We do not come to london much only for a treat. Had a small problem with tickets but asked for a manager and had it sorted out very quickly by Oritse ( hope I spelled it correctly) he should be recognized as a great asset to the Uber boat family, polite helpful and a great smile thanks again

We travelled from Canary Wharf to Tower Millennium- cost us £43 for a family of four one way. This is nothing short of piracy of the high seas. For that price I’d expect to have an on-board meal, and some entertainment. The journey itself in all seriousness is awesome - as an experience it’s very good. But the price… sweet Jesus…. It’s just bat-poo-crazy.
Wasted 45 minutes because of poor information
Waiting over an hour waste of time and money take the train you would be there by now
Amazing service, pier staff were amazing the name of one of the staff were called Jurgita she was lovely and explained and answered all my questions.
Excellent way to get around London. Used it as a water taxi to get from place to place and worked really well. Also it is a very comfortable ride after walking for hours. All of the crew I met were informative and helpful. We plan to incorporate the Uber boat into future trip planning. Norman at Greenwich thanks for answering all my questions.
Norman - Legend! He was kind, polite, kept us entertained, and also informed during the 20 minute wait. This was feedback from my 11 year old son! Keep up the food work sir!!
Norman was exceptional! Very helpful and good crack!! Made the experience easy to navigate. Would definitely use again!
Thanks to Norman and crew for making sure as a late last passenger I made the 1:40pm boat to Battesea. In true Milk Tray ad style he left me his card, except I left on the boat! 🤣
Very professional and friendly staff willing to help. Good timetable enabled good fast trip. Very smooth ride and warm inside as freezing outside. Helped by Tyler
Norman is so 5* chap. Had a laughter listening to him🤣. We always use uber boats when in 02. This time only for a 1 stop, but still. Always nice to chat with the guys, while waiting the line to arrive.
The guy at the boarding had a lively attitude(Norman) and had a nice har cut plus he helped us hoe to get to our destination
Norman made the journey great, proper made us laugh, if you see Norman on your boat you’re definitely in for a great time and some good memories will be made
Great service! Thank you for an easy round trip experience. Norman was super helpful with our group entrance and boarding.
I travelled with Uber Boat by Thames Clippers. The trip was very good – fast, comfortable, and with amazing views of London from the river. The staff were kind and friendly, especially Norman. It is a nice way to travel in the city and enjoy the Thames. I recommend it!
Very efficient easy to board boats. Fabulous way to cross London and see the sights. Would definitely do again and recommend. Very regular trips though we boarded easily at Westminster and Greenwich on a Saturday in June.
Expensive for such a short trip (we went to Greenwich from Canary Wharf) but the boat and staff were good - especially Norman at Canary Wharf Pier who was very helpful. More signs and explanation needed though.
We had a great experience on the Thames Clipper - the first boat was full but they quickly got us onto the next one. We used the lounge that was there which was very comfortable
Norman csa nice fella, good chatting. Boat ride ok. Was first in queue but got put in second line behind tourists but the sun was shinning and the weather was free.
5 stars!! The trip was amazing, the view was beautiful. The service and staff are top notch. I accidentally left my phone on the boat and Sherica, Norman, and Bobby worked so hard to retrieve for me!! They are the best: thank you to them all!!
The woman at Millennium pier was absolutely rude. She even told on of the family member if we don’t like the service we can leave.
