It was great. Luis was a fantastic guide, very informative and entertaining. He was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour. Definitely worth the time and money.
We booked the visit of London’s monuments with Luis. We really enjoyed the tour, Luis is very nice and enthusiast and has a lot of anecdotes to tell. We highly recommend it.
Our meeting up location was vague. Trafalgar Square is big. They need to add to meet at the modern statue at the top of the stairs. Currently that is a statue of a woman in a blue dress. A minor comment, but now you know where to meet The tour was great! Ollie is an experienced tour guide with a lot of knowledge of the history, people and events of London. He tells a good tale and made many suggestions. I highly recommend this tour.
Tour was amazing! Tour guide was remarkable! Made me feel so welcome and shared so many historical facts! Feel like I knew her for years by the end !! Highly recommend!! Thank you!
A walking tour of the right duration. It covers all the highlights of London. Our guide (Freya) was personable and made everything interesting.
We really enjoyed this tour. It summarizes the bid essentials nicely. Lewis was very informative and kind.
Fantastic tour with Sibyl. She had an incredible breadth of knowledge about the University from its beginning through today & presented it in an interesting engaging manner. I highly recommend the tour.
Great walking tour hitting some big sites with added commentary along the way. Very enjoyable experience and our guide was great
We never found your tour guide. It was impossible for us to locate the tour in such a busy location. Then, we were unable to contact your company by phone, text or email
Great guide, very informative. He answered any questions I had and was good at making you feel at ease.
We had the pleasure of a London landmarks walking tour with Louis. The group was small which added to our enjoyment. Louis was a superb guide full of knowledge that allowed him to offer much deeper explanations where we had interest and questions. We appreciated the many excellent family photos at all the best landmarks thanks to Louis! He positioned us in the best locations always a bit away from the big crowds. The pace was steady enough to never get boring but we stopped for breaks when desired. This tour was a key experience during our visit to London and Louis made it even better!
Great overview of major sites that you can visit. We got off the plane and headed over to hear the highlights from Lewis our tour guide.
Great tour with Lewis! Well worth the time.
We had a very good and instructive time with Freya who was a very interdicting and interactive guide! We saw most of the historical and iconic monuments in London in only two hours. Freya is very friendly and attentive. A great moment of culture. Thanks

Freya, our guide, had a great personality and obviously loved showing tourists around the city. We enjoyed all the sites especially the gardens.
I booked this tour months in advance and I should have looked more closely at the negative reviews. We got up early, paid for an Uber, and got to the meeting point 15 minutes early. Then we proceeded to stand there like idiots waiting for 45 minutes for a guide that never showed up. We tried reaching the company (Vox City International) with no avail. Then I was on the phone with someone from Viator for half an hour, and they also couldn’t reach the tour provider. Don’t even get me started about the ordeal to get a refund for a tour that never happened. Viator loves to take your money, but they sure are reluctant to give it back when they and/or their tour operators screw up. Two days after the tour that never happened, Vox City said their guide became “unexpectedly ill” (insert eye roll here) and couldn’t do the tour. They had both my phone number and email address, but made no attempt to contact me. They just left my family and I standing around in the sweltering heat, waiting for a guide they knew wasn’t coming. It was so rude and unprofessional and it completely ruined our first day in London. I will never book with this company again. It’s not worth the risk when there are so many other companies to book with who would give the customer the simple courtesy of a phone call or message when a tour guide isn’t planning to show up. And they must have a bus load of guides who suddenly fall “unexpectedly ill” because when I later looked at the reviews for this tour, there were a staggering number of reviews complaining that the guide just didn’t show up (without any communication whatsoever. No phone call, text message, email, smoke signal, carrier pigeon…). My recommendation — Don’t book this tour. Find one where at the very least the guides have the courtesy of showing up.
I wish we would’ve seen more, but given the amount of time, I suppose that wasn’t possible. Brea was really nice and informative. I enjoyed the tour and would recommend it for just a little snippet of London.
The tour operator never showed. We were here for 1 day and asked for a refund but the local operator provided a voucher which i cannot use since I am no longer there.
Lewis was such a great tour guide!!! My husband and I booked this tour for a good understanding of London, the history, places to check out & eat. Lewis was very insightful, explained all about the history of London and the landmarks we visited. He has such a wealth of knowledge about London that’s very admirable. If you’re looking for a tour guide, definitely ask for LEWIS - you won’t regret it! He gave us recommendations on places to visit and eat as we asked him so many questions particularly about afternoon tea. Thanks Lewis!
Excellent tour!! Louis was our guide and had great stories and answers to our many random questions. Great introduction to London!

Freya was lovely. This is a great tour to do when you arrive to see some sights and determine what more you’d like to see. Be advised that it is a good deal of walking.
This tour covers lots of famous locations / buildings / landmarks -- and lots of territory. Be prepared to walk! But is was a great overview of the city and oriented us to everything, so that we could go back to our points of interest and explore more.
I never found the meeting place my family and I we were so excited for this just to look for the person that we never found 😡
I loved this walking tour! We only had one full day in London before heading to another country and we were able to see so much in a short time. Louis was so knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. It was a lovely afternoon!
Louis was an excellent tour guide! He was super knowledgeable about all of the stops on the tour and was able to answer any questions we had.
Tour guide arrived injured unfortunately and was unable to carry out the tour. He said to submit for a refund and would make sure I received it. Vox City rejected the refund and claimed the the tour was “carried out.”
Great historical walking tour of London! Our guide, Freya, was excellent and shared lots of interesting facts with us. We got to see the changing of the horse guards at Whitehall. Highly recommend this tour.
