London: Natural History Museum Guided Tour + Entry With Audio

10/10 i loved it. It had an impact on Me. The tour was useful too enjoyed it the guide was nice and the education on Evolution was superb. Especially dinosaurs

My experience was a disaster. The App would not open and I could not contact anyone to help me, so I missed the visit at the same time. No one called me on the phone or asked me why I didn't go to the meeting point. My family and I were frankly disappointed

Lots to see but very overcrowded with little ventilation or air conditioning. It was difficult to get around to see everything as there were too many visitors during our trip- August.

Katerina was very professional, kind and has very warm hospitality to educate us on the museum.

Our guide was very knowledgeable. You could see she enjoyed her job and made a point of knowing the facts. Especially impressive as English isn't her first language. The information given was enough, not too much so that it could be overwhelming.

We did not find the guide The museum staff were helpful but did not recognise the booking. In the end we just went in and did our own thing. Very disappointed.

Fabulous fun, social and beautiful place

We paid for a service and no one showed up at the meeting point. No one knew who vox were. Also staff at the museum said it happens often people are cheated out of their money. The entry to the museum was free also. We demand a full refund!!!

The meeting spot was extremely confusing & the guide was not wearing what was advertised. This was the theme - not what advertised. Total waste of money. Better off getting the museum tickets & audio.

Initially, I was a bit unsure about my booking, especially since the email mentioned entry wasn't included, making me think I'd only purchased the audio tour. Boy, was I mistaken! We met Janet exactly where the email specified, and she was absolutely brilliant. We enjoyed a private guided tour of the gardens and then fast-tracked into the museum. Janet gave us excellent recommendations for what to see (which we followed!), and the audio guide throughout was fantastic. We couldn't see everything, but we'll definitely be returning and booking with Vox City again!

The ticket I purchased through TripAdvisor was not accepted at the museum. I had to purchase a second ticket through the museum. TripAdvisor refused to reimburse me. Buyer beware.

This was an incredible experience! We loved everything about the museum. Our guide, Katerina, was wonderful. She provided background information that really brought the outdoor exhibits to life, and recommended some things inside the museum that we might have missed otherwise. All in all, our visit to the Natural History Museum was a superb experience!

The tour guide did not show up with our tickets. We spent half an hour waiting, decided we would try the line to get in anyway. We did get into the museum in the no tickets line. We’re told by the staff that they’d heard about this and thought it was a scam

It was brilliant! Our Vox City guide, Janette, was wonderful! She was welcoming, thorough, and attentive, and her storytelling was incredibly engaging! The museum is great for families, the organisation is excellent, and the exhibitions are unique!

The tour was informative and the perfect lead in to a museum visit. Janet was open, friendly and engaging with all in our group, taking time to talk to the children by their names and making this as fun as possible. We had a great time. The tour takes place around the outside garden areas, takes you through the ticket checks then finishes just inside the main hall where Janet told us about the various halls etc. Me and my 7 year old loved it.

Her enthusiasm and passion to the history was perfectly infectious in the best way possible! For such cheap tickets, we were surprised at how much there was to explore. Definitely worth it and highly recommend!

We loved the little tour Janet gave us before bringing us into the museum! She was so lively and it felt like being in discovery channel but irl. So interesting :) The meet up and entry was super easy with no waiting time. Would recommend a hundred times.
