We couldn’t find pier to board. In the meeting place you state that we can board at any pier but you don’t provide a list. As first time visitors with a person in a wheelchair we walked all over London. We saw boats on the water but couldn’t find a pier to board. We went to Gabriel’s Pier but you can’t board there. If I ask ai about handicap accessible boarding they give me 3 that are not but not which ones are. We never found a place to board and didn’t get to do the tour

David was so helpful getting me on the correct boat. I love that there is boat service to get back to Battersea where I’m staying!
I am terrified of heights but, after the first couple of minutes I was so taken in by the views, I forgot about my fear.
The boat trip never happened I went to location spot waiting 30mins nothing came and there was no staff there I had to travel to cable car in Greenwich n I still had to pay for cable car. I want my money back immediately full refund
Fantastic experience travelling on the Uber Boat from Battersea Power Station to Greenwich. The journey was smooth, comfortable, and offered some of the best views of London from the river.
Awful experience - no Customer Service! My first visit to London we took this river cruise to Greenwhich from Westminster. I realized as soon as I got off that I had left a very precious Westminster bag with a silk scarf and brooch on the boat. I told them immediately hoping they could just call the boat that had just let us off, but they said they couldn't, they told me they were too busy. I asked if they had a lost and found, and while they said yes, no one has shown interest in my loss. We reported it to there lost of found and got no response. If you take one of these cruises, just remember do not leave anything and please do not expect much customer service. Also, you cannot see out of the windows; it is really just a river taxi. I do not recommend.
Definitely worth a trip Uber taxi trip was great, friendly helpful staff Cable car a bit scary but magnificent views What you see depends on timing, didn’t get to see the beautiful Christmas lights but saw a beautiful sunset instead
Perfect trips thanks to Norman in Greenwich ! Perfect way to visit another view of London by boat in Family 🥰 The boats are clean and there is always a lot of space for a family with a buggy.
Me and my family have travelled on uber boat from tower to Greenwich and it was great experience. Members of staff at tower were very helpful as they have advised to get a family ticket online which have saved a lot of money for us. Lady near the ticket machine was great she gave us great advice. Great service to see the city from the river
We had to wait for nearly 40 minutes as the first Uber boat which left the Battersea Power station at 1302 didn’t allow one of us who was wheelchair bound. The next boat was for Tower Bridge so couldn’t board and waited for another 20 minutes. Rest of the trip was great.
Waiting for a boat to Grinwich at Canary Wharf 19.07.25. Rainy and miserable weather, with part of the pre-boat queueing happing outside. The stuff member at hand (Norman) minimised the unpleasantness and in general kept us in good spirits -- and organised the queue with max efficiency
This is the worst ever The cable car is very far from London so you don’t see any of the city. When we arrived, the whole thing was stopped for 2 hours due to a boat that was an hour away Uber boat back stopped to pump out sewage for twenty minutes The boats are stuffy and not pleasant Very bad experience Wanna my money back!!!
This is not a tour. The Uber boat is a Taxi. The cabin had no A/C all the seats on the aft deck were taken. The North Greenwich stop is the last one. If you go be prepared for a no frills water taxi ride- one way.
We enjoyed both experiences. We thought the cable car was a longer ride, around 10 minutes however great views and easy to access. We loved the Uber boat trip from Greenwich to Westminster so saw all the landmarks along the way.
Cable car gave new perspective with unusual views of London. However, return journey was too expensive for such a short ride. Would suggest only do one-way. Uber boat very comfortable and fast. Great experience worth very different viewers from the water. There is even a bar on board. Where we got on, Norman was very friendly and entertaining while waiting to board out boat.
Beautiful trip across the Thames on the Uber boat to the O2, then a stunning flight back later in the evening via the cable car. Such a special way to travel for a friends hen do.
Great service. Really friendly. Norman was great in helping us identify the boat we needed. He had amazing customer service. Will defo come back, Norman was great 👍
Great ride and wonderful views. Most definitely recommend the Uber Boat too. Think it was the best Thames river ride so far (and I’ve done most of them)
We have a lot of fun, good packaged cruise and cable car, Friendly staff, any Pier you want to start crushing.
Very far out of London at North Greenwich Uber stop. Your ticket is only valid for one stop. You must buy additional Uber Boat to get to the Cable Car. Don't be deceived you can't see Central "historic" London. Just the North Greenwich Ward area. I wouldn't suggest this tour.
I'm normally scared of heights but I felt secure. It was a sunny day no wind. Staff helpful on information desk. Disabled ludt sbd carer goes free ( eith evidence) Great views x perfect
Fantastic experience! All the crew were great. Went from London City Pier to Greenwich one-way. Met some nice ladies from Texas who were amazed by the lassoing skills of one of the crew when throwing the rope onto the bollard as the boat was docking. They made him an honorary Texan Cowboy! The crew that day were so easy to interact with. Great job guys! 👍
So nice and helpful mr Norman 😀 he tell use about many places to go to and help us 😀 thanks alot I really appreciate him hop to see you on a bigger position to do some changes in the company
Well worth the money , got on Uber boat at Westminster Pier and the boat ride lasted 50 minutes then we went on the cable car . I would recommend booking both ways on the Cable car then would get the Uber boat back to your next destination. Get value .
