London To Southampton Cruise Terminals Private Port Transfer

The driver arrived at our London hotel 20 minutes early and delivered us to Southampton port within two hours. Very smooth, comfortable ride.

The booking says you have to meet at a Central London hotel but we were picked up at ours for an additional fee. We did a last minute booking and had to pay 30 GBP extra for our location. At first I thought I was being scammed because I thought I had to go to the central location, but the operator was clear and efficient in getting us scheduled. We got picked up super early at 7:45 when the main bus wasn’t leaving until 10. We got to the cruise terminal at 11. Positive = door to door service, nice driver, clean/ air conditioned van, smooth ride, arrived early, able to book last minute. Negative = a bit stressful with going back and forth about pick up but overall worth it.

Driver arrived on time, handled all our bags, got to the cruise terminal safely and on time, and transferred our bags to porters.

Good trip. Quick and easy. Line up your transportation needs in advance to prevent problems. British pounds only and no American Express cards.

Very professional! Our driver (sorry I don’t remember his name) was early knowing of demonstrations taking place in London. He was excellent. His car a MB Estate was very nice.

The driver was excellent! Professional. Vehicle was clean and tidy but older than I suspected. I thought for the price it would have been a newer van. Or a sprinter. I wish Viator would have printed the pick up time on the ticket. I had to call and verify and costed me 8 pounds. Overall good service.

Our driver arrived a little early. The ride to the ship was uneventful. We arrived safely. The online booking was easy.

It really was not great. It was very warm in London and there was barely any ac to the back of the van which made the ride very uncomfortable. We did ask multiple times to increase the AC but the air was not reaching the back.

Prompt, comfortable, and a great way to get from our hotel in London to our ship. Fit 6 adults and luggage for a 2 week cruise with no problem.

Driver was on time and friendly. There was a lot of traffic, and he looked for alternate routes to get us to our destination safe and as timely as possible.

Landed at Heathrow , was met by driver as promised . Driven to Southampton where I was embarking on a cruise ship 2 days later . Very smooth , everything went as promised . Highly Recommend, will use them again.

Please note that the trip from our hotel located in the city center to Southampton Cruise Terminal was 2 hours long. The driver was not fluent in English, making the trip even longer.

Guide was super efficient, showed up on time. We made it down there quick and the driver was friendly. Not else you could ask for. Would definitely rebook next time I need to go to the port.

Pricey, but we got there on time- Joao was an excellent driver.... My only complaint is we should have been offered water to drink for a 2 hour drive 😳

Driver was very quiet during the ride but he got us there on time and safely. He was a driver, not a tour guide and that was fine.

Our driver Yuni picked us up 5 minutes early. Van easily seated our party of four plus plenty of room for luggage. Driver was very safe and drove well. Arrived right in front of shop ahead of schedule. Very stress free and the company was very flexible to change times to accommodate our needs.

We had a wonderful experience traveling from our hotel in London to the cruise port in Southampton. Our driver, Amel, did a fantastic job getting us out of London traffic. We were kept informed of delays, knew who and what kind of vehicle we were to ride in for the trip. The van was clean and handled all our luggage. (There were 7 of us travelling together.) Our kudos to Amel and the company representative for providing quality service.

We were a little worried because the driver was fifteen minutes late but in his defense the traffic was horrible due to construction. The car was comfortable and the driver was courteous. I would recommend but suggest giving yourselves plenty of time.

This was a great idea! All of England was threatened by a railway strike on exactly the day that we needed transportation from Victoria to Southampton to catch our cruise ship. We hired this transfer a couple of days ahead of time, and they called off the strike! We kept our reservation, and it was incredibly convenient. Our driver picked us up at our hotel and told us exactly how long it would be to Southampton. He was off by one minute. We're glad we did this!

Transfer experience deserves five stars. We had a small issue with the pickup time set for our transfer. The immediate response when I called to correct this and get a substitute driver to us was amazing! I don’t know how Emanuel pulled it off but it was magical! Thank you for your help.

The driver was prompt and helpful loading and unloading our luggage. However, he spent a large portion of the ride texting while driving. His phone was visible to us in the back seat so it was very evident when he got messages and when he was returning them.

Great experience with Julian our driver. Another company didn’t show earlier in our trip so I was very concerned to make the port in time. I communicate with the company several times and they were prompt in their response. Julien was prompt! He was a great driver and we never felt unsafe as we were on the “wrong” side of the road. We booked a transfer for 5 adults with 8 pieces of luggage from Waldorf Hilton to Southampton for our cruise. Went very smooth! Driver was there early, van was large and comfortable, ride went well. It was a Sunday morning so only took 2 hrs to our ship. Highly recommend them.

We had several flight delays and changes. They were super accommodating and responsive. The driver was nice and knowledgeable. Because of travels delays, we were running late and they got us the the port in time

By taking this van to Southhampton was worth it. There was just a couple of other people going which made it comfortable and relaxing. Driver was great.

I think taking the Shuttle bus via a tour a great way to get from A to B and see some of the country at the same time. The day we took the Shuttle from London to Southampton via Stonehenge, London's traffic was pretty bad. We had to pick up another 28 people from various other hotels which got us out of London about one and a half hours later.It was then about one hour to Stonehenge from the outskirts of London. We got some great photos as we approached Stonehenge ( the only ones). Our tour guide said we had an hour and a half to look at the visitors center, grab a coffee if we wanted and take the shuttle up to Stonehenge. We headed off to the toilet, grabbed a coffee and made our way to the shuttle bus line up. My husband said after being in the line for 15 minutes we weren't going to get their, as there wasn't enough time! I said lets just give it a try. He was right we had to stay on the shuttle and not get off, as the Que to get back to the bus was as long as the one going to Stonehenge. I was devastated and I had to hold back tears.In hindsight the tour guide should of directed us to the shuttle first. We got to the Ship in good time and they dropped us off at the door of the shipping terminal. We did do a shuttle back to London after the cruise via Bath and it was fantastic!!
