
Had a great scone making experience! Instructions were clear and Pam was helpful. Hoping to make delicious scones at home like we did in class.
A lot of fun, great people, delicious scones! Loved the history and especially getting to eat one and take the rest home.
We had a fun 90 mins with Sas and his team. We learnt a bit about the history of scones and tea. The scones were delicious, and the tea was the best... Yorkshire tea! I think it's probably expensive for what you get but it was still enjoyable. You get to make 4 scones each, and you can eat them all or take them away.
Had the must fabulous girls day out making scones. Great service and the host- Sas, was really friendly and knowledgeable. Great day was had by all.
Visiting London for the first time from NY with a friend, we found this out of the way tour making traditional English scones. The experience took us away from the hustle and bustle of the city to a cozy comfortable space learning a skill that we will carry with us and wow our friends and family at home. Pam was wonderful. The scones were absolutely delicious and I would rate it 10/10. I can truly say it was the top 5 favorite things we did in London.
I had such a fun, positive experience making scones, drinking tea and learning a little history. The setting was very well organized, the presentation was delightful and our host Pam was a lot of fun.
Excellent. Great food. Meet great ppl. Easy to make !! Teacher was great. Easy to fine and book on line. Tea was delicious.
Pam was friendly and answered all my questions. I will definitely make the scones at home for my family.
Wonderful experience and one of the highlights of my trip. SAS was an amazing instructor and storyteller who provided some great tidbits of historical facts and traditions that made this beyond a cooking class. I would highly recommend this experience! P.S. the scones and tea were excellent!
Such a fun and unique experience for our vacation! We had a great time learning how to make scones and the instructor was very outgoing and easy to socialize with. Highly recommend!
What a fun class! Sas was a great instructor. He was informative, and was a wealth of knowledge. The new space they are in is great! It is close to the Tube and right in the heart of Camden. I highly recommend a fun and fast class, a great way to bring a piece of London home with you!
Perfect activity for a rainy day in London!! Really fun and easy to follow, and you get to go home with self-made scones and the recipe. Plus you get enjoy to enjoy one there with tea!
I had an ok time, amazing location. But if I’m honest, less flirty staff would be helpful
We had so much fun with this experience! Vander and his staff provided some scone history and fun facts as well as the ingredients and a spotless venue in Camden. We had lots of laughs, and a really enjoyable and delicious time!
Simply put this was just fun. The entire hour experience allowed us to do something different as a group. For context We arrived London from the US at 12:45 took the underground into the West End and was the hotel at 2:30 PM. Took the underground for 30 minutes over to Camden and made it to the shop 10 minutes before it started We had such a good time we were able to make four scones from scratch drink tea and had a great history lesson from SAUSS. What can I say? He was amazing. He was full of culture, knowledge, historical knowledge, wit, and humor. We encountered no jet lag thanks to this experience. The only challenge is the directions have not been updated as the address has moved. I can tell you the company was extremely proactive and made sure we knew about it and was even supportive of making adjustments if we did not arrive due to the change in location. I really appreciated the experience as well as a customer service of the team
Extremely poor service and behaviour from Zak ? As a female i didn’t feel safe with some of the inappropriate and sexual comments that were made, felt like he was trying to be funny when he didn’t need to be. The event is good, it’s something the girls throught was a good idea to do, but being clearly high at work isn’t a great look for the brand. Wished one of the other girls ran the work shop, as it would of been great x
The class is well directed, the recepe easily reproducible, the scones were delicious and the host was friendly. I had a great time.
The class itself was a lot of fun, and the materials/products provided were high quality. However, the experience was overshadowed by our guide (I believe his name was Zaz, or something similar). He seemed unengaged, looked like he was running on very little sleep, and made a few jokes that felt inappropriate. Overall, it’s a solid activity, but the quality of the experience clearly depends on who is leading it that day
Wonderful experience with fun facts about tea and scones as well. You don’t need to know much about baking to be successful and enjoy yummy treats at the end.
Thoroughly enjoyed the scone class. It was well organized and the results were rather tasty! The recipe on the certificate doesn’t specify how much salt to use. Oops.
It was a very fun experience and learned to make simple delicious scones. Our instructor SAS was great he spent so much time interacting with the class and providing some history along the way. I would highly recommend this experience
We had an amazing time and it was a pleasure to have Sas leading our workshop. It was such a rewarding experience, especially since we all got certificates in the end which gave us the scone recipe (so I can make these at home with my daughter for a cheeky afternoon tea now and then). It was also educational and had only a few people baking at a time so the atmosphere was calm and we got to meet and mingle with the other bakers personally. Overall I would recommend for any ages, because this workshop was such a tranquil and informative place!
Tooba which is out lovely host help us to create gorgeous scones🎉🎉🎉
We went to this workshop with my best friend, it was a gift for my birthday, and we had a really great time. Our host Tooba was the most funny gentle woman to do this with. We can now proclame ourselves professional royal scones maker. Thank you for this great experience.
Highly recommended! I am traveling with my partner and our teenage daughter, and I wasn't quite sure how it would go. We all loved it—even the grumpy teenager. Pam was an extraordinary host and guide for this fascinating workshop. She is a truly skilled professional who, beyond just the workshop itself, created a wonderful atmosphere among the group—which included people from Germany, Corsica, Spain (Valencia), and even the UK—as we learned interesting facts about "tea time." Pam is amazing!
Amazing experience and great chef (Kai) that made it fun and engaging
Great class. Small group. Sas was an entertaining presenter.
I had a wonderful time! The explanations were clear, detailed, and easy to understand. The teacher and staff were all so kind and welcoming. Thank you for such a lovely experience!
Really enjoyed this workshop! It was super easy and fun to watch our creations come to life before our eyes. Thanks Sas for an engaging hour of fun.
The Experience was absolutely amazing! The instructor Leif was so incredibly kind and helpful. The receipt is super delicious and leaves a lot of room for customisation. It is a small crowd where the instructor has the time to answer questions and help anyone who is wondering whether their dough has the right texture. All in all would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn how to make amazing scones and have a great time while doing so!
Such a lovely and fun scone workshop! 🫖 The group was a nice size, and Sas made the workshop really enjoyable and relaxed. While waiting, we had a lovely cup of tea and learned a little about the history of scones. The scones were served with jam and clotted cream during the workshop, which was lovely. It would be great if we could also get a little pot of jam and clotted cream to take home (for an extra charge), just to complete the experience and enjoy the scones as they’re meant to be enjoyed, rather than eating them dry! 😄 Definitely recommend! 😊