The boat starting point is optional but we found the Battery Park pier a good start because of the landmark and associated attractions including restaurants, activities and the river walk a fair distance from the major tourist attractions. The end stop to the cable station is the “North Greenwich Pier” most people get off at the stop at the first Greenwich Pier.
Norman was very helpful. We loved the trip. New to using the uber app so the assistance of the staff was appreciated. Highly recommended
Very smooth process, there was hardly any queue when we went which was on a Sunday afternoon! Journey was great, you don't realise how high it goes or how fast!! Great views!
Norman was so nice!!!!!he deserved a raise and promotion for being literally the coolest and nicest dude ever. Thank you so much!!!
This was my first trip in London and I needed help with finding something fun. Malkeet went out of his way to explain everything about uber boat tours where to go and what to see. I was so impressed and grateful for how patient and helpful he was.
The staff are lovely and very unlondon-like, what a pleasant change well done!. Smooth fun journey. Charging a 5 year old seems a bit steep!
The return service, after 3 pm, there was quite a bit of confusion in the communication about the number of boats uber to return, which made many crew members worried whether they would be able to travel.
I used Viator for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. It was convenient to book and easy to show on entry.
Best experience, really enjoyed both cable car and Uber boat wasn’t expecting that at all will recommend to friend and family
Norman was very friendly with our toddler. A happy experience and fun boat ride. Best way to travel across town when not in a hurry
Norman was very helpful and helped confirm which boat to take, as it was initially unclear. The ride itself was very quick.
Norman on the pier was amazing! We enjoyed an evening cruise from Greenwich to Westminster - loved the river at night. Nice and warm in the cabin!
Big up Norman! He’s was so lovely made our journey much more enjoyable. Thanks again for a funny experience, great staff member
An amazing way to see London at a really reasonable price for the family. Malkeet was wonderful helping us with our tickets and showing us where to go.
Norman at the docks was amazing. He has a great character and made my journey extremely memorable and enjoyable. 10/10 his laugh filled our day with joy and his jokes elated my soul. We have formed a fan club #welovenorman
Very efficient services and really friendly staff. Clean and spacious in the cable car. We had a great visit……………………..
The directions for getting to Uber boat were not very clear. Luckily my uber driver was able to decipher where I needed to go. Once we got on the boat it was pretty easy. The boat ride was nice. Getting to the cable car was pretty easy, about a 10 minute walk. The cable was great, very little line and the view was great. It is not a long cable car ride but it was good enough as a round trip. Outside of the cable car was the O2 arena and shopping mall. Tons of things places to eat and do there, wish I knew about all that ahead of time. Could have planned to spend more time there. Overall my family enjoyed this experience.
We love the Uber boat even as locals and take it very regularly and always a prompt service. Thankyou Norman for an amazing and friendly service from Greenwich as always!
The views were amazing, very reasonably priced boat and cable car combo, my 2 kids aged under 4 were free. Service was excellent from every staff member throughout, every question answered and they made sure we knew where we were going
Never use this company! They are scammers ! We got a one way journey from London tower to Westminster and we were told £9 each if we have a one credit card each!!!!! I paid £70!!!!! For a 10 minutes trip!!! Scammers!!! I will dispute it with the bank! And give me the refund!
Smooth ride on the uber boat. Easy to find the IFS cable car ride which was great fun and interesting
Cable car was beautiful view, staff were really helpful and the trip didn’t take too long to cross the river. We went from north to south. The cafe at the south side was clean and well stocked and staff were attentive and quick to attend. The toilets here however were bad, no toilet paper in either toilet and no soap, and driers didn’t work. Staff at the jetty helped us regarding our tickets for the Uber boat. Norman was very friendly and funny as he attended to our tickets and departure. The journey from North Greenwich pier to Westminster took aprox 1 hour and was a beautiful trip. The boat was well kept. Staff were great on board. Really looked like they enjoyed their jobs. The bar/food looked appetising, and fresh, not overly expensive. Everything was clean. Very well organised and maintained. Will do again. Thank you
It was a nice drive! Norman was welcoming and lovely! Thank you! It’s not the first time I take the Uber boeag, and the exprience is still amazing!
Norman, great guy very hospitable and helping, thanks for getting us on the boat. We loved the trip to battersea from canary wharf
The trip was fine. I was disappointed that the instructions did not make it clear that I could have used the QR code at the boat and the cable car. I travelled to Westminster Pier to change the code to tickets as instructed and it wasn’t necessary. I was scanned through on the code
Great trip with the kids from Battersea to North Greenwich and round trip on cable car. Malkeet at North Greenwich was very helpful and kind
