We bought my Son a voucher for Christmas and finally attended yesterday. It really is a great place and every member of staff was polite and helpful. Played the simulator which is £6 for 5 laps of your chosen track and my son was excited to see all items on display and the replica car. He loved putting the suit and balaclava on etc. Briefing was was great and had very clear instuctions via video in a seprate room. We booked 2 x 15 minute sessions. When entering the track area the group was split into two groups younger kids have smaller cars and larger cars for adults and older children but race on the same track and this is where the day was spoiled a bit. The briefing had said anyone found intentionally crashing or driving dangerously will be warned etc. The "adults" that were on the track were asked to be mindful of the younger children, they werent. Far from it. They were not warned and continued smash into the back and side of my sons cars resulting in a large bruise from one of the crashes. Yes I understand its there experience too but you are racing children you are not Lando Norris what do you have to prove and in particular one guy celebrating as he just won at Silverstone... his partner looked very proud... Staff who had been great up until this point were non exsistent when several parents raised concerns. We were informed there is a Rookie Racer package that is just for children so perhaps we booked the wrong package but I do think the track "marshalls" need to be more effective and bear in mind that this is a lot of the kids first time driving and have no track awareness as such.

Very terrible experience. I got there a few minutes late and reception told me that they couldn’t accommodate me since I’m late. However, they recommended that I reach out to support via email and get my ticket rescheduled to another date. I immediately emailed support and got no response even after two weeks. I then resubmitted another email and it’s now been another week with no response. Complete waste of money and the time it took me to prepare and take multiple trains to get to Seven Sisters.
Fantastic place, the team are great, Kurt really looked after us with zeal and enthusiasm.
We took a group of 9 year olds for a birthday treat and everyone had a great time. The staff were excellent: friendly, efficient, safety-conscious but without being oppressive. Technology impressive, letting all the boys see their lap times etc. Food and drink fine afterwards, good range of choices. If only the football side was doing as well as the stadium!
F1 Drive was gifted to us as a Christmas present and we were really looking forward to the experience. Despite thoroughly enjoying the track and karts the entire experience was spoiled by the complete lack of customer service and poor organisation of the team running it. We left with a very sour taste in our mouths. From the moment we arrived, there was very little direction. There was no signage explaining how to use the lockers and no staff member available to guide us. The lockers themselves were wet and unusable – my balaclava actually got soaked because of this. When I asked a member of staff for a replacement, I was told to get it myself and was to find a bin dispose of the wet one, despite the staff member standing right next to one. The simulator experience was equally disappointing. Staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, offering zero instruction on how to use the simulators. The desk is very tall and on approach it looked like there was no one there because they had all chosen to sit on the lower level desk for a conversation. The only instruction received was to move my chair closer like you would in a car, but during the race the chair repeatedly slid loudly and violently backwards disrupting my simulator experience – this happened 4–5 times and no one came over to assist. There was no proactive support at all. We weren’t even told how many simulator races we would be having. When my partner mentioned we were leaving the simulators to go to our kart race, he was met with a dismissive “ what do you mean - that’s all you get anyway,” which felt unnecessary. There was also a long wait before being taken to the safety briefing video, with no communication about what was happening. When it came to starting the race and qualifying, instructions were either unclear or non-existent. Staff were shouting very aggressively which created confusion rather than clarity. Staff were using the same vague hand signal to stand up or to move your cart forward. Staff members condescendingly told us to take a ‘mental photo’ of our numbers and there was no process to call people up to get in their karts other than to look at a screen, as you can imagine doing this with a heavy helmet on might not be the easiest. At the end of the race, there was no chequered flag, no last-lap announcement – we were simply ushered back into the pits. Afterwards, there was no one gathering the group, no goodbye, and no instructions on what to do with the overalls. Staff saw us walking toward the exit holding our overalls and instead of offering help, saw us and turned around and walked the other way. To make matters worse, staff were openly having unprofessional discussions over team radios in front of customers, walking around voice-noting and texting on their phones, and generally appearing far more interested in chatting with each other than engaging with customers. There was no visible passion for the sport or pride in the brand. If one staff member had behaved this way, I’d assume they were having a bad day. However, every single employee we encountered displayed the same attitude, which suggests a much wider cultural issue within the business. Inexperienced staff seemed embarrassed to be doing their job in the presence of their peers.
We did this experience for my daughter’s 18 birthday. Overall, it was fun until she hurt herself, so not too sure we’d do it again.
BUYAGIFT F1 Drive Elite karting experience a DISASTER. The buyagift website has no availability despite the venue at the Tottenhotspur Stadium having loads. Phoning F1 Drive direct doesn't work as they redirect me back to BUYAGIFT. This has gone on for days. BUYAGIFT message me with AI tripe. I cant call them and BUYAGIFT's promise to call me didn't happen! DISASTER.
I bought the experience for my husband and he thoroughly enjoyed it. However, I would put more emphasis on informing the participants what to do, especially at the beginning of the event so that everyone knows that they should find an overall for themselves, and then wait until called for the briefing. Many participants were lost st that point.
We took our Grandson for a birthday treat. The venue and facilities were first rate. Following a bit of a shunt the team were very quickly on the scene and looked after my Grandson with excellent care to ensure he enjoyed the rest of his visit. Thoroughly recommend for karting enthusiasts or anyone that wants a good time on the track.
Bought voucher on Black Friday so already on a great deal! Went late evening so nabbed off street parking... Wow what a great time! No fumes just smooth nippy karts with tech galore! On cart info giving you your place in the race was great! 2 x 15 mins sessions which tbh was enough! We were in with other people but all very friendly and had a great night, so would recommend! 2 spectators enjoyed the night with nice drinks and surroundings and were able to get photos and videos... Would go again!
Location could be better, not near the tube station and the stadium surroundings was a bit shady to be honest. Inside the karting arena, staff was not the most interested nor attentive. It's a little too pricey for the karting experience and the simulator crew was even worse, do not pay for the simulator experience, utter waste of money and nobody gives a damn about you.
Took my year old son to London and included a trip to F1 drive. The carting cost more than what we normally pay outside of London, but that's life 😞 but my son did say the cars were on another level, and he loved it. The simulators are amazing, and the driver is thrown around as if he was actually drinking. The staff were amazing too. They couldn't do enough to help and advise. Would definitely go again. 😀
Me and my friend went 2 F1 drive at white heart lane "Tottenham hotspur football club "today...we had a brilliant time wouldn't fault anything except NO SEAT BELTS OR STRAPS TO KEEP U SAFELY IN THE GO KART...VERY TIRING AND EXHAUSTEING BUT WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 2 ANY1 TO GO and try it out if u have the £70-£85 pp to spend ...but still 5*review 4 the day out...COYS....
