London: Luggage Storage

Easy check in and out, and very close to the national train station..............................................,.

So much cheaper than Paddington Station and close by. Location was a local barber shop was a bit worried that luggage just left in shop and not in back room but this was our first time using this type of facility and was all good. We literally booked online while at Paddington Station and walked over 2 mins later to drop off.

I've used stasher in the past so when my hotel didn't have luggage storage facilities, I decided to opt with stasher to leave my luggage. I used this stasher point twice. The stasher point is on the doorstep of London Paddington station, which made it easy to drop off my luggage and get on my way. I also needed somewhere open early (8am) so this was perfect. They checked my booking, asked me to take a picture of my bag and when I returned, they asked to check both things again so I felt my luggage was in a safe environment. They also locked/chained all the luggage together. My only complaint would be on the website it says they have 99 spaces available. When I used this stasher twice, they stored my bag in the store (which is tiny) and behind the till so there is certainly not enough room for 99 bags.

The premises were advertised as being open from early morning until 6. When we returned to collect our luggage at about 2:35 the premises were locked up. No Answer from mobile number. Eventually the owner of an adjacent unit let us through his premises to retrieve the luggage with no proof of id or booking. We missed the train we were booked on as a result of this

Very easy to find. Good location right next to Paddington Station.very helpful and accommodating staff. They looked after our luggage at a very reasonable rate for the whole day.

This was such a huge help right after having to deal with a terrible airbnb host who refused a late checkout even after we had to deal with hos loud partying neighbor for three days. Stasher was conveniently around the corner and we ended up not checking the 6 bags we payed for and their customer service was very fast to help and refund the two bags we didnt check in. Super service! Ill use them again without a doubt.

Using Stasher was easy at Victoria and at Paddington. I chose shop storage near the station and it worked perfectly. The people I met were courteous and friendly. They were flexible about collection times within their opening hours.

We had several hours at each end of our recent London trip when we could not have our luggage in our accommodation. Because we were arriving in and leaving London on the Heathrow Expresss at Paddington station, we decided to store our luggage. With Stasher, we were able to choose from a number of locations in the area around Paddington Station. The one we chose was right across the street so it was convenient. I made the reservation and paid in advance so it was really easy. The luggage is not stored in lockers but it is chained together and padlocked and there is an attendant. The cost to stash 10 pieces of luggage for about 4 hours came to a total of just under 60 Pounds, as compared to a quote of 150 Pounds to store it at the station. We had no complaints about the service and the price was really reasonable.

I have booked a luggage storage room via Tripadvisor (via Stasher) in the immediate vicinity of Paddington station. On site, however, I was greeted extremely unkindly at the Shakespeare Hotel. The staff member refused to accept my valid voucher or booking email and was not willing to check the booking at all. It was only when a supervisor joined that my name was finally found in the system and the luggage storage was reluctantly accepted. Unfortunately not a good experience – unprofessional and not recommended.
